Where do I start!? We had the most incredible experience working with Emily for our wedding at Worstead Estate. From the moment we began planning, Emily exceeded every expectation we had. On the day itself, we felt completely at ease knowing that Emily had everything under control. The timeline was flawlessly executed, and she took care of every detail. We could truly focus on soaking up every moment of the day without any worry or stress. Emily was professional, approachable and responsive, even when we were in different timezones! She listened to our ideas and provided expert guidance, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every element of our special day. Having a wedding planner like Emily was invaluable. She truly brought our vision to life and ensured that every aspect of our wedding went off without a hitch. Emily helped my now husband and I to style our wedding day - one of the best and most magical days of our lives. She started with a mood board that beautifully captured what colours and styles we were hoping for and then helped coordinate some of our vendors and introduce us to those who could also make our vision come true.
We were also lucky enough to have Emily with us on that day and it really wouldn’t have been the same without her. The day ran perfectly and it was all down to Emily’s professionalism and calm. You can really tell how experienced she is as nothing seemed to phase her through the whole process (even though she even had a skiing accident mid way through our year of planning!).
I would not hesitate to recommend Emily to anyone I know. She’s a organised, highly experienced and was always reassuring through the whole process. She is also just such a fantastic woman, with such a humanity about her!

I cannot recommend Hardesty Event Design's services enough! We got married at a Norfolk-based dry hire barn venue in July last year, and utilised the 'bespoke planning' service offered by Emily's team to help us throughout the process - from initial vision, through to the day itself.

Emily’s endless knowledge of the industry and years of passionate dedication to helping others create the best day of their lives was so clear throughout the process. Her recommendations and advice at each stage were invaluable. With our venue being dry hire, it seemed like a huge hill to climb to get everything sorted. But Emily helped to organise our thoughts and break everything down, making each element seem much more manageable. From catering and bars, to furniture hire and candles; Emily helped us find some incredible suppliers. Each recommendation made our dream vision become a reality!

We only started our planning process 11 months before the day, due to some last-minute availability at the venue we'd set our hearts on. So this felt very overwhelming as we had so many people telling us it wasn't possible to get everything planned in time! However, Emily was incredibly reassuring and immediately set out to help us to make our dream day a reality. Emily wasn't available for on-the-day coordination services due to being a guest herself, so recommended an industry contact who was incredibly thorough and took any stress away from us throughout the day! Hardesty Event Design was incredible from start to finish and our wedding would not have been the same without Emily and all her hard work. Emily helped with styling, booking suppliers (including some show stopping singing waiters) and also all the logistics elements seamlessly.
