Wild Wedding Company - not your typical wedding planner!

Planning a wedding in a marquee, barn, woodland venue, family field or private estate? You're creating something completely unique and personal, but with that freedom comes a lot of moving parts.

At Wild Wedding Company, I specialise in coordinating and supporting weddings that don't come with an in-house events team. From managing suppliers and timelines to overseeing set-up and handling the unexpected, I'm here to make sure your wedding runs exactly as you've imagined.

So while you soak up every moment with your family and friends, you can trust that everything behind the scenes is taken care of.

Services Offered

I offer three levels of wedding day support - Wild Day, Wild Weekend and Wild Plan. They all include on the day coordination so theres something for every budget.

  • Wild Day- coordinating your day so you don't have to
  • Wild Weekend - for those whole weekend weddings and events
  • Wild Plan - for those who would like a little more help to find a select number of suppliers and a bit more guidance in the build up to their day

I also offer wedding venue set up and decor hire for your event - so I've got you covered!

Wild Wedding Company can be that extra, trusted pair of hands, working behind the scenes to ensure your wedding happens just the way you want. My focus is just on you and how to remove the stress from you and your guests so you can all really make the most of the day.

Excellent Wedding Planner

We had the full wedding package with Clair which meant she handled things from the very beginning right up to the day after tidy up mission. Clair has amazing contacts which meant we had the best suppliers. The day would not have been possible without her organisation and hard work. She understood our ethos and was great at coming up with ‘outside the box’ solutions. Thanks so much for creating the most amazing and special day for us!

at-home wedding organized from overseas

Clair was knowledgeable and helpful. We organized our wedding from overseas and ended up having to change the plan once or twice along the way, so it was very useful having some help. Organising a home wedding is a lot of work. Our day went smoothly and we were free to get lost in the absolute whirlwind of fun our wedding was - having someone to oversee the details and solve any unforeseen issues was a load off my mind. It was so great being able to leave a "to-do" list on the day for Clair so that we could just enjoy time with our friends and family without having to worry about all the little details.

Amazing Wedding Planner

Clair was invaluable on our wedding day and in the run up. She was an incredibly calming and reassuring presence who I trusted entirely with running the whole wedding day. Clair never failed to answer the phone or my many emails about anything wedding related. She ran the whole wedding day so smoothly and I was able to completely relax knowing that everything had been handled and would be taken care of. All of our guests have commented on how well the flow of the wedding went and that the general atmosphere was so good. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone planning a wedding to ensure you can relax and enjoy the day rather than dealing with any problems or queries. Thank you Clair.

The perfect coordinator

Clair is absolutely incredible!! We hired her for on the day coordination, which meant she took over the communication with suppliers a couple of months before, many things went wrong with other suppliers in the final fortnight but Clair sorted them straight away, which helped ease my wedding anxiety! Her communication with us throughout was spot in, she always responded within 24 hours and within the final month she responded within the hour. Exactly what you need when planning a wedding.
On the day Clair helped all day, completely went above and beyond to make our wild woodland wedding run as smoothly as it possibly could, especially with the challenging British weather. I could not recommend her enough, an absolute gem.

Most amazing wedding planner

We first approached Clair 4 years ago to help us with our wedding as we had no idea what we wanted or where to start. Clair was amazing through the inial planning, helping us decide which type of wedding we wanted and the venue we wanted. We had many a coffee shop meeting to discuss the ins and outs of wedding planning and what we needed to decide on. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had night or day. As we had no idea where to start with planning a wedding Clair found a list of suppliers and talked through the pros and cons of each and ultimately helped us pick the amazing team that created our wonderful wedding.

When we decided to delay due to Covid, Clair helped us rearrange all the suppliers ensuring we could still have the day we had originally planned.

On the day Clair was there right from the start and helped us by making sure all our guests and suppliers know what was happening and where they were supposed to be.
Ultimately, we could not have done the wedding without Clair. She was amazing and we are forever grateful. Over the 4 years, we've come to count Clair as a good friend and would recommend her to anyone.

Emma and Tom - Sherbourne House Marquee Wedding

We would highly recommend Clair to help plan your wedding. We hired her for on the day coordination, as we were getting married in venue where we had to source all the suppliers and there was no coordinator. From our initial phone call, Clair understood exactly what we needed, and she was lovely to work with throughout. She visited the venue with us a couple of months before, and we also had some email communication and phone calls in the lead up to the wedding.

On the day itself she was extremely well organised, and discreet and made sure that none of the suppliers bothered us and instead went straight to her with any queries. She managed the day and got stuck into everything, and was a real help. It meant that we didn't need to worry about anything, and we fully enjoyed our wedding day! Thank you so much Clair!

Clair was our on the day coordinator this year, and she was brilliant! Throughout the run up she was supporting us and offering advice about how to make the day stress free. She was quick to respond, and gradually took over managing suppliers for us, visited the venue and made sure she had a thorough understanding of what our vision was. All the details - a photographers review

I was the wedding photographer at a beautiful wedding that Clair coordinated last weekend - and she was fab. A wedding planner and events coordinator that really pays attention to all the little details, as well as the large ones. The day ran flawlessly and she was lovely to work with! Emma and Zac's wedding June 2018

Clair's organisation took all the pressure away from us. Our wedding was in my parents garden and I was really worried that my husband and I or my parents would have to organise suppliers and handle any problems on the day, but Clair handled everything; allowing all our family to enjoy our day. She always appeared at the right moment when you needed her; as if by magic. Clair had everything ready exactly how we wanted and ran the wedding without us having to think or worry about anything.
