We celebrated our wedding at the Pig and Whistle in November and it was so much more than we could have wished for.

Both Justin and Brendan made sure that our ceremony and wedding breakfast went totally according to plan, no hiccups. Justin made sure that the service at the table was exactly as you would expect at a wedding, he made sure that we were served first and made us feel like the most important people in room at all times.

From the moment I arrived, Brendan and Justin made me feel like a princess. They greeted me and made sure that I didn't bump into my groom unexpectedly. Doors and curtains were held open and music was right on cue every time.

The decor was magical. Exactly as we wanted. I felt like we were getting married in a castle with all the decor and magic that you would expect in a much bigger and grander place. We could have been anywhere, but wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. It was perfect.

All our guests were so complimentary. They were stunned by the quality of the food and the beautiful decor as well as the top notch service we were lucky enough to have. Our waiter was also a credit to them showing just enough humour and cheekiness to enhance the experience without ruining the professionalism of the service.

All in all a real 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend the Pig and Whistle thanks to Justin and Brendan, as the venue for the most magical wedding. It is certainly a day we will never forget and one which we already look back on with such fond memories.

Outstanding. We held our wedding here just a few days ago and words cannot adequately describe how lovely the pig and whistle was.

From start to end the day was amazing, Justin and his team were on hand whenever needed and couldn't have done more for us but at the same time never seemed to hover and left us to enjoy the day with our guests, a real fine balancing act that they executed perfectly.

The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the table and settings without fault, we hired out 2 rooms for the afternoon on their lunch ceremony package and were aware that other restaurant guests would be in the building after the ceremony but the setup was so perfect that we felt like we were the only ones in the world.

The food is their crowning achievement, every course had by us and our guests was so well presented and delicious it was hard to not book to go back for dinner the next night. All served with perfect timing. Drinks, wine choice and cocktails were some of the best we ve had and Justin had knowledge of everything that was being served.

The ceremony room is beautiful, decorated tastefully and elegant. A real unique space to get married.

Our day was perfect, we just wish we could do it all over again.

We had the pleasure of being the Pig and Whistle’s 50th wedding. It was a fabulous evening very well hosted by Justin and the team, I cannot recommend the venue enough if you’re looking for wedding venue. Everything from the food, the room decor and the service was perfect.

From the first contact to the final farewell after the Ceremony and lunch, Justin and his team could not have done more to make sure our special day was really special. Preparation, liaising with the Registrar and Florist, service, attentiveness and food were all excellent.

This venue made it possible for my dad who has since passed experience and witness our family and my husband's, officially unite. From initial contact owners - Justin, Brendan and their team were very personable, welcoming and professional.
It was honestly one of the best days and felt magic from start to finish. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The decor makes it feel very intimate and cosy and tied in perfectly with our colour scheme.
The food was so delicious, the service was so attentive and supportive.
All the guests commented on how lovely the venue was, the wedding breakfast food, canapes and the atmosphere of the day.
