Venue: Melrose Room (ceremony & wedding breakfast) & Jazz Room (after party) We first booked The Bull's Head venue a year before our wedding day. About six months in, the venue was taken over by new management (we were starting to get worried, because we'd received nothing but radio silence from the old team after paying the deposit). But once we were in touch with Karolina, Ben, and the new team, any expectations we had were blown out of the water! They were simply wonderful. Responsive, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. We had numerous questions and amendments leading up to the day which were dealt with and handled expertly. On the day itself, everyone made us feel so special and looked after. Plus, the food was delicious (even our most picky guests were seriously impressed). We couldn't recommend The Bull's Head more. We had our wedding reception at Kew Gardens Hotel back in August 2022. Although a relatively new venue to wedding receptions, we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. First of all it started with the assistance in organising from Eleanor in the team. From our initial conversation she made us feel completely at ease over anything we wanted, with genuine desire to make sure we had the most absolutely perfect day. Whatever the question they were willing to think through what could be provided, which was really appreciated! The wider team at KGH were also fantastic in the build up to the day and on the day itself. Regarding the day - the team on site including the general managers, bar staff and those serving we genuinely couldn’t fault. The one piece of feedback we consistently got from all our guests was how friendly and helpful the staff were, and mostly how happy they also looked! This really did help make the day and we loved how that made the evening flow. We went for a bbq food option which didn’t disappoint. After selecting the menu with the head chef and team, the food was plentiful on the day, really really tasty and again only positive feedback from those in attendance. The venue itself is really well catered for any type of wedding given the teams help in accommodating requests. The garden out the back was brilliant as an overflow area, and the whole space flowed really well right through from the bar to the garden. Overall we had an absolutely amazing evening and made even more special by the team and their genuine open and friendly assistance in guiding us through to the day. We would highly recommend the venue and trust you’ll have as an amazing experience as we did! Callum & Jamie
