  Best Venue

  thank you all so so much for making our wedding day absolutely perfect on Saturday.
  
  Every member of staff was so lovely and friendly and nothing seemed too much.
  
  Kate our wedding co-ordinator has been an absolute dream throughout every stage. It goes without saying but she is an absolute asset to the company and she has gone above and beyond.
  The venue was decorated perfectly and she knew exactly how we needed everything to go.
  
  The day ran like magic with us being given the space to do things how we wanted but also being looked after in every way. Almost like mind readers as anything we needed was there without even asking.
  
  Every single guest has said how beautiful the venue is, how delicious dinner was and what an incredible day they had.
  There were several members of our guests who had food intolerances especially my dad who is dairy, soya and gluten intolerant, normally him going out for dinner is a nightmare and really makes him anxious but he was so well looked after. In the evening Kate went to all of my guest, with dietary requirements, with a separate plate of food to match their requirements, which I think is with out a doubt one of the best acts of care from a restaurant/ venue I’ve seen.
  
  We had another lady who looked after us right at the end of the evening (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) I just want to send her an individual thank you too. She really looked after us and was so sweet and such a lovely member of the team.
  
  Again, thank you so much for everything. We had the most perfect day and you were absolutely the most perfect venue.

  I couldn't have asked for more, food was amazing, so well organised and nothing was too much trouble.

  We had an amazing day and didn't have to worry about a thing. Kate really supported us throughout the whole process. The venue looked magical with the Christmas lights and Christmas trees, we had so many positive comments. The food was gorgeous, we had the roast beef and it was cooked perfectly. There was plenty for everyone. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though it was a cold day we managed to get some beautiful shots on the gold course and out the front of the golf club with the sun setting. We really couldn't have asked for more.

  We had an amazing day and didn't have to worry about a thing. Kate really supported us throughout the whole process.   The wedding I always dreamed of!

  We had the most amazing wedding and Hintlesham golf club, I have nothing bad to say, the day was perfect.
  The venue it’s self or beautiful, the ground and inside the building, it has gorgeous wooden beans wrapped it fairy lights like a barn but for the fraction of the price, the price for the hire including food and drink is really reasonable, the food was outstanding, all the guests commented on how it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. All the staff were fantastic, especially the wedding coordinator Kate. I’d would recommend the venue to anyone on the area looking to get married .

  Brilliant from start to finish!

  Where to start?! From the first time we viewed the venue on an open day to the collecting of all our stuff the day after our wedding, we cannot fault Hintlesham Golf Club Weddings! Kate was our main contact and was so helpful and patient the whole organising and planning with multiple questions sent to her throughout the months. Nothing felt too much trouble and all of our ideas and wants and needs were created and came to life better than we could ever have imagined. The food was delicious and portion size amazing. Everyone has commented on how good and tasty the food was! The day ran like clockwork and there was no pressure or feeling of rush at any point of the day, it went so smoothly. We both had the absolute best, most perfect day we could have dreamed of and although it’s only been a week, we wish we could relive the whole day! We definitely will be regular for coming for some yummy food and perhaps an anniversary meal each year! Thankyou doesn’t feel enough but please know how much we appreciate all of the help and making our day the amazing day it was!

  Mrs Moran.

  This wedding venue was everything we were looking for. It was absolutely beautiful with the large windows over looking the golf course and all the fairy lights on the high ceiling beams. The staff were incredible especially Kate who was really accommodating due to the fact that we didn’t live in Ipswich, she always made time to see us when we were in town. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests told us they loved the food. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you so much to the team at Hintlesham golf club.

  Our wedding day was amazing 🤩

  From the very first time on meeting Kate to view the venue and have a chat with her, she was so welcoming and answered all our questions, kept in touch with us all the way up to our day.
  Kate always got back to us promptly, and was fantastic on our wedding day dressed the venue up with our wedding bits to how I wanted it, during the ceremony she made sure my wedding dress trail layed out nicely, she was brilliant throughout the whole day.
  The bar staff/food servers were also brilliant so friendly and anything you needed they got on it right away, the prices of the bar were very reasonable and good value all our guests commented on that, the food was delicious, cooked fresh and served hot.
  We even was able to drive one of the golf buggies to go out with our photographer to take some photos on the golf course, which was brilliant.
  At the end of the evening they made sure all our wedding bits were all packed away and put together for us to get the following day, the bar manager even offered to drive us down to the hotel where we was staying that evening, which was so kind and lovely and thoughtful he dropped us right to the entrance which meant a lot to us, with my husband having a mobility disability.
  Anyone thinking of having your wedding day here, I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed, they were brilliant in every way possible, thank you so much again for making our special day so memorable at your venue.

  Outstanding from initial planning to the fabulous celebration.

  As the Mother of the Bride and family wedding planner I found Kate so helpful. She is an experienced wedding planner with a quietly confident, reassuring character. Just what I needed!
  She answered any emails, with questions promptly, and was very flexible with our bespoke package.
  On the day, the terrace was perfect for welcome drinks. Inside looked amazing and all the food was delicious with all food allergies well catered for. The service was very attentive throughout the meal and the bar staff were efficient during the busy evening reception. Opening the doors to reveal the dance floor and to allow the band to set up, behind the scenes, ensured the day flowed smoothly into the evening with a great party atmosphere. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue.

  The most amazing venue

  I had a beautiful wedding at Hintlesham Golf Club in September 2023. From the planning with their experienced and amazing wedding organisers to the big day it was all seamless and made as stress free as possible. Comments from our wedding guests included the food being the best wedding food they'd ever had, Seamless bar services with amazing options, very attentive staff and a beautiful and spacious venue inside and out. The venue were very flexible allowing our vision to come to life and a day that we will never forget. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

  The best day ever!

  We honestly had the best day possible and it is all down to Kate and her wonderful staff. Very professional! I had lots of comments saying how well run our wedding was, how lovely the staff were and that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Kate was so helpful leading up to the wedding, making it a very stress free time for us both. Lovely venue and the food was amazing! I could not recommend Kate and her beautiful venue and staff enough!

  Amazing! We had the best day!!
