Wedding Planners in Italy

Sira was a great help! I enjoyed working with her, my only piece of criticism would be to double check with all the vendors (specifically catering) on timings from when till when, but overall Giovani and Sira were great. Felt very taken care of, she was on top of organising and I was able to relax even though we needed to change the whole ceremony last minute as it started poring rain. Another reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because we ended up going over budget from the initial quote, but again I’d highly recommend working with Sira as she did get the job done and helped me being my vision to reality.

We would not have been able to have the wedding of our dreams without Magical Moments and Emily. Emily went over and above to ensure our day was exactly how we envisioned, from Greek breaking plates, to engaging with all suppliers, to even organising that a guest could bring their dog only informed on the day! Emily was an excellent mediator between us and the suppliers, always trying to find the best possible solution and price. Emily is so kind natured and we felt we had a friend we could turn to, to organize our wedding. We always felt calm and reassured when speaking to Emily, even when we thought there wasn’t a solution. We highly highly recommend Emily and her team, she was the best decision we made for our wedding.

The girls were faced with a particular challenge, as my husband and I have always been an unconventional couple, so we feared we would be presented with the usual proposals with little originality. Spoiler: that wasn't the case! We had met them at another event and personally liked them, and they seemed capable, and indeed they were. Because our event, despite intentionally having few guests, was intimate and very beautiful, everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves! We genuinely cannot recommend Light and Dreams photography and videography services more! Their service was everything we could have wished for and so much more. We had initially found the search for a photographer and videographer quite challenging as we knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t quite find it. As soon as we found Light and Dreams the search was over! We knew we wanted to use a local Italian based company so it was great to find Max and Sophia who were local to the venue but also spoke incredible English, which helped us to navigate the challenges of getting married in a different country. Not only were they amazing when it came to our film and photography planning but they also made sure we had everything else related to wedding sorted and offered lots of hints and tips and recommended things to consider - this was hugely helpful, especially as we didn’t have a wedding planner. The photo and film style was exactly what we wanted - bright, colourful and capturing the emotion of the day perfectly. This combined with the fact they offered two photographers (to capture different angles) and the videography meant the package was perfect for us. They made us feel at ease throughout the planning process and then they were incredible at the wedding too. Not only did they capture our day, our relationship and our friends and family so perfectly but they also helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. There were many occasions where Sophia stepped in to make sure things were going to plan and we are so grateful for that. They fit in with the wedding guests so seamlessly as well, everyone loved them and said how great they were. You spend more time with your photographers than anyone else in the day so this relationship is so important to have! And of course most importantly we ABSOLUTELY LOVE the output. We cannot stop watching our wedding film and the photos are so amazing. All our friends and family love them too! Our one recommendation is not to try and save money on your videography and photography - it’s so important to be left with content you love and will treasure forever! The whole process of working with Max and Sophia was so much fun - we have loved getting to know them and genuinely treasure their presence throughout our wedding journey and now in our lives 😃

We had an amazing experience with my wedding planner Fatima, My husband and I got married at the Relais Blu in Sorrento. It was a wonderful experience with a lot of personal little touches, there wasn't anything which was too much for Fatima to sort and was more than happy to complete or walk me through the process. We had the perfect wedding, thanks to Sara and her team! They were highly professional planners and had the perfect balance of offering expertise and advice while also allowing us to make our wedding unique and special to us. We would not have been able to find such great vendors or coordinate without them. Any couple looking to plan a wedding in Italy will be in great hands with Romance in Italy!

We found Roberta as we were desperate to find a wedding planner four our wedding in Sicily. We were living abroad so it was super important that someone from the area could organize and supervise everything since we could not be physically there. She was fantastic since day 1 and what make us choose her was that she was super clear since the beginning on what we could expect and work with the budget we provided to satisfy all the requests we had. She came up with several ideas and we were so happy with the final result that we also received a lot of compliments from the guests. I was so bad at choosing the flowers and she managed to get me the most beautiful ones in the colors of the wedding theme. It was simply wonderful!

Although we had very clear in mind what we wanted for that very important day, we realized almost immediately that Francesco’s job occupancy in Turin and the little time I could dedicate to organize it would have postponed the wedding date and above all generated unnecessary stress. This is how the acquaintance with Daniela was born, she struck me from the first meeting. I wanted a straightforward, organized, competent, practical person and although she advised me to hear other opinions as well in order to make an informed choice, as soon as I left the interview I just wanted her. Two months have passed since the big day, we can only say THANK YOU again. Thanks Daniela, without your precious help, your advice, your ability to solve the hitches immediately, your promptness in responding to us at any time and day, the organization of our wedding would not have been possible! But above all thank you because I have always imagined the bride close to the wedding as a crazy exhausted and instead I arrived at that day calm and just curious to enjoy what we had planned in all those months !! (Francesco is really grateful for this) Thanks to the catering that bewitched me and Francesco right away for the kindness, availability, attention to every detail, but I can say that that day they exceeded our expectations, everyone's expectations. It was all not only delicious but FABULOUS and then that wooden table, those plates, that furniture.. well they made us dream! Thanks to the florist who with his flowers and his talent made the difference! He and Daniela with just a few photos and a few words have grasped what we dreamed of right from the first try and something incredible has been achieved! Those flowers in the church, the wildflowers on the table with those bottles that drove me crazy, my bouquet ... all, all too beautiful. Thanks to the photographers who really cared for us and entertained us. Always been present in every moment without ever being intrusive and you were also fundamental to guide us in some moments of that day. We saw how you love your job and how making something special is one of your priorities! Thanks above all for having so much patience both with us but above all with the requests of all guests. We can't wait to see all the photos!! Thanks to all the audio and lighting service! They were the part that we feared the most because they were mainly managed by e-mail, instead they created a "green room" of our own with a magic of lights that left us speechless. Music entertainment needless to say.. a real BOMB! Thanks to the make-up artist, I wanted to be “Elena” that day and I knew that being natural is the hardest thing for any makeup artist to achieve.. well that day I was 100% myself and all this thanks to her professionalism and skill (I also thank her car that has decided to abandon it right where I had to prepare myself and not before!) Thanks to the location, which was a guarantee for us but was then a surprise for all our guests.. the perfect setting for that day! Thank you for having the patience to keep up with all my requests and thousands of tests.. it was perhaps the part that made you damn the most but the final result was amazing! That day during our last dance Francesco told me “I would like to do it again every year” and I can only confirm this sentence. It’s been a bit more than a year since the wedding day but I still cannot fathom how lucky we were to meet Ilenia and make her the architect of our wedding day. Ilenia is a fantastic professional with a strong network of local suppliers - she helped us find the venue of our dreams, the florist of our dreams, the best photographer ever, the Russian-speaking Italian man who would officiate in the ceremony, organized the lights, the music and basically did everything on the day - spared us from A LOT of stress. Besides, when one of the hotel providers cancelled the last minute, Ilenia found so amazing alternatives in less than a day that my friends still cannot stop talking about it 😅 I can warmly recommend Ilenia, her services and the suppliers that she would select for you.
