Wedding in Tuscany by Primavera Viaggi, and our personal wedding planner, Corinna, did a fantastic job planning our daughter’s wedding and making sure it all went smoothly. Because Corinna knows Chianti so well and is a local, she found us a perfect venue— the location, size, and atmosphere were unbelievably exactly what we wanted. She helped us with the menu choices and arranged a tasting and joined us to taste and decide. All along the way, she was by our side as we decided on the details and big picture plans. On the big day itself, we really appreciated Corinna’s calm energy and efficiency in getting everything ready at the right time. She found us gracious skilled professionals–the hair stylist, Romina, and the makeup artist, Mary, to help us all look our best. The photographer Marco and the videographer Francesco didn’t just shoot impressive images, they helped us make everything look lovely. The procession and ceremony were beautiful and the pacing of the speeches and the dinner felt really natural. The food and cake (that cake!!!) were amazing. The whole event could not have gone any better! Corinna even managed to keep the rain just light enough so we could enjoy dinner outside at that dramatic and gorgeous long table. We have lived in Italy part-time for 20+ years and we know a little bit about what a true Italian experience feels like. Corinna made our daughter's wedding truly authentic and 100% magical. We were recommended Tony and family and we were not disappointed . Our wedding was quite small but these guys still made it fabulous and was so professional and gave such personal touches and fantastic attention to everything . Couldn’t have asked for a better organised day which took stress off of us and enabled our day to be very special and relaxing . Her effective communication and management had relieved us from being stressful. She kept us stay on track from budgets, mood board to recommend experienced and reliable vendors. With her expertise, patience and dedication to us, our special day was beautiful and magical. Our guests were amazed with all the details throughout the event. We were blessed that we were introduced to her by our hotel Event Manager. My dreamed wedding came true beautifully. A heartfelt to Dashiell for her planning and managing skills.

I really cannot thank and praise Francesca enough for her service in preparing my dream proposal. Her professionalism and quality of service is exceptional. Every single detail was planned to perfection, and no stone was left unturned. Even down to the detail of organising 3rd parties with photography, videography as well as even booking a dinner at a luxury restaurant for after the proposal. As I was organizing this from Ireland, Francesca was really responsive via email, WhatsApp and on calls which was really comforting. Thank you again for everything Francesca, you’ve helped myself and Vanessa create a lifelong memory.

Amazing organization, attention to detail and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We were let down by a wedding planner, who could not get to grips with our brief, so we decided to look for an alternative. We stumbled across Renata from Wed.U profile on hitched.co.uk and after exchange of a few messages, she was willing to take on the challenge. We only had 3 months to plan the wedding from start to finish. Our original plan was to legally marry in the UK and have a symbolic wedding in Italy. Due to delays with the 1st wedding planner, we couldn’t marry in the UK and had to go through the entire process of legally sorting documents to get married in Italy. Thankfully, Renata is an absolute super woman! Nothing was a problem, and she helped so much with everything, from advice on what was required, to calling up for regular updates and chasing documents from the Italian side. This helped tremendously especially the fact we are not fluent in Italian. From the moment we had our first virtual (face to face) meeting, she filled us with so much hope, excitement and joy to be getting married. She is absolutely amazing and every time we hit an issue, she was always constructive with lots of how to get around things and positivity. Communicating with Renata was a breeze. We arranged a small intimate wedding of 20 guests, at a beautiful villa in the breathtaking Umbrian countryside. We all stayed at the villa for 4 nights, 5 days and wanted our guests to have plenty to eat, drink and be entertained. Renata helped so much with everything. We had a pizza party the first night, she helped with translation & ordering all the pizza & assisted with directions to the villa. The following day she arranged a cultural tour of the beautiful town of Assisi for all 20 guests. Again, she was a superhero, meeting us off the bus at Assisi, taking us around all the most beautiful sights and of course her trump card the best gelato place in Umbria! 🍧😁She helped organise our wine tasting event and dinner with the locals and taking into consideration all our guests’ dietary requirements. The wedding followed, Renata was a superhero once again. She had taken delivery and counted all the equipment, calling in outside help where needed. She organised everything, set up the table’s chairs, coordinated the catering, photographer, DJ, florist and told us what, where and when to do things. She truly made it the best day of our lives; we could not have wished for anything more. Renata really takes pride and passion in what she does and really does go the extra mile and some to help. We had a very tight budget, a very tight time frame, lots of complications and delays with the paperwork side of things, but nothing was a problem for her, and she literally pulled us out of a tight spot to give us a dream Italian country wedding. We are both so happy and now look at all the photos and both say to ourselves “I can’t believe we actually did it! – we actually pulled it off!” None of this would have been possible without Renata. Without her our dream would not have come true. She is our Super Woman! I’m sure you can tell we would not have any hesitation in recommending Renata @ Wed.U as a wedding planner. She listens to all your ideas and requests and will do her upmost to make it all happen. She is committed and passionate about giving clients exactly what they want, and she will pull out every stop to make it a reality for you. In a word she is “brilliant” ❤️❤️
