SoonToBeWed knocked it out the park with our save-the-dates! They created a beautifully bespoke venue illustration, complete with embossed details and gold foiling that added a touch of ‘wow’. They handled all our design tweaks (and the occasional overthinking) with ease, and the whole process was a breeze thanks to their patience and attention to detail. They had no issues shipping to us even though we are based out of the UK. Couldn’t recommend them more. Where do I start with Seema at Soon to Be Wed Stationery? From our very first phone call to bringing my wedding stationery to life, she was an absolute star—and all with less than two weeks to go until the wedding!
She listened, offered thoughtful advice and kept me updated every step of the way. From keeping track of deadlines to WhatsApp messages, the occasional voice note, emails and printed proofs, her communication and care were brilliant throughout. She was so patient with my last-minute changes and even made a few extra menus to accommodate my adjustments, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. She was genuinely lovely to work with and professional throughout.
Her work and attention to detail were second to none. She even thought of details I hadn’t realised I needed, adding beautiful finishing touches to our order of service and menus, which included different languages and menu options.
My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. Looking through her Instagram page, there were so many more beautiful things I would have loved to explore had we had more time.

Working with Seema and Habib at Soontobewed was an absolute dream from start to finish! They designed our save the dates and wedding invitations, and they captured the luxury, party vibe of our NYE wedding perfectly. Soontobewed created our amazing wedding invites and save the dates, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. They are the absolute perfect fit for our New Year’s Eve wedding. Seema and Habib were super collaborative and responsive throughout the whole process, bringing some great creative ideas and designs to the table. Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Seema and Habib were so attentive to us throughout this process, helping us design everything from our welcome sign to our name cards, the attention to detail was incredible.
They helped us remember every little detail of parts of our wedding that we never would have considered without them, and they were so patient while we were stressed out and busy planning the rest of it.
When we actually received our stationery we loved the premium quality and the accuracy to the designs. Let alone being such beautiful people inside and out, it fully reflected in their work too.

Perfection form start to finish
We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Seema at Soon To Be Wed!
We initially ordered our wedding invitations, and Seema did a brilliant job bringing our vision to life. We loved them so much that we knew we had to use her again for our wedding day stationery, including our seating plan and menus.
Once again, she did an absolutely lovely job, everything looked fantastic and tied together so well.
