The Banqueting Suite boasts a central position at the head of the main staircase and extends almost the entire length of the Council House. Its stunning arched windows offer spectacular views across the City and Victoria Square. Licensed for civil ceremonies, the Banqueting Suite is the ideal setting for wedding celebrations of distinction. The splendid rooms, quality service, and professional support will make a wedding at the Banqueting Suite a long-lasting, cherished memory.
The venue can seat up to 150 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast and up to 200 guests for your evening reception.
The Catering Manager preserves traditional values, care, courtesy and discretion when preparing and delivering your delicious cuisine. Our catering team provide prompt, efficient and personal service. The team would happily offer their expertise and suggest menus and wines to complement your big day.
