Wedding Celebrants in Cornwall

We are so glad we chose our wedding day to be the way it was. We had chosen our day to be spent as just the three of us, we wanted our day to have focus on what is important to us, to eliminate expectations of a traditional wedding as we don’t feel this best reflects us, our relationship and our values as a family. we wanted the day to be about our love and devotion to each other and our promise to be the best parents we can be to our daughter. We couldn’t have done this without Mary, our celebrant, she took her time to get to know us and gave us her thoughts on readings and ceremony options, styles, and other traditions we didn’t know off ect, she really took into consideration the idea of how we wanted our ceremony and grew it into a much more personal moment that exceeded our expectations and for that we are really greatfull, it will be a memory we cherish forever.

Whilst I’ve known Sabine since I was a child, my husband has only known her the last few years we’ve been together. When we got engaged it was completely obvious to us who was going to marry us. It’s such a special and intimate moment between us in front of family and friends and having the wonderful Sabine be our celebrant made us feel so at ease, peaceful and loved.

We knew straight away that we wanted Sara to be our celebrant. For such a personal, special and intimate moment in our lives, it immediately felt like we were in such a safe pair of hands with Sara because she is so warm, funny and down to earth. She talked us through everything so clearly, gave us so much advice about the day, including covering practicalities like weather (something we were stressing about a few night before the wedding), and the emotions of it all, and made us feel so reassured. What we were really drawn to was the questionnaire which we did without the other one seeing, which made the actual ceremony so incredibly special, funny and moving. So many people said how brilliant she was on the day, it felt like we had known her for a much longer time. We also thought the script she wrote about us and our story captured us so well, its something we will keep and treasure forever. Thank you SO much Sara, there is no minute of the ceremony we would have changed - it was perfect in every way!

Jo was lovely, attentive and put a great deal of effort into our little service to renew our vows. Jo has a flair for creative writing and really picked up on all we wanted to include in such a lovely way. Jo was very good with her pricing and flexible with our choice of venue. Marie-Clare - what a legend of a human! From day one, she put us completely at ease and made the whole process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. She guided us with questions that made us reflect on our relationship in such a beautiful way, and then wove it all together into a ceremony that honestly blew us away. On the day, she delivered it with such presence, warmth, and just the right balance of humour and sentiment. One moment we were wiping away tears, the next we were belly laughing, it felt so natural and so perfectly us. That’s the gift she has: she makes you feel like the ceremony is being led by a dear friend who knows your story inside out. I can’t picture anyone else marrying us. She didn’t just officiate our wedding - she elevated it. We’ll be forever grateful for her role in our day. 🙌🏽

Jacki and Mike did great work job on our wedding day. We had a video call and even a face to face meet up before the big day to go through the ceremony in detail. Even though she typically does elopement weddings, she was able to weave this style and Pagan/Celtic elements into a more traditional setting, which was perfect for us. Our guests absolutely loved them and we really valued their unique take on the wedding celebrant role. Would highly recommend them.

We had our wedding on 16th September at Mount Edgcumbe, Torpoint. Charmian was professional, fully understanding of our requirements, and very happy to speak with us several times leading up to the big day. I highly recommend a practice ceremony day for any larger event; Chairman comes into her own offering a run through of highlights and how to order a procession, working alongside the house / property manager for the wedding location. A wonderful personality.
