Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

What is the length of time of the act?
It depends entirely on what you want!
I don't do 'sets', rather I play for the time that you would like, and take a 5-10 minute break each hour
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
Madeline will arrive around an hour before hand to unload, set up and tune the harp

Do you charge per hour or per event?

Extra time can be agreed upon before the event, or if at the event payment will need to be made before playing for the extra time

I wouldn't have chosen anyone else
I am so grateful to Madeline for playing at our wedding.
Whilst I was upstairs in the bridal suite getting ready, I could hear Madeline playing beautifully for my guests through the window.
Her playing made it feel 'real' and gently prepared me to walk down the aisle. Hearing her play as I walked down the aisle with my Dad was everything I'd dreamed that moment would be.
She's incredibly talented and what a gorgeous sight the harp is! Her playing brought a gentle calmness to the beginning of the day.
The repertoire of songs is vast and if there's something you'd like added, she can also discuss this with you!

Wedding Review - Madeline
Madeline played the harp whilst guests were being seated, for the aisle walk, during the signing of register and the ceremony exit, playing a variety of songs chosen by us which were all very recognisable. Her talents on the harp set a calming and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for our wedding ceremony.

Ruth & Gio's Fairytale Wedding
Madeline was absolutely amazing – having her play the harp at our wedding truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Her music was stunning and created the perfect atmosphere for our ceremony, with so many of our guests commenting on how beautiful it was. Fantastic - even in the rain
Madeline played for our wedding ceremony and for an hour afterwards, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that she was fantastic and absolutely made the ceremony that much more special as a result. She was able to do every request and, despite heavy rainfall and an outdoor ceremony, she still made sure we could all hear her clearly without being obtrusive. She was easy to communicate with all throughout the process and a very nice, pleasant person to chat with briefly after her performance finished.

Magical Touch to Our Wedding Day
She was the perfect addition to our wedding day. Her playing was absolutely beautiful and added such a special atmosphere to the ceremony. Her timing was spot on throughout, and she had a great selection of songs for us to choose from — plus she was happy to include a few of our own picks too, which meant a lot. Her pricing was really competitive, and she was such a lovely, easy person to work with from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something extra special!

So beautiful!
I hired Madeline to play at my wedding for the canapés/drinks reception after the wedding ceremonies. She was absolutely amazing and the music she plays is so beautiful! She is a wonderful lady and her communication is brilliant. I would definitely recommend if you want something a bit different!

Excellent Musician to have as part of your wedding day
Madeline is a super talented musician and we loved having her play for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception! She was super flexible when we couldn’t initially decide how long we wanted her to play for when we first booked and allowed us to book and confirm closer to the time which we appreciated. A beautiful touch of class!
Madeline played at our ceremony. We chose Katie Melua's 'wonderful life' and then Metallica's 'nothing else matters', which she played with such class and style, despite our eclectic choices! Not only this but Madeline then had a whole repertoire of music to take our guests through the beginning and end of ceremony as well as during the prosecco on the lawn. We can't thank you enough.

Wedding Harpist -
Madeline was a pleasure to have at our wedding, we have received so many compliments from our guests. From booking to the day, everything was so easy and smooth!
