Cannot recommend Charlotte and her team enough. Her communication was always so personal and quick throughout the planning process and my husband and I think the crèche was the best money spent for our wedding, having the knowledge that our little boy was happy and being so well looked after!
We had so many compliments from the guests that used the crèche too, noting how friendly and welcoming the team was!

We used little steps for our wedding in October so we knew our little one would be safe and looked after. I wasn’t too sure whether to do it or not but I can now say it was the best decision we made! We have never used a nanny service before for our little boy so I was a bit nervous but as soon as I met Lorraine I knew it was all going to be perfect. Our little boy was even choosing Lorraine to go off and play with over mummy and daddy!

Such a wonderful service, Charlotte was responsive and had everything covered which was such a relief when you are trying to deal with children on top of a wedding! The space she set up was beautiful and a lifesaver for my bored child during speeches! The night time nannies were very understanding to how I liked bedtime to happen and just gave us that extra peace of mind so everyone could enjoy their night

Charlotte from Little Steps was a pleasure to deal with. Arranging the childcare was smooth and seamless which is all you can hope for when planning a wedding! We had Kelly on the day to have dinner with the four children and be with them in the evening. She was amazing! The parents said how lovely it was enjoying the meal and evening without having to worry and the children loved her and were able to have their own entertainment. They were running around with smiles on their faces all evening which was perfect. We were able to relax knowing the children were taken care of and safe and their parents were making the most of the wedding!

We hired a Nanny through Little Steps for our 21 month old at our Wedding in June. It was the best decision of the day! It meant that my husband and I could enjoy ourselves fully and socialising with all our guests without the worry of having to look after our baby! He absolutely loved his Nanny and had the best time! It was such an easy process throughout the whole booking, the communication was so efficient and it was great value for money.

Great service, communication and organisation was fantastic. The nanny Lorraine was just incredible on the day, made us feel very relaxed and took care of our son perfectly. He was quite overwhelmed on the day, but Lorraine made sure he was happy and comfortable

When planning our big day we didn’t want to cut our celebrations short by having to watch over our children. Nor did we want our family to feel they were invited to our wedding but had to be on babysitting duties in the evening. We wanted them to be fully present throughout our entire celebration.
Knowing of Little Steps, I contacted them to see if it was possible to use their services.
Originally our requirements were for a nanny service however when we had to postpone our big day because of the pandemic. We contacted Charlotte to amend our booking, this was due to the children being two years older, we thought the nanny service we originally booked didn’t really suit our requirements anymore.
Charlotte was more than happy to accommodate the changes we required and provided us with a babysitting service instead. She was very informative and kept in contact throughout our planning process.
We have never used a service like this before and originally we were nervous about leaving the children with someone they didn’t know and hadn’t met before but Charlotte made us feel safe and comfortable from the get go.
On the day Charlotte was on time and unfortunately turned up to an incident where one of our children had been sick.
Charlotte, I have to say, swept in like Mary Poppins allowing my husband & I to continue our celebration downstairs.
Both our children, ages 5&6 adored her and warmed to her instantly and even asked the next morning when would be seeing her again.
Our children felt safe and secure and told us how they loved being with her. Which also made us feel comfortable and at ease knowing they had a wonderful time too.
At the end of the night Charlotte checked in with us before leaving and said how delightful the children were.

Thank you Charlotte, we really appreciated having you with us on our special day. You took away our stresses & worries. It was so lovely to be able to enjoy a night off of parenting knowing our children were in safe hands. We are extremely grateful.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding day was getting in touch with Little Steps. We have a 10 month old little boy and although he would have had lots of family and friends around, I didn't want one of them to miss important parts of the wedding because he needed a nap or some food etc.

Charlotte was brilliant at finding us the right nanny, and was great at making sure all parties were happy with plans and arrangements in the lead up to the day. 2 days before the wedding I got the dreaded email from our nanny to say she had caught Covid (luckily she was fine). Charlotte was on hand to immediately find a replacement and to calm a very stressed bride to be. Charlotte found us our replacement, sent through her CV and instigated an email conversation about the plans for the day, ALL within an hour of the original email coming through.

Our wonderful nanny Lorraine, was the most nurturing and caring lady I've met in a long time. Our little boy loved her and we had many guests comment on how great she was with him. Our little boy was involved in some really special moments throughout the day, but he also had a wonderful time playing, sleeping and eating in a calmer environment away from the overwhelm of 110 guests.

I would (and already have done) 100% recommend Little Steps. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it was the best money we spent on the day. Thank you so much Charlotte for making the whole process effortless and to our wonderful nanny Lorraine for allowing me and my husband to have the most relaxing day.

We decided with two weeks to go til our wedding that we wanted to hire a nanny to care for our 4 month old baby. We didn’t want to have to rely on family to watch over him and if he needed some quiet time there would be someone to be with him. I contacted Charlotte to see if she could help at short notice. She responded very quickly and over the space of two days she had found someone to help and we had it all booked. Our nanny, Nicole was superb. She looked after our baby throughout the reception, being around when we wanted him for photos or if family wanted a cuddle. I was also breastfeeding so she brought him to me when he needed a feed. She then took him to our accommodation later in the evening so he could sleep. The peace of mind of having Nicole there meant we could enjoy ourselves knowing baby was safe. Thank you so much.

Charlotte’s team of nannies were absolutely brilliant. We had three of them taking care of children from under 1 up to 15 and the children had an absolute blast. They were fed, watered, entertained and parents could come in and go as they pleased. There were a couple of extra children on the day and as we had three nannies they were able to safely take them on board as well. The crèche option isn’t the cheapest but well worth it, with lots of entertainment for all. Charlotte provided certifications and took details of the children and parents well ahead of time - and was as flexible as she could be with last minute changes. I cannot thank Little Steps enough - thanks to their brilliant service all of our guests were able to relax and enjoy themselves knowing that the children were safe and looked after. We would definitely recommend them and will use Charlotte’s services again in the future!

We used little steps nannies for our wedding in July 2022. Charlotte was super helpful in the run up and even managed to ensure we had an extra nanny at short notice for our big day! The crèche on the day was excellent, with plenty of toys and fun for the kids. People are still talking about how amazing it was and we are so grateful we could book such a service! I got in touch originally before my baby was born, but in the chaos of newborn days I forgot to book a nanny for our wedding. I got back in touch fairly late but Charlotte was so accommodating and found us a nanny for our big day. I was immediately put in touch with our nanny Steph and we had an initial call to discuss her experience and the specific needs of my 5 month old reflux baby! It was great to have a video call early on as it allowed my little one to see Steph. I thought it would be useful for them to meet before the big day so Charlotte and Steph organised 2 visits prior so that my boy could be more familiar with Steph on the day. Communication was always so easy and instant, all questions and concerns answered and the pre-meets were invaluable. We were able to talk through schedules and Steph spent time with my boy. Fast forward to the big day and Steph was just brilliant. She jumped straight in to play with my boy, feed him, take him for a walk and get him to nap so I didn’t have to stress at all! It made my day so much better knowing he was close by but we’ll looked after. He isn’t an easy baby at all but Steph took it in her stride and looked after him for the entire day which isn’t an easy feat!! She was just brilliant and working with the agency was so easy. Can’t recommend them all enough!
