Wedding Planners in Tuscany

We genuinely cannot recommend Light and Dreams photography and videography services more! Their service was everything we could have wished for and so much more. We had initially found the search for a photographer and videographer quite challenging as we knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t quite find it. As soon as we found Light and Dreams the search was over! We knew we wanted to use a local Italian based company so it was great to find Max and Sophia who were local to the venue but also spoke incredible English, which helped us to navigate the challenges of getting married in a different country. Not only were they amazing when it came to our film and photography planning but they also made sure we had everything else related to wedding sorted and offered lots of hints and tips and recommended things to consider - this was hugely helpful, especially as we didn’t have a wedding planner. The photo and film style was exactly what we wanted - bright, colourful and capturing the emotion of the day perfectly. This combined with the fact they offered two photographers (to capture different angles) and the videography meant the package was perfect for us. They made us feel at ease throughout the planning process and then they were incredible at the wedding too. Not only did they capture our day, our relationship and our friends and family so perfectly but they also helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. There were many occasions where Sophia stepped in to make sure things were going to plan and we are so grateful for that. They fit in with the wedding guests so seamlessly as well, everyone loved them and said how great they were. You spend more time with your photographers than anyone else in the day so this relationship is so important to have! And of course most importantly we ABSOLUTELY LOVE the output. We cannot stop watching our wedding film and the photos are so amazing. All our friends and family love them too! Our one recommendation is not to try and save money on your videography and photography - it’s so important to be left with content you love and will treasure forever! The whole process of working with Max and Sophia was so much fun - we have loved getting to know them and genuinely treasure their presence throughout our wedding journey and now in our lives 😃

It’s been a bit more than a year since the wedding day but I still cannot fathom how lucky we were to meet Ilenia and make her the architect of our wedding day. Ilenia is a fantastic professional with a strong network of local suppliers - she helped us find the venue of our dreams, the florist of our dreams, the best photographer ever, the Russian-speaking Italian man who would officiate in the ceremony, organized the lights, the music and basically did everything on the day - spared us from A LOT of stress. Besides, when one of the hotel providers cancelled the last minute, Ilenia found so amazing alternatives in less than a day that my friends still cannot stop talking about it 😅 I can warmly recommend Ilenia, her services and the suppliers that she would select for you.

I had the pleasure of working with Anna whilst planning my destination wedding in Italy. She was attentive, responsive, patient and offered suggestions, recommendations and alternatives when necessary. She speaks both English and Italian fluently which is a tremendous help as well. Anna was instrumental in bringing the vision for my wedding to life, taking my ideas and putting them into action. She was particularly helping with wedding decor and styling for the venue and helping curate the flower design I was looking for with the florist. She has deep knowledge of the wedding and event planning space and was so on top of things on the day of, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a planner!
