We hired Julia to look after our 10-week-old baby and 5-year-old during a family event, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the moment we met her, she was so warm, friendly and professional, and both of our children took to her straight away.

Having a 10-week-old baby, we were naturally a little apprehensive about leaving her with someone. Knowing that Julia is a neonatal nurse gave us an extra level of reassurance and really put our minds at ease. Her experience and knowledge with newborns was incredibly comforting, and we felt completely confident that our baby was in safe and capable hands. It was lovely to see how calm, gentle and attentive she was with her, and she clearly understood all the little things that come with caring for such a young baby.

At the same time, she was fantastic with our 5-year-old, keeping her entertained, happy and engaged. She managed both children brilliantly and gave each of them the attention and care they needed. It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with them, which made us feel even more comfortable.

Throughout the event, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves without constantly worrying about how the children were doing. Knowing they were both happy, settled and being so well cared for was such a huge relief.

Julia was reliable, professional, caring and incredibly reassuring. Her neonatal nursing background was a huge bonus for us, particularly with such a young baby, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her to other families. We would definitely use her again in the future.
