Magical Venue!
Harewood Forest is so stunning and unique! We had the most incredible day - and Ben did so much or us throughout the whole process. The venue is big, beautifully set in nature and full of character and charm. Couldn't ask for more!

The perfect rustic venue in the woods!
We celebrated our wedding at Harewood Forest on the 7th of June 2025, and it truly was the most magical day. From the moment we discovered the venue, we knew it was something special and it only got better from there. Since our initial visit, the venue has seen some amazing improvements, especially the indoor dining area, which was fantastic as it rained the entire day!
Although we were initially disappointed not to use the stunning outdoor ceremony space due to the weather, the indoor setup more than exceeded our expectations. It created a warm, rustic atmosphere for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, drinks reception, and evening party. Everything flowed seamlessly, and the space looked absolutely beautiful.
Our guests were completely enchanted by the setting and we received so many compliments about how unique and picturesque the venue was. A huge thank you to Ben for his support, guidance, and calm presence both during the planning process and on the set up day and the big day itself.
Harewood Forest will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we hope to return someday. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

A magical fairytale
I started researching wedding venues last year in March and this was the first one that popped up, I looked at other venues, but I came back to this one and decided to book a viewing with Ben the owner. We visited on a beautiful sunny day in May and as soon as we arrived and heard the birds chirping amongst the trees I looked at my Husband to be and we knew we found it. The photos don't do it justice. Ben was a big part of why we picked the place, his personality fit in exactly with ours and he made us feel very at ease, so we booked this venue instantly! We saw the venue several times and Ben never tired on my constant questions - sorry Ben! :)
On the set up day Ben was around helping us when we needed it and on the day he was there with whatever he could help with. This venue was an absolute magical dream surrounded by the forest. If you are looking for a forest wedding this is the one, the have wet weather plans to make sure you get the perfect ceremony and breakfast inside and out. We used Man with a Pan for our catering who were phenomenal, The Rhyming Celebrant - Laura as our celebrant, Adela Photography and JTFilm all highly highly recommended!

A piece of tranquil paradise.. until you hire a tin whistler…
We had the best day and Ben couldn’t have been anymore helpful. His relaxed approach translated into keeping my (now) husband’s inner groomzilla at bay.
The woodland decorated the place naturally and beautifully so you don’t have to spend hours putting your own up. All the guests commented on how amazing the location was and you really do feel like it’s your private little bit of heaven!
Tin whistles are a must for any bride walking down an aisle.

Absolutely unreal
We got married at harewood forest yesterday and the entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Ben was on hand at all times going above and beyond. He was super laid back with everything and just the very best host!
When I say the pictures do not do this venue justice I really mean it, I went to look around expecting to not be interested and booked it on my way home! It is absolutely stunning and a true gem! All of my guests were in awe of this venue!
I cannot recommend this venue enough!! GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Unique and beautiful venuw
Harewood forest is a truely magical unique venue. Hidden away in the woods the venue is so beautiful with all the plants & quirky rooms / areas. Being able to set up a Glamping site for guests to stay over was great. Ben & his team were also brilliant to work with. They shared ideas from previous weddings for inspiration but were also really accommodating and flexible about any ideas we had. Harewood forest was the most perfect venue for our wedding. Thank you!

Such a Magical Day
We had our dream wedding in Harewood Forest on 21st May. The whole place is just stunning and we had countless compliments from all of our friends and family. We were lucky to have perfect weather which meant we were able to have the ceremony and wedding breakfast outside, but if you do get rained on then they are not short of undercover spaces to keep you dry!
Definitely recommend JoJo Bell Tents as they were just gorgeous and the perfect end to a magical day.

Wonderfully Whimsical
Ben and team were brilliant. They helped us every step of the way! From supplier suggestions to some last minute on the day changes they were THE BEST. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a woodland venue

Our dream venue!!
If you want a festival style wedding then we can’t honestly recommend this place more! The setting is absolutely beautiful and really does come alive at night when all the lights come on. Ben is a great guy, really helpful and will give you great advice, he has so much vision for the place, you can really tell when you get there how much attention to detail has gone into it. All our guests said what a unique venue it is and that it was the most memorable day they (and we) had ever had. If you come across this venue in your search you really must see it!
