My husband and I hosted our wedding at Sandon Hall on 23rd July 2026. Our wedding day was two years in the making but, from the moment we set foot on the Sandon Hall estate, we were overwhelmed by the stunning grounds and beautiful hall, so instantly knew that the venue was a contender for our big day. We could immediately envision our guests enjoying cocktail hour in the conservatory, mingling in the perfectly maintained gardens and enjoying the day we’d always dreamed of.
What sealed the deal for us was the welcome we received from Lexy - our incredible wedding coordinator. From the moment she introduced herself to us on that first visit, she immediately put us at ease; we never had any doubt that she and the team would take the utmost care to ensure that our wedding day was everything hoped for and our confidence in this only grew throughout the planning process. Lexy and the team were proactive in supporting us every step along the way and were always available to answer any queries no matter how big or small. When our day rolled around, so many of our nerves were alleviated knowing that Lexy, James and Paul were on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly and we could not be more grateful to them. Anyone looking to book their wedding at Sandon Hall should do so knowing that there is no one better to guide them through the planning process.

The team at Sandon Hall were brilliant to work with! From our 1st viewing, Lexy was available to help out with whatever we needed and was clear on what they needed to support our day!
On the day, Lexy and Harriet were great at handling all the work behind the scenes and taking the stress out of it for us so we could enjoy the day! We had such a special day and Sandon will always be a special place for the 2 of us! John & Kate

We are a couple from overseas who have never been to Sandon Hall until 3 days before the actual wedding day.

Nicola has coordinated everything for us remotely, even though we have only had a couple of online meetings. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow so as a foreigner we know what we are going to expect and what we have to prepare before the next meeting. They have a 3D virtual tour of the venue online, as well as an online platform to deal with catering arrangements. The catering company and the civil celebrant recommended by Sandon Hall are absolutely outstanding and easy to work with.

On the wedding day, their team worked so well together to ensure everything went smoothly. we would like to say a big thank you to Nicola, Harriet, James, Paul and everyone who helped making the day so perfect.

At so many points, my new wife and I had no clue what we wanted or what to do, and every time, Lexy had an idea or a solution to help us. We felt so safe in her capable hands, and there wasn't a single second on our day where we felt worried, because we knew she had it all under control!

Thank you for handling missing guests and our disorganised seating plan so fantastically, for encouraging us to practice walking down the aisle, for allowing us to use the kitchen to finish off our cake, and for taking us around the grounds in the buggy!

We also want to add that as a lesbian couple with a plethora of LGBTQIA+ guests, there wasn't a moment where we felt uncomfortable. Everybody at Sandon Hall was incredible, start to finish.

We could not have asked for anyone better to take care of us on our wedding day. We are eternally grateful. Everything was perfect!

We had the most perfect day, the coordinators have a 'no job too big or small' attitude and helped in every way possible to make the day run so smoothly. All the pre wedding prep and the day time felt effortless because of the lovely staff at sandon! Everyone we dealt with was lovely, organised, helpful, perfect in every single way.

The venue itself is timeless and classic, gorgeous for photos to remember your day by. The getting ready room for bridal party is spacious, we had 9 people getting ready and it feel like there was room for more if needed. There is separate rooms to hide 'mess' of the day so your bridal prep room stays clear and calm. Reeves cottage was great for the grooms party to have a private space the morning of the wedding to get ready, with a fridge for drinks and kitchen to get some breakfast on the go if you want.

The choice for ceremony room means that you are safe if you want a outdoor, indoor, or indoor but still feels outdoor and airy (conservatory) aisle.

The organisation of the team is a credit to the venue, we didn't feel any pressure to do anything any specific way, everything was met with 'yes we can do this, or we've done it this way before and it worked well, would that be of interest?' as we've never planned a wedding before so their fine tuning suggestions for our initial ideas were very helpful!

Sandon was the perfect choice for us, and so glad we found this little hidden gem!

Lexy and the team were always on hand beforehand and on the day to answer questions, reassure and calm our nerves! Everything was considered and ran like clockwork. You don't have to worry!

The team were professional, lovely people. The venue is well maintained and an amazing setting. Guests commented on its grandeur.

Together with our suppliers, it gave us the best day of our lives and one that we will never forget.

Harriet and the team were incredible from day 1 of planning to the actual day. Every detail was covered and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Most guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to!

We had such an incredible day, honestly there aren’t the words! We knew the venue was beautiful but every single member of the team were incredible! Harriet who was our planner from the venue was so helpful and lovely, we could not have done it without her! She even commandeered a golf buggy to whizz us around for photographs which was appreciated in the cold weather and kept my dress clean! Everything included in the package, including the food by Vanilla in All Seasons, was outstanding. Sincerely, I’ve had food in restaurants that wasn’t as good as what we ate at my wedding. The serving staff were super attentive and ensured both me and my husband had a drink and everyone had a fantastic time. The Agency where we stayed the night of the wedding (and luckily it was available the night before for us to book as well) was beautifully appointed and perfect in every way. The getting ready spaces upstairs accommodated the bridal party and grooms party (separately!) and was so beautiful and full of light. I cannot recommend Sandon Hall enough so please visit it if you are thinking about it!

