Lead time:
For save the dates and invitations we require 3-6 weeks for semi-bespoke and 6-8 weeks for bespoke solutions. For on the day stationery, we require a minimum of 8 weeks
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
We have a minimum spend of £200 on save the dates and invitations and £500 for on the day stationery. We also have a pricing guide available on our website to give couples a better idea of fees
What are your delivery times?
We recommend that you take into account three weeks for printing and delivery. Extra finishes such as hot foil and embossing may need a longer timeframe and can be discussed durring the consultation
Do you do national mailing?
Yes
What is the charge for national mailing?
Postage and packaging are automatically added to the price and included in your quote

Bespoke venue illustration - save the dates
SoonToBeWed knocked it out the park with our save-the-dates! They created a beautifully bespoke venue illustration, complete with embossed details and gold foiling that added a touch of ‘wow’. They handled all our design tweaks (and the occasional overthinking) with ease, and the whole process was a breeze thanks to their patience and attention to detail. They had no issues shipping to us even though we are based out of the UK. Couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking to make a memorable first impression through your wedding stationary - give these guys a go!

Easy to work, very responsive, great product!
We came across Soon to be Wed on Instagram and fell in love with their embossed designs. We have worked with Seema to get our dream Save the Dates and now our wedding suite. Seema is incredibly responsive, offers great advise, and provided us timely solutions to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Soon to be Wed! They are easy to work with and the final product is perfect!

beautiful invites, lovely company
I absolutely love my invites from soon to be wed, i was really struggling to find a more contemporary art deco wedding invite. I stumbled across soon to be wed on hitched in my hunt for the perfect style and instantly knew I wanted them to do my invites. I had a call with Seema who was really helpful and informative from the start. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and I was actually surprised how quickly I received the invites in the post. I absolutely love them, they are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We will 100% be using soon to be wed for our on the day stationary too, couldn't recommend them enough!

Beautiful save the dates

A fantastic service! Wow!!
We found Soontobewed on Instagram and fell in love with all the stationary on their page. The process was so smooth and Seema and Habib couldn’t do enough to help! We had our wedding invitations designed and created by them built from a rough idea I had in my head - every single detail was considered and they were super helpful when we weren’t sure on design decisions. We are absolutely over the moon with our invites and have had so many guests come back to say how beautiful they are! The quality is amazing and we plan to get a copy framed, we love it that much. A fantastic service and team to work with! Thank you!!
