My husband and I privately (and secretly) eloped in Rome, Italy on 10.20.2023. We cannot say enough about our wedding planners at QDC Wedding. From the initial first consult, Claudio and Gabriele made us feel like we were speaking with old friends. They are so warm and welcoming. You can tell they LOVE what they do. The planning process was seamless because they were so organized from beginning to end! They were always available night and day, provided timely responses, and honest and realistic expectations.
Gabriele was fantastic with the floral/aesthetic arrangements and very intentional about ensuring we were satisfied. Claudio was our primary contact and worked with us both individually and as a couple. We never felt like one of many. He asked so many questions about our story, and our desires to pay tribute to our vision. They were an all-inclusive concierge service helping us plan itineraries, transportation, music, ceremony rituals, last-minute services, and even travel guidance for our honeymoon in Sorrento. We put all of our trust in them and they delivered! This day was everything we described, dreamed of, and more. It was intimate, unique, beautiful, and meticulously planned. With their support, we felt confident in every decision. We will remember our incredible experiences, our vows, and our new friends for life!

Claudio and Gabriele made our entire wedding journey more special than we could have anticipated.

From our first message to the big day they were so supportive and looked after every single detail. Our wedding felt simple and easy to organise. There was minimal stress in planning as they took care of everything for us. We discussed plans over video call and they generated clear action points guiding us through the process. They spent time getting to know us, gaining a full understanding of what kind of day we wanted and how it would suit us as a couple. They helped us with budgeting and were flexible throughout as changes were made.

During our in-person visits they were warm and welcoming, helping us to choose the perfect venue and giving us expert suggestions where we needed guidance. Throughout the whole process their reliable communication with us really put us at ease. We felt we could ask or clarify anything whenever we needed.

During our big day they were amazing at calming my pre-wedding jitters and were present and in control the whole time. They work perfectly together as a team and pulled off a beautiful celebration despite a thunderstorm! We asked Claudio to officiate our ceremony which was extra special for us as they both had grown to be our good friends. Gabriele's floral arrangements were stunning and my bouquet made me feel very special. He used his skill to bring together a beautiful cohesive theme from all my colour and flower preferences.

My husband and I can't thank them both enough for creating the most perfect wedding for us and our guests. We highly recommend them as wedding planners and hope to stay in touch for years to come.

QDC is everything we could have wanted from a wedding planner team and more! Their warm and gentle hearts made us feel comfortable and kept my husband and I reassured that everything was in good hands. They were very professional and flexible, especially with the time difference (we are from Vancouver, BC Canada). We love their optimism and energy from the day of our initial, virtual meet and greet all the way up to the big day.
