Our wedding was amazing! I know everyone says that but it really was! (Even our guests said it’s the best wedding they have been too!) Reigate hill is the most stunning venue and we were lucky enough to get married outside by the lake which was the dream!! We had Lauren as our coordinator and she made our dreams come true, from start to end! We also had Tee in the evening who was also amazing! They set up everything for us! The whole day went better than we could imagined! (if there were hiccups we didn’t know about them!) So much is included in the full package so we didn’t really need many extras. We would highly recommend this venue. We will definitely be back for our 5 or 10 year anniversary xx

I recently held a very special birthday celebration at Reigate Hill for 88 guests which included a three-course sit down meal. The evening was a huge success and the feedback from the guests was that everything was perfect from the initial champagne reception with canapés, through the three-course sit down meal followed by dancing to their recommended DJ. Lauren was my “party planner” and was faultless. She was so quick to respond to any query and always acted in a professional manner but was just so pleasant to deal with. I had the utmost faith in her delivering on the night and Lauren was there to make sure it all went smoothly. The whole RH team on the night were fantastic. Everyone was super-friendly and guests have said that the set meal was one of the best they had ever had. It was certainly a night to remember for all the right reasons and I would not hesitate to recommend Reigate Hill to others.

This venue is absolutely amazing the staff are so helpful and lovely and the value for money is amazing. We went for the all inclusive deal and we practically did not have to get any decor. Lauren was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing she was helpful and made our day stress free. We highly recommend this beautiful venue and if you do not go for the all inclusive deal make sure you book the getting ready room! It’s amazing

We’re so happy we had our wedding at Reigate Hill Golf Club, it was everything we hoped for 🤍 When initially choosing a place I had my eye set on somewhere else but we went to see Reigate Hill first and were actually blown away, so much so that when we later visited the other venue we’d had in mind it just didn’t match up!
Reigate Hill is set in a beautiful location, both indoors and out, it just feels so relaxed there. The getting ready room and the honeymoon suite are lovely, the bar is actually quite large too which makes a difference when you have a lot of guests, the outdoor setting for the ceremony is beautiful. It did look like it might rain on our day and luckily it didn’t but the indoor setting for the ceremony is also really pretty, I’m so happy we got to enjoy it outside though! We had a BBQ and it was fantastic, the food was so good and was cooked outside which smelt amazing! So many people said they loved it. The DJ and photobooth were fab too.
Our biggest thank you is to Lucy, our wedding planner at Reigate Hill. She’s so calm and friendly, brilliant at planning and communication, ideas, keeping us up to date, knowing exactly what she’s doing, and being there on the day to help it run smoothly when our heads are flying round in a cloud! The day wouldn’t have been what it was without Lucy, can’t thank her enough for making it the perfect day for us 🙏🏻💕✨

I can’t thank the amazing Reigate hill golf club enough for making our dream wedding day come true. Everything from the very start was just perfect. The lovely Lauren made every step of the planning journey so stress free and easy it was a dream. From our first visit we just knew it was the perfect venue for us it was just beautiful. The packages are so good and you get so much included which was perfect and made the planning process even easier. When the day came Lauren made sure everything ran exactly how it needed to be she was like super women behind the scenes and every part of the day was just perfect and that is most defiantly down to how amazing and professional she was. Nothing was too much to ask and we feel so lucky to have had our dream day with lovely, friendly staff and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. We honestly can’t thank you all enough and are already trying to think of what event we can celebrate there next😂

Reigate hill golf club wedding venue was our dream come true wedding day from booking right through to the fine details of the day. Lauren was our wedding coordinator and she was beyond amazing,nothing was too much to ask and she always got back to our questions very quickly. On the day everything ran very smoothly and was set out just as we had discussed in our final meet with Lauren. The decorations provided by the venue were a great bonus for us including the sweet cart, light up letters, post box and many more. We visited a few wedding events at reigate hill which helped us decide how we wanted our day to look and even secured a recommended photographer through them which we also couldn’t fault. Our day was perfect from beginning to end with a special big thank you to Lauren. Anyone looking for a wedding venue Reigate hill is amazing would highly recommend.

We recently had our wedding at Reigate Hill and can honestly say from the first meeting Lauren and the other team members were amazing. The venue itself is so beautiful and spacious, the packages come with so much that it took away so much planning and stress for us. We had so much to choose from in terms of food, drinks and decor and they had everything to create our ‘look’ for the day exactly how we imagined. All the events team are so responsive and helpful in the build up which kept me relaxed and purely excited (not stressed). The day itself was a dream come true for us, everything was so perfect and went so smoothly. We had a large wedding with the evening guests at maximum capacity and it was managed so well, plenty of room, great bar service alongside plenty of food! The Reigate Hill Golf Club venue (and team!!) were absolutely a dream come true, and I could not have imagined that our wedding would have been as perfect as it was without them. We booked 15 months out, and Lauren + her team have been on hand to help, support and guide us all the way through - from food tasting, to timetabling, to project managing and being totally invisible on the day making everything perfect for us! The fact this venue package includes the ceremony, wedding breakfast, entertainment, LOADS of decoration as well as evening dining and a bar is simply unbelievable and is a must for any couple not wanting to break the bank account - while also looking and feeling as though you have! I wish I could relive the day a million times over, but instead will settle for the beautiful photography in which Reigate Hill will always feature as one of the main characters when it comes to remembering our perfect wedding day 💖

