Icarus Photography provided an outstanding service on the day. We had a number of locations around Bath we were keen to use. All of which they accommodated, while suggesting many more we wouldn't have thought of. Very friendly whilst also very professional. Images were received shortly after the photo shoot and we were very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend them

Nicky photographed our wedding back in May and was absolutely amazing. I hate having my photo taken generally and much prefer to be taking photos but Nicky made us both feel at ease. Nicky's style of photos is absolutely beautiful and really captured the colourfulness of our wedding and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for everything on the day and after!

Al was absolutely brilliant. Not only were the photos he took fantastic, but his knowledge of Bath allowed us to get some really unique and intimate photos throughout the city as well as big group family/friend ones. Could not recommend him more, he was a fantastic addition to our wedding day.

Derryn was recommended through a friend, and he took some beautiful engagement shots of us a couple of years before we got married. We loved the style of his photography, professionalism and the fact he put us totally at ease. For our wedding, we had a meeting prior to discuss what we wanted and he visited the venue with us so he could have a look at the best locations. On the day we were not blessed with the weather, but Derryn made the most of the small amount of time we got outside, and also got lots of beautiful indoor shots aswell. We worked so hard on the day to ensure we got all the group and couples photos we wanted. Derryn and Sam are professional, genuinely lovely people who really care about their work. We are over the moon with our photos and will cherish them forever. Thank you so much! X

Dan was great! He managed to capture beautiful, candid, documentary style photos of nearly all of our guests! We were really nervous about having our photos taken, but Dan encouraged us to be ourselves and we got gorgeous natural couples shots as a result. He was super responsive to any and all questions, both before and after the wedding. We received our photo gallery really quickly too. If you want a natural style of wedding photography- we cannot recommend Dan highly enough!

From start to finish Mitchell was absolutely brilliant, he communicated with us incredibly well and was always available if and when needed. The photos he took of our special day were absolutely incredible , showing attention to detail and having a real eye for capturing special moments. Sophie and Lloyd were our wedding photographers and they were absolutely outstanding! We have got some gorgeous photos of our day from start to end to cherish. We have got amazing candid photos, posed and lovely details of our day. They also provided absolutely loads of photos, and we’ve now got the tough job of deciding which ones to put up at home! They are also two of the loveliest people you will ever meet. It was like having friends with us all day!

Roxy was my photographer for my wedding she was soo professional all the way through from booking to on the day. She made us both feel at ease as me and my husband don't like having our photograph taken. The photos were amazing she really captured all the special moments exactly how I imagined them. Would highly recommend!!

When planning our wedding, we reviewed several photographers in the Bath area. We wanted someone whose style truly reflected our personalities and the essence of our day. Betty stood out immediately. Her portfolio showcased a talent for capturing moments in a candid, natural way that we absolutely loved. Pre-Wedding Experience From the start, Betty was incredibly professional and helpful. During our initial Zoom call, she took the time to discuss our plans and ideas in detail, making it easy to share our vision. With two different locations and a tight schedule to manage, she went above and beyond to help us plan timescales and ensure commitments from both sides were met seamlessly. On our final catch-up before the wedding Betty also explained her approach and process clearly, walking us through every part of the day so we knew exactly what to expect. To ensure no detail was missed, she provided an online questionnaire that captured all the little things that were important to us. On the Wedding Day Betty’s presence on our wedding day was one of the highlights. Her warm and professional manner made our guests feel comfortable and at ease, and she quickly became an integral part of the celebrations. She worked so efficiently that we never needed felt like we needed to prompt for any photos, and her creativity shone through as she adapted effortlessly to changing weather and tight timings. Throughout the day, Betty was incredibly supportive, bringing a calm and reassuring professionalism that made us feel completely at ease. Her attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that not only the big moments were captured but also the small, meaningful touches that made our day unique. Post-Wedding The post-wedding experience was equally outstanding. Betty sent us a selection of preview photos within a few days, which was a lovely surprise and allowed us to relive moments of the day so soon after. The final photos arrived shortly after and were stunning—beautifully shot and full of emotion, capturing every moment perfectly. Betty also provided a user-friendly online portal where all our guests could easily access and enjoy the photos, which they absolutely loved. Final Thoughts Betty was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer. Her skill, creativity, and professionalism made her an integral part of our special day. Freya was amazing to work with. She didn’t end up shooting our wedding in the end (because she had a baby!!). But she sorted everything out without any stress at all for us. She arranged Sophie to shoot our wedding (who was great!). Freya then edited our photos for us. We’ve only had a sneak peak so for and we LOVE them. Cannot stop looking at them. Can only imagine how good the full selection will be 😀 We got the package which included photography and videography which was great.