This venue was beyond perfect, truly out of this world! I still can’t quite believe we got married here

Nicola was our coordinator and she was lovely, thought of every tiny detail, looked after us so much in the run up & on the day (even fixing my bracelet before the ceremony!). We also had a guy on the day (whose name escapes me) who was sewing up broken dresses and bustles!

The venue truly care about you and your day. I could write an essay about how easy and stress free they made the process for us. So flexible, they sorted absolutely everything and made dropping off & collecting things so seamless

I had some feedback afterwards about the evening coordinator, as they were nowhere near as good as the day coordinators, and the evening shuttle service, but the venue was grateful for it which is always nice to see and overall the running was great

It certainly needs better marketing as I think it’s a bit of a hidden gem, but I guess that adds to the charm

10000% would recommend. Honestly worth every penny

Upon viewing Sandon we knew the fantastic team would absolutely make sure our day would be special. But wow.. they went absolutely above and beyond.

We found Sandon on bridebook/hitched when we first got engaged and dismissed it as something we didn’t think we would be able to afford. About a year later we finally booked and viewed and we could tell from our first viewing it just felt right. We straight away said we wanted to go for it and knew it was where we were meant to get married. Lexy initially showed us round and looked after us and she instantly made me feel completely at ease and like it could trust them to care about my wedding as much as me.

Throughout the process communication was great. The price of what we got for our money was incredible.

Our day was incredibly special and made seamless by Nicola. Nicola couldn’t have worked harder for us, she didn’t stop for a second and I have heard lovely stories after the wedding about how she looked after our guests. We have a family member who needed to go and pray during the day and they were given a quiet private room to do so. Something we hadn’t anticipated but Sandon looked after them and made them incredibly comfortable.

The other staff from vanilla and vivid were incredible. Everyone was completely catered for. Our guests with dietary requirements were beautifully looked after giving us great peace of mind. The gorgeous catering manager from vanilla was exceptional - we met her at our tasting and she was there on our special day. She checked in on us and was incredibly supportive. Every request they rose to and looked after our guests and us!

Accommodation at the agency was brilliant!

The grounds and flowers in the conservatory were beautiful. One of the best surprises of the day was to see the rose garden still in bloom!

Getting ready upstairs was brilliant and made it all easy!

We cannot recommend Sandon enough. We are so incredibly grateful to the team and feel so fortunate that we can go back and visit for events in the future! Thankyou team Sandon xx

Right for the beginning when we first visited Sandon, the team were magnificent.
Lexy was so fantastic, she made us feel so at ease and the rest of the team were also so kind and approachable.
The venue itself is incredible, really well maintained and we loved having full access to all areas throughout the day.
Would highly recommend this venue to everyone!

Sandon hall was right on my doorstep my whole life but never visited. But it was the first place I wanted to visit as soon as we got engaged and it was love at first sight! Nicola and the team were incredible from day one and made the whole planning process a breeze! We lucked out with the weather so our guests got to see all the grounds and we envisioned! Perfect day from start to finish and would choose Sandon 100 times over if we could do it all again! Will hold a special place in my heart forever!

Words cannot express enough gratitude to the brilliant staff at Sandon hall . The venue was breathtaking. The service and co ordination by lexy and the rest of the team paid every attention to detail and made my nieces day amazing. 10/10 service .

Right from the first viewing, the team at Sandon were so welcoming and supportive, especially for a couple who didn't have a clue how to plan a wedding. The venue itself is incredible, but the team behind it make all the difference. Organised, attentive and they genuinely give the impression they want to make your wedding as special as possible without pushing anything you don't want. Top tier service throughout, which isn't easy to find these days!

We can't put into words how amazing Sandon Hall is. We got married at the Hall in October and from the first viewing over a year before we knew it was the perfect venue, each room is so stunning and unique yet also feels so homely! All the Sandon team were beyond incredible in the entire lead up and on the day, they were so supportive and helpful with any request or query which made the wedding run so smoothly without any issues! Special shout out to Melissa, Nicola and Lawrence for all your help and putting us at ease so we were able to fully relax and enjoy our day! The food and drink caterers (Vanilla in Allseasons and Vivid) who Sandon work with were beyond brilliant too! As we weren't from the local area, they were also able to recommend some other great suppliers which allowed us to find the perfect florist (Flowers by Breige) and hair and make-up artist (Hayley Marie Artistry) too. As part of booking Sandon, you get to stay in their gorgeous on-site accommodation, the Agency, which was lovely and meant we could be with close family. We can't thank Sandon Hall enough for the perfect wedding day and we can't wait to come back and visit at their other public events! Andrea and Joe x
