All packages include a choice of a white or black baby grand piano shell and an additional digital piano if a two-piano setup is required. A small travel charge may apply for weddings over 50 miles away.
Pianos & Equipment
If your venue doesn’t have a piano, Robbie provides two fully portable digital pianos that can be set up in different areas of your venue. He also offers a stunning baby grand piano shell (available in black or white), which adds a sophisticated visual centrepiece to any wedding. His top-of-the-range Bose amplification system ensures excellent sound quality indoors and outdoors, and he carries full insurance and PAT certification.
Before the Day
Robbie offers a relaxed consultation to discuss your musical preferences, timings, logistics and any special touches you’d like. He’s happy to liaise with your planner or venue and can provide bespoke sample recordings to help you decide before booking.
On the Day
Robbie arrives around two hours before he is due to play, ensuring everything is set up before guests arrive. The first time you’ll see him is when he’s already playing, creating a beautiful atmosphere. He doesn’t clock-watch — if timings run over, he’ll keep playing to ensure the music flows seamlessly throughout your day.
