We had such an incredible day, honestly there aren’t the words! We knew the venue was beautiful but every single member of the team were incredible! Harriet who was our planner from the venue was so helpful and lovely, we could not have done it without her! She even commandeered a golf buggy to whizz us around for photographs which was appreciated in the cold weather and kept my dress clean! Everything included in the package, including the food by Vanilla in All Seasons, was outstanding. Sincerely, I’ve had food in restaurants that wasn’t as good as what we ate at my wedding. The serving staff were super attentive and ensured both me and my husband had a drink and everyone had a fantastic time. The Agency where we stayed the night of the wedding (and luckily it was available the night before for us to book as well) was beautifully appointed and perfect in every way. The getting ready spaces upstairs accommodated the bridal party and grooms party (separately!) and was so beautiful and full of light. I cannot recommend Sandon Hall enough so please visit it if you are thinking about it!

Lexy and the team were always on hand beforehand and on the day to answer questions, reassure and calm our nerves! Everything was considered and ran like clockwork. You don't have to worry!

The team were professional, lovely people. The venue is well maintained and an amazing setting. Guests commented on its grandeur.

Together with our suppliers, it gave us the best day of our lives and one that we will never forget.

Nicola was our coordinator and she was lovely, thought of every tiny detail, looked after us so much in the run up & on the day (even fixing my bracelet before the ceremony!). We also had a guy on the day (whose name escapes me) who was sewing up broken dresses and bustles!

The venue truly care about you and your day. I could write an essay about how easy and stress free they made the process for us. So flexible, they sorted absolutely everything and made dropping off & collecting things so seamless

I had some feedback afterwards about the evening coordinator, as they were nowhere near as good as the day coordinators, and the evening shuttle service, but the venue was grateful for it which is always nice to see and overall the running was great

It certainly needs better marketing as I think it’s a bit of a hidden gem, but I guess that adds to the charm

Upon viewing Sandon we knew the fantastic team would absolutely make sure our day would be special. But wow.. they went absolutely above and beyond.

We found Sandon on bridebook/hitched when we first got engaged and dismissed it as something we didn’t think we would be able to afford. About a year later we finally booked and viewed and we could tell from our first viewing it just felt right. We straight away said we wanted to go for it and knew it was where we were meant to get married. Lexy initially showed us round and looked after us and she instantly made me feel completely at ease and like it could trust them to care about my wedding as much as me.

Throughout the process communication was great. The price of what we got for our money was incredible.

Our day was incredibly special and made seamless by Nicola. Nicola couldn’t have worked harder for us, she didn’t stop for a second and I have heard lovely stories after the wedding about how she looked after our guests. We have a family member who needed to go and pray during the day and they were given a quiet private room to do so. Something we hadn’t anticipated but Sandon looked after them and made them incredibly comfortable.

The other staff from vanilla and vivid were incredible. Everyone was completely catered for. Our guests with dietary requirements were beautifully looked after giving us great peace of mind. The gorgeous catering manager from vanilla was exceptional - we met her at our tasting and she was there on our special day. She checked in on us and was incredibly supportive. Every request they rose to and looked after our guests and us!

Accommodation at the agency was brilliant!

The grounds and flowers in the conservatory were beautiful. One of the best surprises of the day was to see the rose garden still in bloom!

Getting ready upstairs was brilliant and made it all easy!

We cannot recommend Sandon enough. We are so incredibly grateful to the team and feel so fortunate that we can go back and visit for events in the future! Thankyou team Sandon xx

Right for the beginning when we first visited Sandon, the team were magnificent.
Lexy was so fantastic, she made us feel so at ease and the rest of the team were also so kind and approachable.
The venue itself is incredible, really well maintained and we loved having full access to all areas throughout the day.

Sandon hall was right on my doorstep my whole life but never visited. But it was the first place I wanted to visit as soon as we got engaged and it was love at first sight! Nicola and the team were incredible from day one and made the whole planning process a breeze! We lucked out with the weather so our guests got to see all the grounds and we envisioned! Perfect day from start to finish and would choose Sandon 100 times over if we could do it all again! Will hold a special place in my heart forever!

Right from the first viewing, the team at Sandon were so welcoming and supportive, especially for a couple who didn't have a clue how to plan a wedding. The venue itself is incredible, but the team behind it make all the difference. Organised, attentive and they genuinely give the impression they want to make your wedding as special as possible without pushing anything you don't want. Top tier service throughout, which isn't easy to find these days!

