For 15 years, you’ve known me as Baildon Wedding Photography. As my work has evolved, I’ve rebranded to Sadie Ferriday Weddings to better reflect the personal, high-energy documentary style I bring to every celebration.
My approach is simple: I stay in the heart of the action to capture the day exactly as it felt, not just how it looked. I won't drag you away from your wedding for hours of posed photos. Instead, I’ll be there for the moments you didn't even know were happening, the quiet glances, the chaotic laughter, and the "shoes-off" energy of the dancefloor.
Based in Baildon and covering all of Yorkshire, I work with couples who want an expert they can trust to get the job done while they enjoy the best day of their livesto their fullest.

What does the wedding package include?
Wedding photography packages offer full day coverage, starting approximately 3 hours before your wedding ceremony, I stay late because after the first dance is when the party really gets started
How far in advance should I contact you?
Most couples book between 6-18 months in advance of their wedding date. Some dates are booked much further in advance
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, yorkshire area and nearby. Please contact me to discuss travelling further

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I like to get to know people so they feel comfortable in front of the camera and can be themselves. Each wedding is so completely different, there is no one size fits all

Sony cameras, a mixture of different lenses and flash

Yes, each couple receives an online gallery where they can view, download and share their wedding photographs

I approach weddings in a very natural way to capture the story of your day. I usually start 3 hours before the ceremony and stay until late to fully capture your day

Our professional, talented wedding photographer
Sadie captured the most amazing photos of our wedding day. She is very talented, friendly, discreet and great fun. We were camera shy at first but Sadie put us at ease with getting to know us on our engagement shoot and on our big day, after 10 minutes we forgot she was even there. Sadie joined us on our wedding day from the moment we were getting ready and stayed late for our first dance and for the evening guests arrival. She captured special memories of our friends and family who celebrated our big day with us.

Sadie made our wedding!
Sadie is very professional, she was great with our guests getting them in order, everyone knew what to do, and how to stand while doing group pictures etc.
we only had 5 children to our wedding , the kids loved posing for Sadie. We have some amazing pictures that will stay with us forever.
