We hired The I do Nanny to look after our daughter (1yrs) at a friends Wedding & Katherine was incredible. Our daughter warmed to her straight away & Katherine was so attentive, helping at all the right moments & attending to our daughters needs throughout the day.

We hired Katherine and Megan to look after our 3 girls for a family wedding recently. I truly cannot recommend them enough. From the get go the girls warmed to them, including the baby who doesn’t usually accept anyone but me or her dad. They brought an array of age appropriate toys for them all which went down a treat. The whole experience allowed us, as the MOH and groomsman to really enjoy the day knowing the girls were well looked after and enjoying it too.

I would not recommend this nanny service for a wedding.
We found The I do Nanny and arranged an initial consultation with Katerina. Although our first impression was positive, there were warning signs from the beginning. We had agreed to a call at 3pm, but Katerina never called. After I messaged her, she replied:
"Hello Anna, apologies, I left my phone on silent & lost track of time 🙈 would 5pm work?"
At the time, I brushed it off, but looking back, it should have been a warning.
We paid the deposit and then paid the remaining balance before our wedding, which was on 11 July. Then, on 7 July, after 5pm, I received an email saying that one of the nannies was unwell and, as a result, the entire booking was being cancelled because the remaining nanny could not look after all eight children alone.
What made this even worse was that this was communicated only by email, just a few days before our wedding. There was no phone call despite the urgency of the situation. I didn't see the email until Wednesday afternoon, and when I did, I was completely shocked. The days leading up to our wedding became incredibly stressful as we spent every spare moment desperately trying to find replacement childcare. I barely slept because I was so worried.
What I also don't understand is why no alternative solution was offered. Instead of cancelling the whole booking, the company could have kept the available nanny and helped us source just one additional nanny. Finding one replacement would have been far easier than having to find two at the last minute.
Cancelling a wedding childcare booking just days before the event, especially after full payment has been made, is extremely unprofessional. While illness can happen and is outside anyone's control, the way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of care, communication, and contingency planning.
Sadly, our experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest weeks of our lives. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable childcare for an important event.

Nanny Katherine was absolutely amazing. She was the final piece in the puzzle that just made our day run smoothly. The set up was fantastic and all the children loved it. We could let our hair down, and know that the children were in great hands. Would highly recommend Katherine to anyone getting married with young children!

We hired Katherine to look after our two kids (2 & 5) at our wedding and it was by far the best decision we made!
She was a complete natural with them both from the moment she arrived at our house the morning of the wedding. My son can sometimes be a bit clingy but he took to Katherine immediately!
During the day, Katherine not only looked after the children brilliantly (including my nephew), allowing them space when they needed it but always keeping a close eye, she was also hugely helpful! At one point I didn't have my wrap and was freezing - Katherine offered to go find it for me ready for my photos!
The goodie bags for the children were amazing, the kids still play with their toys now. They were entertained throughout the day and evening.
Later on in the evening it was great to have someone to discuss the plan for the children with, Katherine was super flexible but would also offer an opinion meaning I could let her take the lead a little and really allowed us to be in the moment on our big day! Katherine took the kids home and put them to bed, taking the worry out of the evening for us. We felt so comfortable with Katherine from the off.
She worked non stop over a really long day. If you are wondering if you should hire a wedding Nanny and if it'll be worth it, I can say with 100% confidence than it is worth it and you should book Katherine!

We hired Katherine to look after our two daughters on our wedding day, and she was truly amazing. The girls warmed to her straight away and were so happy in her care. Katherine just got on with everything that needed to be done without us even having to think about it, which took a massive weight off our minds. We chose Katherine to provide nanny services for 6 babies/toddlers at our wedding and her and Ari were brilliant. It made us feel at ease that the children were being so well looked after, that we could relax and enjoy our day!

My parents and the parents of the other children all commented on how great they were, their attention to detail especially the preparation beforehand, the quality of the toys in the nanny pack and how tidy they left everything including washing up the kids' bowls and cutlery.

Having experienced some pretty average nannying at a wedding abroad, we know that not all event nannying is made equal, and the service they provide is clearly a cut above the rest. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We hired Katherine to look after my children and niece (aged 4, 2 and 19 months) at a family wedding. Katherine and Charlotte were absolutely brilliant and professional. Once flower girl and paige boy duties were done, the children were very happy to go to her straight away and they had a brilliant time. My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves without having to worry but the children were also able to be fully involved in the wedding. We weren’t staying at the venue but had prams on hand and Katherine stayed with them while they slept until the end of the day. We would thoroughly recommend Katherine for any wedding or special event. She was communicative before and during the wedding and was very trustworthy.

Katherine looked after our 5 month old little girl at our wedding last week! Katherine was incredible, calm, professional and caring. Being a first time parent I was worried about how the day would go but Katherine put my mind at ease, and took great care of our little one who wasn’t feeling herself on the day and was needing lots of contact naps and cuddles. Katherine also quickly recognised hunger and tired cues and when our little one was with family/friends she kept an eye ensuring that her needs were a priority. Our day couldn’t have been what it was without Katherine and we are both forever grateful
