I’m Giusy, an Italian destination wedding and event planner and the founder of GD Destination Events.

Born and raised in Southern Italy, with deep roots in Sicily and Calabria. For many years, I have lived between two worlds, staying deeply connected to my heritage while building an international life through living and working abroad,including on the French Riviera.

Being part of different cultures and environments has shaped the way I see people, places, and celebrations. It has taught me to look beyond traditions and expectations, and to understand what makes each couple unique.

Speaking three languages and working with couples from around the world allows me to connect with their vision, their background, and the experience they want to create for themselves and their guests.

I create tailor made weddings and events for couples who want to experience the true soul of Southern Italy.
