Lead time:
For save the dates and invitations we require 3-6 weeks for semi-bespoke and 6-8 weeks for bespoke solutions. For on the day stationery, we require a minimum of 8 weeks
What is the charge for not reaching the minimum number of orders?
We have a minimum spend of £200 on save the dates and invitations and £300 for on the day stationery. We also have a pricing guide available on our website to give couples a better idea of fees
What are your delivery times?
We recommend that you take into account three weeks for printing and delivery. Extra finishes such as hot foil and embossing may need a longer timeframe and can be discussed durring the consultation
Do you do national mailing?

What is the charge for national mailing?
Postage and packaging are automatically added to the price and included in your quote

Bespoke venue illustration - save the dates
SoonToBeWed knocked it out the park with our save-the-dates! They created a beautifully bespoke venue illustration, complete with embossed details and gold foiling that added a touch of ‘wow’. They handled all our design tweaks (and the occasional overthinking) with ease, and the whole process was a breeze thanks to their patience and attention to detail. They had no issues shipping to us even though we are based out of the UK. Couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking to make a memorable first impression through your wedding stationary - give these guys a go!

Beautiful stationery
We loved working with Seema at Soon to be Wed for our wedding stationery! Everything looked beautiful and tied in perfectly with the day. We really appreciate all the care and detail you put into it- from the pink bows on the vow books to the pink envelopes for the invitations and save-the-dates. Literally everything we asked for and more
I cannot stress how above and beyond Seema and Habib went when we used their bespoke service. The illustrations were beautiful, and when we gave a rough pallet thinking we might have to compromise, they came back with not only exactly what we wanted, but where a colour had been discontinued Seema called the company to make sure we could still get enough for what we needed. At no point did we feel like we were being pushed into more expensive options that weren't what we wanted for the sake of it, everything was the best possible version of what we wanted and both my partner and I cried (with happiness!) when we saw the invites. Also turnaround time for concepts to actual designs to any edits and finished product was fantastic.

Wonderful service from Soon to be Wed

Stunning, personal invitations for our wedding day.
Honestly we cannot believe how amazing our invites are. They better than we ever thought! It was so so thoughtful and lovely how when we opened the box, there was for one for our memory box and being surprised by our little dog picture that had been illustrated as well as the venue too. We did not expect that at all! Such a lovely touch. We are so thankful for how much hard work Seema and Habib have put into them.
I now can’t wait to organise our signage for the day too.
