The perfect wedding venue! As soon as we walked in we loved the space - the light, the decor, the features! Kika and Naomi were so helpful and always friendly when planning the wedding in the months leading up to the day. Nico, was superb on the day and the day before making sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly for us. All the staff at the venue were lovely and did a great job! We chose from the Indo-Asian menu and our guests really complimented the food and the evening hot dogs. Nothing was too much and we had the best day here. Thank you

I could not recommend the council house banqueting suite enough!! All the staff were amazing from start to finish and made the day go smoothly. Especially Rita and Claire for me who I had the main communication with. Also George who was very accommodating to my dad who is in a wheel chair. We honestly had the best day there and I just want to say a massive thank you 😊

We had our wedding at Shustoke Barn last weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience with them. All the way through from booking to the day itself, the whole team were so friendly and helpful, and there was no question too big or small for them. The day itself ran smoothly thanks to Emma and Jack, who did a great job of checking in with us whilst making sure we also relaxed and enjoyed the day. The food was amazing - so many of our guests commented that it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. We couldn't recommend booking with them enough, and only wish we could do it all again!

Lorraine & Darren 29.02.20 Had our wedding reception here, was lovely from start to finish, Claire is a great wedding organiser always on the end of an email to answer any queries, the day of our wedding the room was perfect, food was lovely and staff were lovely, we were looked after by David and Conrad during the day and evening both so professional and couldn't of done anymore to make the day go smoother, would highly recommend and reasonably priced

Charlie the wedding coordinator was very friendly and patient with us. He ensured to follow up with us and go through everything we had in mind in terms of the room dressing, food and drinks, and even gave us a discount. We had to do certain things differently and Charlie helped us and accommodated us even though it was different from what the venue is used to. On the day everything went amazing. I’ll definitely recommend this venue 100%.

If your looking for somewhere beautiful to get married then look no further. Me and my new husband have just got married here and neither us or our guests had any complaints. Everything is beautiful and clean, staff so helpful and food came out on time. My wedding was a dream

The hotel being very local was just one perk of this absolutely stunning building. As soon as we walked in for the show around we knew it was the one for us. The rooms are absolutely stunning, breathtaking ceilings, artwork and tapestries. The packages they offer are very comprehensive and cover everything we wanted with upgrades available if you wanted them. The bridal suite is massive and was more than enough room to host my bridal party when getting ready in the morning and felt like a king and queen to spend our wedding night there. The other rooms are very reasonably priced and meant a lot of our guests wanted to stay the night. Marius and Emma were beyond helpful on the lead up to the day as well as on the day. Answered any and all questions I threw at them and the day ran blissfully smoothly due to their experience, planning and attention. There was an event on the night before and they managed to get the room turned round in record time so me and little helpers could get the room set up before going to bed (the stresses of DIY decor!) I wouldn't change a thing about my day (other than maybe the weather!) and would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly reccomend this venue for an absolutely stunning wedding.

20.08.2011. We had an evening reception with buffet/disco. we were provided with help and advice on planning the wedding but at no time was Amelia (our wedding coordinator) ever pushy and we were free to visit the ground prior to the big day with no fuss!!! Amelia took care of everything, emailing me regular updates On arrival we were greeted by our wedding manager Andy and his colleagues Drinks had been provided in the lounge. The club offered a tour of the stadium which is a must for any die hard blues fans or just footie fans in general. Everyone who went raved about it, and about the guide who is so knowledgeable about the stadium. The tour takes 30-45 mins and is a great way to entertain people while the bridal party had private photos. lots of beautiful spots for photos. We hired the jasper carrot suite which has a room length view of the pitch and is a stunning view. The food is breath taking and everyone commented on this. This is no ordinary sausage on a stick buffet. The top table were served at the table so did not have to queue which was fabulous. From start to finish the service we have received from everyone at the blues ground was amazing, first class. They bent over backwards for us!!! WE took the evening package which was £1850 for 120 people, this included red carpet on arrival, wedding manager and security, but we were treated more like we were spending £180,000.
