We absolutely loved working with Annamaria during the early stages of planning our wedding in Italy. From the start, she was incredibly warm, open, and easy to connect with, and we instantly felt aligned with her vibe and approach She was fantastic when it came to venue hunting and really took the time to understand what we were looking for, sharing thoughtful and beautiful options that matched our vision perfectly Although we ultimately decided to pivot and have our wedding in the UK instead, we genuinely loved working with her in the short time that we did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Italy — and if we were still getting married there, Annamaria would absolutely be the planner we’d choose to work with!!! 💖

Everything ran so smoothly and the result was more beautiful, personal, and joyful than we could have ever imagined. My husband and I privately (and secretly) eloped in Rome, Italy on 10.20.2023. We cannot say enough about our wedding planners at QDC Wedding. From the initial first consult, Claudio and Gabriele made us feel like we were speaking with old friends. They are so warm and welcoming. You can tell they LOVE what they do. The planning process was seamless because they were so organized from beginning to end! They were always available night and day, provided timely responses, and honest and realistic expectations. Gabriele was fantastic with the floral/aesthetic arrangements and very intentional about ensuring we were satisfied. Claudio was our primary contact and worked with us both individually and as a couple. We never felt like one of many. He asked so many questions about our story, and our desires to pay tribute to our vision. They were an all-inclusive concierge service helping us plan itineraries, transportation, music, ceremony rituals, last-minute services, and even travel guidance for our honeymoon in Sorrento. We put all of our trust in them and they delivered! This day was everything we described, dreamed of, and more. It was intimate, unique, beautiful, and meticulously planned. With their support, we felt confident in every decision. We will remember our incredible experiences, our vows, and our new friends for life! To those newly engaged and marrying in Rome, congratulations, and do not hesitate to choose this duo 🫶🏾

A day we and our family and friends will never forget, all thanks to this incredible team! We were absolutely blown away by the level of detail Lori and Fabiana put into our wedding to make it the most perfect day. Nothing was too much effort, they made sure that every little detail was considered to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. We gave them an idea, and they certainly brought it to life, in a better way than we ever thought was possible. The support they showed us throughout the lead up to the wedding and on the day itself was incredible, we felt very loved and special. We could not recommend Lori Campana events more, we feel like we have made friends for life! Thank you to heveryone that made our perfect day even more perfect than we thought was ever possible!

Giovanna helped us plan our dream 60-person wedding weekend in Rome! From the first call to our trips out to Italy, she was kind, patient and incredibly supportive. She organised full venue-hunting itineraries, driving us around and guided us through every detail until we found the perfect spot: Palazzo Brancaccio. After that, she moved quickly to propose suppliers, shape the look and feel of the day, and manage communication and time zones — keeping everyone aligned, even when we kept changing our minds! She was also very helpful with the huge amount of paperwork required for our legal ceremony On the day itself, Giovanna and Silvia made everything run seamlessly. They honoured every detail we’d asked for, kept the timeline tight without pressure, handled any hiccups quietly, and let us stay present and enjoy it. In short, our ceremony and party were more beautiful than we imagined, and we truly couldn’t have done it without Giovanna and Silvia!

Where do I even start? Sofia is one of the most amazing, organised people I have ever come across and I would pay for her 10 times over if it meant the everyday would go as smoothly as our wedding did. As someone who plans (not events admittedly) on a daily basis for work, I knew what would be required and knew I would struggle doing it on top of work. Sofia was with us from the very beginning and as a couple who live abroad, having a line of communication to Italy and its venues/vendors was a real advantage. Sofia communicated with all vendors and helped us find a venue, even whittling it down to 3 to view when we visited in October 2024 and attending every viewing with us to ensure the language barrier was not an issue and we were aware of everything we needed and could ask questions. Leading up to the day I'll admit to being quite laid back, not obsessing over every detail, flower or colour involved but Sofia just knew what was right and wasn't afraid to speak her ideas (which were brilliant more often than not). She kept me calm and at no point did I feel overwhelmed with the planning process knowing she had my back and was working away in the background to create the most beautiful day for us both. She attended on the day (with her assistant) and handled everything so I wasn't asked a single question which was great it meant I really could just enjoy the day, she organised the staff, the vendors and the guests to ensure I only had to get ready and enjoy the day, isn't that all the bride should have to do after all? She kept us within budget and never pressured us to go over, used vendors and choices that reflected what we needed and could afford and told vendors when something seemed unreasonable which was so appreciated. Overall I'd say we spent about 15-20% of our final budget on the 'Wedding planner' element but if you want an easy life, trust me, it will be the best bit of money you spend to avoid the stress and enable you to sit back and enjoy your day. For that, Sofia would be my first recommendation to anyone. To Sofia, you are a godsend, and I cannot envisage what I would have done without you over the last 2.5years. Thank you. x

Renata was seriously a lifesaver. From day one she was so sweet, so patient, and just really understood what we wanted. I had a bunch of Pinterest inspiration saved and she somehow managed to take what was in my head and turn it into something real — it honestly felt like she brought our vision to life perfectly. She was also incredibly responsive. No matter what time I messaged her or how stressed I was, she always got back to me quickly and made everything feel under control. The religious ceremony in the church was super important to us, and Renata handled all of it so smoothly. She made sure everything was organized properly and it ended up being such a beautiful, meaningful moment. On the wedding day, she was everywhere (in the best way). Everything ran so smoothly, she kept the schedule on track, helped our guests, and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. We were actually able to enjoy our day because of her. By the end of the whole process she didn’t even feel like just our planner — she genuinely felt like a friend. We’re so grateful for her and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She truly felt like an angel sent from heaven. 🤍🤍🤍

Paola was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She made my cousin’s wedding in Greece feel like a true dream, everything was perfectly organized, elegant, and full of beautiful details. Her sense of style, calm energy, and attention to every little thing made all the difference. What impressed me the most was how smoothly everything flowed on the wedding day. She handled every situation with a smile and made sure the couple and all of us guests, could just enjoy every moment without worrying about anything. Paola has a real talent for creating magical, stress-free celebrations that feel personal and full of love. I couldn’t recommend her more!

There are no words to express how grateful we were to have found Tania as our wedding planner. She was absolutely fantastic. Her organisation, professionalism and dedication is exceptional and there is nothing she hasn’t thought of when it’s comes to planning a wedding. We are from the UK so were naturally a bit nervous about planning a wedding abroad, especially when we do not speak much Italian, however Tania completely got rid of those nerves. She was extremely responsive and dealt with any of our queries and worries throughout the full process. Tania helped us from start to finish, helping us find the venue, caterers, band etc right through to helping us plan the days surrounding the wedding. She even acted as the interpreter for our official document signings/ceremony, and she did a great job of that. Tania is completely impartial when it comes to selecting vendors so we never felt pressured to use certain vendors, the choice was completely ours but Tania shared her very welcomed thoughts and advice. She is also a lovely person and is very easy to get on with which made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks so much for everything Tania, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Vanessa is, without exaggeration, the most incredible wedding planner we could have dreamed of. Planning a destination wedding in Italy felt like a daunting task, until we met her! From our very first conversation, Vanessa made us feel calm, inspired, and completely understood. Her eye for detail, her refined taste, and her ability to translate our vision into something even more beautiful than we imagined was nothing short of magic. Our guests still talk about how stunning and meaningful everything was. We feel so lucky to have found her, and we would choose her again a thousand times over.
