Wedding Planners in Tuscany

Sofy and Max from start to finish were fantastic and helped make our wedding the most magical day! From the start they were incredibly attentive and thorough, with regular long calls to answer any questions and run through logistics for the day. Sofy took over liasing with the venue, vendors and caterers and took all of the stress around the buildup away from us. Throughout the weekend she organised complex transfer requirements for our 100 guest wedding across three hotels, every day of the wedding weekend she was there early and left late, answering any questions we had and made sure everything looked beautiful and ran exactly as we wanted. We could not reccomend sofy and max more, and we will heartily reccomend them for anyone considering their services!

Vanessa is, without exaggeration, the most incredible wedding planner we could have dreamed of. Planning a destination wedding in Italy felt like a daunting task, until we met her! From our very first conversation, Vanessa made us feel calm, inspired, and completely understood. Her eye for detail, her refined taste, and her ability to translate our vision into something even more beautiful than we imagined was nothing short of magic. Our guests still talk about how stunning and meaningful everything was. We feel so lucky to have found her, and we would choose her again a thousand times over. There are no words to express how grateful we were to have found Tania as our wedding planner. She was absolutely fantastic. Her organisation, professionalism and dedication is exceptional and there is nothing she hasn’t thought of when it’s comes to planning a wedding. We are from the UK so were naturally a bit nervous about planning a wedding abroad, especially when we do not speak much Italian, however Tania completely got rid of those nerves. She was extremely responsive and dealt with any of our queries and worries throughout the full process. Tania helped us from start to finish, helping us find the venue, caterers, band etc right through to helping us plan the days surrounding the wedding. She even acted as the interpreter for our official document signings/ceremony, and she did a great job of that. Tania is completely impartial when it comes to selecting vendors so we never felt pressured to use certain vendors, the choice was completely ours but Tania shared her very welcomed thoughts and advice. She is also a lovely person and is very easy to get on with which made the whole process enjoyable. Thanks so much for everything Tania, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Sara planned the most magical, perfect wedding. The day of the wedding she handled absolutely everything coordinating countless vendors seamlessly making the wedding day low stress for me! Sara went above and beyond, we felt like she was the best value of all our wedding vendors. So thankful we selected her after interviewing multiple planners. Sara had great recommendations on the other vendors, we loved the DJ she recommended. People were dancing all night. Our guests kept raving that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and everyone had a blast. We also loved the photographer and videographer that she recommended. Sara also met with us for our catering tasting and venue tour 6 months before our wedding to help make the day as perfect as possible. You will not be disappointed picking Sara for your overseas wedding!
