Hi, I’m Crystal, the face behind On The Day Events and your go-to girl for stress-free, joy-filled wedding days.

Based in Hertfordshire, I specialise in coordinating outdoor weddings, tipi weddings and marquee sailcloth celebrations across the region.

You’ve spent months planning your perfect celebration. When the big day arrives, you should be laughing with your favourite people - not checking the time, juggling suppliers or putting out fires. That’s where I come in.

What I Do
With over 15 years in the weddings and events industry, I’ve worked on everything from intimate woodland ceremonies to large tipi and sailcloth marquee weddings. I’m the Event Manager at Vanstone Park and have spent seven years with the amazing team at Country Tipis & Marquees, where I’m still proudly part of the crew. So when it comes to outdoor weddings in Hertfordshire, I know all the tricks, timelines and details that make the day run flawlessly.

On your wedding day, I’ll be the calm, organised presence working behind the scenes - coordinating your suppliers, managing your setup, keeping everything on schedule and handling anything unexpected (because in outdoor weddings, something always happens!).
