I know how exciting (and yes, a little overwhelming!) wedding planning can be, so let’s make one thing easy: choosing your photographer. I’m Bob, an award-winning Cotswolds wedding photographer specialising in relaxed, documentary-style photography across Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and beyond.
My approach is simple, no awkward posing, no stress. Just honest, natural storytelling that captures the real moments of your day. One of my favourite client reviews says it best:

Bob was an easy and brilliant choice to capture our day. He was professional and organised leading up to the event and had great communication. On the day Bob spent a good amount of time with everyone capturing beautiful photos. All the photos are relaxed and he has captured so many special moments. The life saver
Bob was a life saver, after our photograph cancelled on the morning of our wedding day. Bob came to save the day!! He was full of energy and brought a new whole vibe to the day.
All our guests couldn’t stop talking about him, as he was a lovely photographer to work with. He makes you laugh so you forgot that there is even a camera there. Which allowed him to capture some amazing shots!

Book Bob - He’s Amazing!!
We wanted a photographer for our festival themed wedding that was creative but laid back. We didn’t want lots of posed group photos with people sat around bored!! but wanted a relaxed atmosphere that captured our day, as our day was a celebration, food and laughter. The whole process with Bob was easy from completing paperwork, meeting him with seeing him on the day. He offers exceptional value for money, my only regret was not having him around for the whole day!! Book today you wont be disappointed!!

I didn’t realize just how important it was to have a truly great wedding photographer—until Bob Dowell arrived at our wedding.

You will not regret booking Bob for your wedding!!
We had Bob at our wedding in March and you will 100% not regret booking him for yours!! From the early planning to saying good bye at the end of the evening Bob was incredible! He’s incredible at what he does and has such a calming presence which was amazing throughout and his work really speaks for itself!!
