We booked the grand hotel for our indian wedding and reception, we had almost 400 guests attending and the hotel met our needs for the wedding. We had great contact throughout with Nicole, she helped us at the initial viewing and subsequent site visits, she responded swiftly to any queries and emails we sent and was a great help on the day. We also had guests stay at the hotel and they were happy with the rooms and service they received. All in all it was the perfect venue for our special day.

From the moment we arrived at The Glass House, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our wedding. The venue itself is absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of elegance and natural beauty. Every single detail, from the breathtaking views to the beautifully kept grounds, created the most magical backdrop for our special day. What truly set The Glass House apart, though, was the incredible team behind it. The level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail was second to none. Every step of the way, we felt supported and genuinely cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble – it felt like the team truly wanted our day to be just as perfect as we did. We have to give a special mention to Cieran, who was simply outstanding. From start to finish, he was calm, kind, organised, and always one step ahead. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful he was, and we couldn’t agree more. He helped everything run so smoothly and made us feel completely at ease – we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without him. If you’re looking for a venue that is not only beautiful but also backed by a team who genuinely cares, The Glass House is it. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to begin our married life, and we’ll be forever grateful for the part they played in our unforgettable day.

Honestly cannot recommend Blackpool a pleasure beach enough for hosting out 2021 wedding. Both us and our guests had an amazing day and all said it was the best wedding they had been too! Food was amazing, service outstanding and everything was taken care of for us, honestly a dream venue, thank you so much to the whole team!

We cannot thank Amy and the team at Viva Blackpool enough for making our day absolutly perfect. Amy worked so hard, she gave us the time and patience that we needed when meeting all our wants and wishes, and she didnt disapoint! From the ceremony to the wedding breakfast and onto the wedding recepetion. Every last detail was stunning and exactly what we wanted...more so infact. Completely blew us away. The food was amazing! The entertainment at night time was fabulous- everyone had so much fun at the casino tables, the candy cart was a big hit with the children and the adults, the show girls where stunning and the dj did such a good job. The vibe was fantastic. Not a dull moment all day. We said from the start we wanted a happy, relaxed and FUN day - and this is what we got. We have made memories which will last us a life time. Amy went above and beyond! Thank you so much!

We came across this gem and decided we HAD to get married here. Alex Taylor, is the most experienced of Wedding planners. She went through our wishes, wants and maybes as ever the professional, therefore, we came up with Our favourite day. Most of our guests stayed the night before. I stayed with our two children. The hotel staff were so brilliant in their detail to personal service. Tara on reception, Hazel in the restaurant. All members of staff were polite, courteous and a little bit cheeky! There are so many staff that I just can not remember all their names. GREG MARSHALL and his team looked after us on our Wedding Day and he was absolutely amazing. His professionalism and dedication to his job was second to none. Our day went too fast, without any hitches. The wedding was superb in the ballroom. The "WOW" factor of Pavillion on the Prom blew our guests away. The food was a proper banquet. All our guest commented on how good the food was, and in decent amounts. The evening buffet was well like by everyone. The quality was top notch. The DJ for the evening did us proud as we wanted an 80's disco fest, loved loved loved it. Upon reflection, a week later, I am still at The Park House Hotel. It is the most magical place on the coast. I cannot than you enough fir making our Wedding Day, the day that it was. I love all of you.
