From the moment we started working with her, we knew we were in safe hands. In the lead-up to the wedding, she was incredibly thorough, even carrying out a detailed rain contingency check to make sure every scenario had been considered. Knowing there was a solid plan in place regardless of the weather gave us so much reassurance in the days before the wedding.

On the day itself, Crystal was amazing. She helped with the setup beforehand, making sure all the little details were exactly where they needed to be, and from the moment we arrived she was a calm, reassuring presence. Weddings inevitably come with little surprises and last-minute challenges (including a slight panic when some family members were running late!), but Crystal handled everything so professionally that we barely had to think about any of it.

What impressed us most was how seamlessly she managed the entire day behind the scenes. Every transition felt effortless, everything ran on time, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about logistics, suppliers or what was happening next. It felt like she was always one step ahead, quietly solving problems before they ever became problems.

Since the wedding, we've had so many guests comment on how smoothly the day flowed, and that's a huge credit to Crystal. The reality is that so much of the work a great coordinator does goes unnoticed because they're making everything look easy, and Crystal absolutely mastered that.

Beyond being incredibly organised and professional, she's also a genuinely lovely person to have around on such an important day. She brought a sense of calm, warmth and confidence that made a huge difference to both of us.
