Colin is a lifesaver!

We had our original photographer let us 30 days before our wedding. I put out a desperate search on this app to find a new one and my prayers were answered with Colin.

His style was exactly what we were looking for. After exchanging messages and a phone call. I was instantly relaxed that Colin was the right person and would save the day! He made me feel so calm about the whole situation and all I can say is, that I a extremely glad the other supplier cancelled because Colin was the best thing from the day (aside from marrying my husband).

He fit into the whole day perfectly and bought an amazingly calm energy. Making sure that I was happy the entire time! I felt so comfortable with him. All of my family and friends complimented us on Colin, saying how friendly, professional and efficient he was throughout the whole day.

There is so much I can say about Colin, but simply he felt like a family friend attending with his camera. The previews we have had so far of our day have been absolutely breathtaking and I can’t wait to receive our full album.

Colin did a full day shoot of our wedding at The Orchard in Maidstone in September from bridal prep to first dance and we are so pleased we booked in with him!

From the first meeting with Colin, he made us feel completely at ease and is so easy to get along with which added so much value to our whole day. We loved the natural and candid styles of his photos and it was definitely the style we wanted, nothing too posed.

Colin has been very responsive and fantastic at communicating too, he also managed to get the photos turned around to us quickly, including getting a few sneak peeks over to us the same night as the wedding (as he knew he was going to be away for the next few days/week).

We reached out to Colin, and from the very first meeting he was very invested in getting to know us so he could understand who we were and what we were looking for on the day. On the day itself, all I can say is you couldn’t differentiate Colin from the family, he celebrated with us in a completely non intrusive way. We sought Colin out because he had that je ne sais quoi in his photography skills, and he certainly did not disappoint on the pictures delivered. For Colin, it seemed like each wedding is a unique celebration not just another job, and this comes across in abundance. He is incredibly personable, professional and delivers on his promises, what more can one ask for.

Colin was exactly what we needed on our wedding day. His photos really captured the true essence of our day as he blended in with our family and friends to take REAL photos. We of course have our professional pictures of the two of us that Colin took (which we love!) but it’s Colin’s method of capturing the moments throughout the day that we love the most!

Putting the photos aside, Colin was very professional whilst maintaining a friendly and warming relationship. Colin was very helpful with helping us plan the timings of the day and made things very easy for us.

From the get go Colin was professional, friendly and a genuine joy to deal with. We had many zoom calls to discuss ideas and the running of the day. He listened and also provided some great experienced advice/ideas.

Myself and now wife were looking for an informal vibe, no structured family photos / awkward staged groups of people….we wanted the complete opposite and Colin absolutely nailed this brief. His photos are so incredible, I really do not know how he managed to capture all the ‘special’ moments from so many different angles in such an unintruding way.

I myself am I keen/experienced photographer so was always going to be somehwhat critical and hard to please but, I must say they are the finest wedding photos ( of this informal mature) I have seen… I look through our online photo gallery daily and love reliving the moments, I honestly cannot recommend this humble, happy, quiet, super talented guy enough!

We had the pleasure of having Colin as our photographer for our wedding in July 2023 at Ridge Farm, and I cannot recommend him enough. Colin's ability to capture the most beautiful moments is truly unparalleled. From the stunning footage of us getting ready to the breathtaking golden hour photos, every image is a work of art. What's remarkable is Colin's talent for blending into the background, ensuring that he never disrupted the natural flow of events, yet somehow always managing to be in the right place at the right time for the perfect shot. Colin's work is not just photography; it's storytelling at its finest. As an added challenge we had our dog as part of the ceremony and Colin did a fabulous job of working with our dog minder to capture our 100lb chocolate Labrador bounding down the aisle. We are beyond grateful for the incredible memories he has given us through his exceptional work.

Colin was so good on our wedding day. He comminicated throughout the build up and was very good and patient with the many questions we had! It was the hottest day of the year and things had to change to adapt to the climate, Colin took it in his stride and adapted to any sudden alterations for the day.

He did amazing photos and really engaged with my young niece and nephew which everyone loved to see. He also found all these really interesting angles for shots throughout the day and captured the sentiment behind our wedding day. Thank you Colin for our special day, we love the photos.
