Sara planned the most magical, perfect wedding. The day of the wedding she handled absolutely everything coordinating countless vendors seamlessly making the wedding day low stress for me! Sara went above and beyond, we felt like she was the best value of all our wedding vendors. So thankful we selected her after interviewing multiple planners. Sara had great recommendations on the other vendors, we loved the DJ she recommended. People were dancing all night. Our guests kept raving that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and everyone had a blast. We also loved the photographer and videographer that she recommended. Sara also met with us for our catering tasting and venue tour 6 months before our wedding to help make the day as perfect as possible. You will not be disappointed picking Sara for your overseas wedding!

We genuinely cannot recommend Light and Dreams photography and videography services more! Their service was everything we could have wished for and so much more. We had initially found the search for a photographer and videographer quite challenging as we knew exactly what we wanted but couldn’t quite find it. As soon as we found Light and Dreams the search was over! We knew we wanted to use a local Italian based company so it was great to find Max and Sophia who were local to the venue but also spoke incredible English, which helped us to navigate the challenges of getting married in a different country. Not only were they amazing when it came to our film and photography planning but they also made sure we had everything else related to wedding sorted and offered lots of hints and tips and recommended things to consider - this was hugely helpful, especially as we didn’t have a wedding planner. The photo and film style was exactly what we wanted - bright, colourful and capturing the emotion of the day perfectly. This combined with the fact they offered two photographers (to capture different angles) and the videography meant the package was perfect for us. They made us feel at ease throughout the planning process and then they were incredible at the wedding too. Not only did they capture our day, our relationship and our friends and family so perfectly but they also helped to make sure the day ran smoothly. There were many occasions where Sophia stepped in to make sure things were going to plan and we are so grateful for that. They fit in with the wedding guests so seamlessly as well, everyone loved them and said how great they were. You spend more time with your photographers than anyone else in the day so this relationship is so important to have! And of course most importantly we ABSOLUTELY LOVE the output. We cannot stop watching our wedding film and the photos are so amazing. All our friends and family love them too! Our one recommendation is not to try and save money on your videography and photography - it’s so important to be left with content you love and will treasure forever! The whole process of working with Max and Sophia was so much fun - we have loved getting to know them and genuinely treasure their presence throughout our wedding journey and now in our lives 😃

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Elisa and we can confidently say she was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she was honest, professional, and completely transparent — qualities that immediately put us at ease. She has an incredible eye for detail. There were many times during the planning process when I felt overwhelmed or indecisive, and she was always there with thoughtful suggestions and gentle guidance that helped me make decisions with confidence. What stood out most was how trustworthy and reliable she was. We had some challenges with communication from our church, but she handled the situation with grace, always thinking ahead and offering practical backup plans so we never felt stressed or caught off guard. On the big day, she allowed us to fully enjoy the moment without being bombarded with questions or logistics. She only came to us when something truly required our input, and otherwise just made everything happen seamlessly in the background. Throughout the entire process, she truly made us feel heard and valued. She respected our opinions and ensured that our vision came to life, while still offering her expert advice when needed. She also went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect — like helping us order goodie bags for our rehearsal lunch and personally dropping them off at the hotel. It’s those extra touches that really showed how deeply she cared about making our experience special. We’re so grateful to have had her as part of our journey — we can’t recommend her enough!

I really cannot thank and praise Francesca enough for her service in preparing my dream proposal. Her professionalism and quality of service is exceptional. Every single detail was planned to perfection, and no stone was left unturned. Even down to the detail of organising 3rd parties with photography, videography as well as even booking a dinner at a luxury restaurant for after the proposal. As I was organizing this from Ireland, Francesca was really responsive via email, WhatsApp and on calls which was really comforting. Thank you again for everything Francesca, you’ve helped myself and Vanessa create a lifelong memory.

Working with Dashiell and The Wedding Knot team was, without a doubt, the best decision we made in planning our dream wedding in Tuscany. For anyone considering a destination wedding, especially those who might feel apprehensive about planning such an important event abroad, Dash and her team made the entire process seamless and truly enjoyable. From the very beginning, she provided a curated list of trusted and highly recommended vendors, which eliminated any stress and made the search process effortless. She was always just a WhatsApp message or Skype call away, ensuring that every question was answered and every concern addressed with care. Even though we only met a handful of times in person before the big day, our many Skype conversations left no doubt that Dash had listened to and understood every detail of what we envisioned. The entire planning process felt effortless because of her incredible organisation and attention to detail. Then came the storm on our wedding day a challenge that could have overshadowed everything. But thanks to Dash and her incredible team, what could have been a disaster was transformed into an absolute fairytale. Her calm under pressure, creative solutions, and unwavering determination were nothing short of extraordinary. Watching her turn chaos into magic was awe-inspiring, and it’s something we’ll never forget. Because of Dash, our special day was everything we had dreamed of and more. Tania from Italea made our 10 year wedding anniversary so special. She was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. We planned our event from Florida, so we had to have complete faith in Tania and she did not disappoint! Tania made our event better than we ever imagined! We are so thankful for Italea and will use their service again for any event planning in Italy!
