Wonderful Woodland Wedding
I cannot recommend Crown Lodge enough! When my husband and I first visited the venue we knew it was the one. Even though we first saw it in foggy rainy February and couldn’t see the gorgeous view!!
Working with the wonderful people at Crown Lodge was such a pleasure. Kylie was so approachable, kind and friendly. It made the process very easy for us!
On the wedding day itself I cannot thank them enough for everything Kylie and the team did. They made the whole day run so smoothly.
We cannot thank them enough for everything. It was the perfect venue for our wedding and is truly such a breathtaking place. I whole heartedly recommend this venue for your wedding and am so happy we got married there. -

Wow — Crown Lodge is absolutely magical! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect place to say “I do.” The views are breath taking and had all of our guests in awe, and the lodge itself is so beautiful inside that it hardly needed any decoration. At the same time, it offers plenty of space to add personal touches, so it truly feels like your venue.
What made our day even more special was Kylie and her incredible team. Kylie followed our plan to the tiniest detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined. Throughout the day, she checked in with us to see if we were happy, reassured us that everything was running smoothly, and made sure we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. From the very beginning, she was so responsive, kind, and attentive to every little detail in the lead-up to the wedding, which made the planning process feel so much easier.
One of the things we loved most about Crown Lodge is how flexible it is. Unlike other venues we visited, there are no rigid rules about how your day “should” be. Instead, you’re given the freedom to create a wedding that reflects you as a couple — and that made it feel all the more special and unique.
We honestly cannot thank Kylie and the team enough for everything they did to make our dream wedding come true. Crown Lodge will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly to anyone searching for a truly unforgettable venue.

We had the most stunning wedding day at the Crown Lodge I highly recommend! Absolutely stunning venue with views over the wye downs. Kylie was there every step of the way and was always on hand to answer any questions. On the day she had everything covered, the venue was set-up beforehand for us and it was exactly how I imagined it! She made sure the whole day ran smoothly and I’m so grateful, thank you Kylie & the Crown Lodge team! xx -

A Magical Venue
From the moment we visited Crown Lodge, we both fell in love with the warm atmosphere and incredible views (even despite the wet and windy weather in October when we first visited!). Kylie made us feel incredibly welcome, reassured throughout every stage, and went above and beyond to make our fire pit request possible. On the day, Kylie and the team made sure everything went incredibly smoothly and we had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was from our guests. We couldn’t have wished for a better day, and we look forward to returning back to Crown Lodge for many life milestones in the years to come. -

Crown Lodge is such a beautiful wedding venue, although we had to get married inside due to the weather, it was still a beautiful ceremony.
Kylie was amazing from the moment we booked 2 years ago until we picked up everything the morning after, she made everything easy, great communication and from the multiple visits to the lead up to the day she was attentive and helpful throughout.
Even now we still get comments on how beautiful the venue was and having access to the Wye Downs made some amazing pictures.
It’s a day we will never forget and are truly grateful for Kylie and the staff at Crown Lodge. -

The perfect venue
We had the most incredible experience at Crown Lodge – it was the perfect place for our special day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a truly magical atmosphere. A huge thank you to Kylie, the amazing coordinator, who was so helpful, organised, and genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. She made everything run smoothly and took all the stress out of the day – we couldn’t have done it without her! Our guests were blown away, and we’ll cherish the memories forever. We can’t recommend Crown Lodge enough!

We had our wedding at Crown Lodge in Ashford in May 2025, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. From the moment we booked two years ago, the team were amazing – especially Kylie, our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole journey, answering every question and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.
The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect size for our smaller wedding – cosy and intimate inside, but never cramped. The views over the North Downs are just stunning and made for the most incredible photos. The whole setting felt so peaceful and special.
All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how special it felt. It really was the perfect place for our day, and we’re so grateful to the Crown Lodge team for helping make it unforgettable.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique, scenic, and welcoming wedding venue. -

Beautiful Evening Wedding!
My husband and I got married at crown lodge in January. Kylie was so helpful right from day 1 we had the wedding we dreamed of! Venue was beautiful and the staff were amazing! I couldn’t have asked for better. Recommend 100% -

We had the most perfect day! The venue is absolutely stunning with the whole wedding taking place in one location. We were over the moon to get married outside at the alter which gives a lovely woodland feel.
Kyle, Crown Lodge's go-to superwomen made the whole build up and day run perfect. We met Kyle a few times, I was able to take my bridal party to the venue several times, we messaged/emailed a lot when I had little questions or queries. The day of the wedding Kyle was available to sort anything if needed and making the day run smoothly in the background without you noticing. Kyle was a dream!
Crown Lodge is a beautiful venue alone but on top of that you have the stunning views from the garden!
I'd do the day all over again with the click of a finger. -

We got married in October 2024, we knew we wanted an Autumnal themed wedding and what better venue than Crown Lodge! It has such an intimate and cosy feel as soon as we viewed it, we just knew this was the one for us.
Special mention to Kylie, she was incredible from start to finish, talked through everything with us, there was no pressure, and everything was very relaxed. Kylie was always there on the other end of an email with very quick responses to any questions. Kylie was there on the day coordinating and everything ran so perfectly! All our guests commented on how well the day flowed, saying they didn’t feel rushed, and everything was smooth. We were hoping for an outside wedding but the rain that morning meant we were inside, HOWEVER, they set everything up so beautifully I am so pleased it was inside, it was so cosy we couldn’t have wished for anything better. Plus, we were lucky enough to have the most amazing sunset in the evening! The views at the venue mean you can get beautiful wedding photos.
If you’re looking for a venue who takes care of YOU and your wedding day, this is the venue to choose, I wish I could give 100 stars and do it all over again!