We had an amazing day. From viewing to post wedding nothing was too much trouble. We are a large multi generational family and everyone from the one year old to the 87 year old were included, made comfortable and had fun. The venue, the view, the food and the suggested suppliers were all fantastic. The Reigate Hill Team guided us through each step and suggested many little touches that were brilliant additions. Nothing was too much trouble for them x

We would like to start by saying our wedding day was amazing & the coordinator Anastasia really did an amazing job of organising the day, everything ran smoothly & us and our family had a fantastic day!
This being said there were a few issues along the way, the communication with the venue wasn’t the easiest on the months before the wedding, we were only assigned Anastasia a couple of months before the wedding date so before that we were just kind of contacting anyone available from the team and this was often quite difficult as communication would get mixed up.
We also felt like we could have been contacted a little more often.
There was a mess up with payment which was quite stressful to sort out.
And unfortunately a few issues with our decorations
On the day. Although the venue looked lovely, there were lots of little things that weren’t done properly, floral arrangements not set up properly, some decor left in the bags and not used at all, we had little food signs to tell our guests what the evening buffet food was and these were not put out causing some of our guests to come and complain to us that they didn’t know what the food was! And I had tried to avoid this by making signs so I was a little annoyed by this,
Our card and gift table looked a bit thrown together and lots of the little personal touches were missing! I had made instructions about the decor to help the staff but a lot of these were not followed.
So I would really suggest hiring your own styling company if you used this venue as it was important to me that the decorations were set up right and small things like that can really bother you after you look back at the pictures.
Also the speed at which the ceremony area was cleared was a little disappointing, we had hoped to go back outside to see this and take pictures and 15 minutes after the ceremony it has already been ripped down. So we were a little upset about that.

The venue did provide a lot of helpful free decor, eg the giant led letters. Sweet cart, Prosecco wall, flower wall etc these were all an amazing part of the venue and the reason we booked in the first place.
Value for money this venue is great, you get so many perks with your booking! And the venue is very flexible on things like if your guests don’t drink wine for dinner they will swap to soft drinks Which we really appreciated.
I think the venue could benefit from a catalog of the decor they have available for guests to use. So they it’s clear how many of each thing they have and it’s more organised! Pictures would be fantastic too.

Not everyone at our wedding was offered a canapé my mum was giving nothing and quite upset to find they had finished before she was even offered one? It was supposed to be 3 per person and it definitely didn’t work out that way.
Outside could have better lighting for the evening / night as guests wanted to sit outside but it was very dark.
The windows inside the venue need to be painted white as they look a bit odd now that the doors are all white.
When packing away the couple’s decorations, a lot of items were damaged or not given back, this needs to be taken care of better as we had planned to sell some of our decorations and outdoor games and the games are all missing the balls, bean bags and ring toss ropes.
Our zip tires and scissors were not returned
Some of our flowers were missing or damaged.
And lots of the name signs legs were missing or broken.
We would prefer to be honest with our review so future couples know what to expect.

This venue is amazing, with glorious views, a wedding coordinating team that are amazing and great value for money. I had the best day for my son's wedding and my family and friends could not sing the praises of everything enough.

We had a totally wonderful experience and are so glad we chose to have our wedding at Reigate Hill Golf Club. From start to finish, Lucy was an incredible wedding organiser. She guided us through the whole process and was so professional, kind and helpful. The venue is beautiful inside and out. We had hoped for an outdoor service as the lakeside setting is amazing, however the rain on the day meant that wasn't possible - incredibly that really didn't matter. All the staff made the inside service area so beautiful, that changing it last minute did not negatively impact the day at all. We loved our day and wouldn't change a thing. We had so many compliments and positive comments from our guests about the venue - We would highly recommend Reigate Hill as a wedding location.

No doubt about it, this was it. The perfect place to start our married life together. The welcome was warm and inviting and there was something that made us feel at home here. Lucy, our wedding coordinator made this journey so unbelievably easy for us. It was a pleasure and joy to have her throughout. Every detail was taken care of, explained, gone over again and again, thoughtfully arranged and given time to with no stress. Contact was made constantly throughout and we were kept updated and informed about everything. It was a dream. Remembering The venue itself even now is bringing tears to my eyes. I was lucky enough to stay over the night before our wedding and was able to wake up to the beautiful view over the grounds from the windows of the bridal suite. Getting ready in the “get ready room” was such a treat. Having this amazing space all to myself with ample room, light, mirrors and everything a bride could need not to mention the continental breakfast, cereal and morning drinks that was supplied, was amazing. The walk down the winding pathway towards my husband to be, waiting by the pagoda near the lake is something I will always remember. Reigate Hill was undoubtedly a home from home. It felt so comfortable and we were really allowed to make it our own for the duration. If it’s a warm homely venue you are looking for with the advantage of having the most wonderful ceremony outside (weather permitting) by the lake under a picturesque pagoda surrounded by beautiful trees then we would highly recommend Reigate Hill Golf Club. They would also move the ceremony inside should it rain. Again, it was all taken care of by Lucy. All you have to do is enjoy your day ♥️ It now has a very special place in our hearts and can’t wait to stop by to visit the place it all began for us ♥️

Our wedding day dream came true we had an amazing day from start to finish! The food went down a treat and everyone had a great time! Lauren was brilliant and made our day extra special! And the lady who helped us on the wedding morning and for the breakfast the next morning was so lovely thank you! (Sorry I can’t remember her name now)