We can't put into words how amazing Sandon Hall is. We got married at the Hall in October and from the first viewing over a year before we knew it was the perfect venue, each room is so stunning and unique yet also feels so homely! All the Sandon team were beyond incredible in the entire lead up and on the day, they were so supportive and helpful with any request or query which made the wedding run so smoothly without any issues! Special shout out to Melissa, Nicola and Lawrence for all your help and putting us at ease so we were able to fully relax and enjoy our day! The food and drink caterers (Vanilla in Allseasons and Vivid) who Sandon work with were beyond brilliant too! As we weren't from the local area, they were also able to recommend some other great suppliers which allowed us to find the perfect florist (Flowers by Breige) and hair and make-up artist (Hayley Marie Artistry) too. As part of booking Sandon, you get to stay in their gorgeous on-site accommodation, the Agency, which was lovely and meant we could be with close family. We can't thank Sandon Hall enough for the perfect wedding day and we can't wait to come back and visit at their other public events! Andrea and Joe x

Beautiful wedding venue with stunning grounds, but also feels warm and inviting at the same time. We instantly knew we wanted to get married at Sandon Hall when we visited. It also happened to fit our criteria of being within an hour’s drive, conveniently located within the country, as well as able to accommodate larger numbers of guests with a marquee in the grounds given ours was a fusion wedding.

We loved that we were able to access the Hall all day, in addition to the fact that the marquee was right by the main Hall. More than all the logistical points though, every single person we encountered at Sandon Hall went above and beyond - we truly felt like everyone cared about accommodating us and making us feel special and looked after on our wedding day. Thank you so much!

Melissa and Lawrence were beyond anything we could have imagined when planning our big day. Right from our first viewing of the venue, we knew we could trust Melissa to execute our wedding day
seamlessly. We opted for the dry hire of the venue and then brought in external suppliers eg Johals, and KSB. Melissa liaised with the other suppliers to make sure timings and finer details were all ok. All the staff at Sandon Hall had an eye for perfection, on the wedding day they knew those extra details we would have never have thought about eg moving jackets off chairs so your wedding photos look perfect, giving you time to touch up away from guests, bringing you drinks on the morning whilst getting ready, hanging your dress up out of sight of guests. I could go on and on to explain how amazing their communication was, helpfulness and genuine desire to make the day the best day ever for us. The venue is stunning and we were so lucky to have lovely weather. We stayed in the on site cottages which again were beautiful!

Thank you, we can’t wait to come back for our anniversary already.

We fell in love with Sandon hall the moment we viewed it but we couldn’t have anticipated the quality of absolutely everything with this venue. We used all of their recommended suppliers and couldn’t fault a single thing if we tried. We also stayed at the on-site accommodation - The Agency and this was also perfect. The quality of everything at this venue was five star, absolutely amazing. Melissa was our go to person and was honestly a Wonder Woman! She knew what we needed before we needed it and went above and beyond to give us the absolute best day of our lives. She even looked after our baby during the day for us when he had had enough. If I could change anything I wouldn’t! The absolute best day of our lives! We are so glad we chose Sandon hall and would choose it again in a heart beat! Thank you for giving us the best day!

From the day we went to view Sandon Hall it has been everything we wanted for our wedding experience. Laura showed us around and was exceedingly helpful pulling together what we had envisaged. No question or request was too much hassle. We had a slightly alternative wedding and the team spoke with suppliers and ensured we got what we envisaged. Lawrence was our wedding coordinator and was INCREDIBLE! Lawrence had everything under control and knowing we could trust him eased out wedding stress. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect day. Mick the care taker of the building was so helpful after the wedding when we collecting our bits.

Wow, I honestly don’t know where to start. Sandon Hall and their team are something truly special. Lucie, Melissa, Julie and the rest of their gorgeous team are honestly the warmest, kindest and most professional team. They were all brilliant through the whole planning process, keeping me on track, responding so quickly to any queries I had on email and on the phone, and always making time for us and being so accommodating. Lucie and Melissa were there on our wedding day, and the the whole day was seamless and completely faultless from start to finish. Everything was just perfect. All of the wedding suppliers that Sandon Hall work with and recommended to us were fantastic, Estate Boys (Dj and Drinks), Flowers by Breige (Florist), Five Rivers (Food) to name a few were excellent. I feel extremely emotional and grateful for all the work that was going on in the background, that we were completely oblivious to, to ensure we had the day of our dreams. Our guests said they felt like they were on the set of Bridgeton all day!! Our family and friends have actually been gushing since the wedding saying it is the best wedding they have ever been to. It is a spectacular venue, but the level of professionalism as well as warmth from the Sandon Hall team makes them elite at what they do - they are honestly experts. There are so many beautiful parts to Sandon Hall, in particular the Conservatory, and the Saloon for the wedding breakfast. There are so many different spaces for guests to enjoy, and it means it’s perfect for all ages attending. It is like no other venue we had ever seen, it’s a hidden gem. The party in the evening was also brilliant, we had the best night danced all evening and really loved every second. I felt completely relaxed and just happy all day, was not worried about anything at all as I knew it was all in hand. We also stayed at the Agency accommodation on-site for the wedding weekend, it is a huge 4 bed house which is sheer luxury and was a beautiful space to stay over the wedding weekend. Highly recommend booking and staying at the Agency if you have booked your wedding at Sandon Hall. I feel so grateful that we were able to get married at Sandon Hall. It was an experience I will never forget, and feel eternally grateful to all of the Sandon Hall team- in particular Lucie, Melissa and Julie. Thank you so much. Sophia & James x
