You picked Italy for a reason. Maybe it was one trip, one sunset, one glass of wine on a terrace that quietly turned "someday" into "why not us." Then you started googling venues six time zones away, and the whole thing began to feel a little less romantic and a little more like a second job.
That's where we come in.
Intercontact is based right where Central Italy does its best work, hills on one side, coastline on the other, and we exist almost entirely for couples getting married from somewhere else. We know this particular kind of wedding inside out, the logistics, the distance, the small worries that come with planning a day from far away.
Laura, Francesca and Giorgia handle everything personally, and between them they've sat through enough anxious video calls at strange hours to understand exactly what keeps international couples up at night: contracts in italian, vendors you've never met or managing a substantial budget for a day you can't afford to get wrong.
We become your presence on the ground and on the day itself, if a call comes in about a late delivery, it comes to us, not you.
You'll always know where things stand. No radio silence, no vague reassurances, just honest numbers, and an answer whenever you need one.
And your wedding won't look like anyone else's. Wheter it takes place on the coast, barefoot or caressed by the breeze, amidst vineyard, rows by candelight at a leisurely pace or within the majestic architectural setting of a historic villa, we shape the day around the two of you.

Prices start from €2,000 for our on-the-day coordination service, built for couples who've already done the hard part. You've chosen the venue, found the vendors, made every decision yourselves. What's missing is simply someone there on the day, quietly making sure it all unfolds the way you imagined: holding the timeline, checking in with vendors, catching the small fires before you even notice the smoke.
And maybe just as importantly: the people closest to you get to actually be with you. Not checking their phone for the florist's arrival. Not quietly handling a crisis in the corner. Just there, beside you, celebrating.

A joy to work with
