Hi, I'm Georgina aka Nanny McG - a professional nanny with over 10 years of experience, and a big believer that children should be part of life’s most special celebrations.
As the oldest of eight children, caring for little ones has always been second nature to me. I started in nurseries at the age of 17, before becoming a nanny in 2019. I officially turned my passion into a business (Nanny McG) during lockdown in 2020, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through both day-to-day nannying and bespoke wedding nannying services.
Weddings are magical, but they can also be a little overwhelming for families with young children. That’s where I come in - offering a calm, caring presence to ensure your little guests are happy, safe, and included, while grown-ups can truly relax and enjoy the day. From newborns to busy toddlers and older children, I’ve worked with all age groups - though I’ll admit, I’ve got a soft spot for baby cuddles!
Having just celebrated my own wedding, I know how special it is to have children there on the day - and how important it is to have the right support in place so everyone, big and small, can enjoy it to the fullest.
