Paper Swan Stationery offers a range of design collections that differ in style, colour, and appearance. These options can be fully customised to suit your chosen colour palette and wording. You can have a bespoke collection made from scratch through a consultation with Lucy. Some of the products available include save-the-date cards, invitations, RSVPs, menus, wedding detail cards, and thank-you cards.

If you choose from one of the designs in my stationery collections, it will normally take 2-3 weeks. If you would like to have a bespoke invitation suite design, then it can take between 2-4 weeks

An absolute five star experience

Lucy was a GEM of a stationer. Throughout our entire engagement, she anticipated our needs, was very flexible, patient and committed to getting us the absolute most beautiful stationary that even our guests said was fantastic. She was one step ahead with planning and organisation and I could not recommend her any higher. If you want bespoke there is no better way to go than paper swan.

I highly recommend Lucy to do invitations, response and talking through was thorough, nothing was too much to ask, and replied very quickly, over the moon with the design and detail that has gone into our invites, couldn't have asked for anymore, very reasonable priced, was able to work it within our budget

Lucy has been amazing

Lucy has been amazing from start to finish. We had a semi-bespoke design with her and we absolutely loved it. She has been helpful with any alterations we needed doing, and always responded very quickly - whether it’s to answer any questions, or give us update on any progress. Would highly recommend!

Great experience

Lucy stepped in to help us with our table plan, welcome sign and order of service when we were let down by our original supplier just weeks before our wedding - absolute star! She was very responsive, flexible in changing colour schemes and the products are great quality.

Perfect - Couldn't have wished for a better experience

Lucy was incredible - from start to finish she was responsive, had massive attention to detail and was so accommodating. We purchased invites, as well as place cards and menu cards. We chose one of Lucy's designs but she amended it to match our colour scheme and it worked perfectly! To top off this incredible service, due to postal strikes and being not too far away Lucy hand delivered the menu cards! Can't thank Lucy enough and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend paper swan to anyone!

Simply beautiful!

Lucy is an absolute pleasure to work with creating the most beautiful bespoke invitations for us, better than I ever imagined they’d be. She was always available to give advice on what would suit our colour scheme, she’s so creative in her designs even down to the tiny details she incorporates to the design.
Lucy went above and beyond for us from start to finish with the invites and I cannot wait for her to work on our on the day design as I know they’ll be as perfect as our invites❤️

Creative, easy going and listens

When I first contacted Lucy we had a lovely chat about the theme for our wedding. She gave me ideas which were totally in keeping with the type of wedding we wanted. She wasn’t pushy but knew exactly what worked and gave solid advice. It has been a pleasure from the very first phone call right to receiving our last bits and pieces. No dramas or fuss with Lucy. Total pro. So very happy that Lucy has been part of our day.
