This was one of the most talked about points of our wedding and Izzy and her group were fantastic. The music before the ceremony and our aisle song made everyone happy cry (even my husbands most stoic family members!) and the songs after the ceremony got everyone trying to guess the pop song which really helped with the family mixing. Thank you so much Izzy for providing the best atmosphere for a day I will never forget!

Intermezzo performed during our wedding ceremony at Leeds Castle, and their music brought an extra touch of magic and elegance to the day. Their extensive repertoire gave us so many wonderful options, and we truly felt spoilt for choice. Our selected pieces were beautiful and perfectly matched our vision. Intermezzo played at our wedding in May, and we were extremely happy with what they played for us. From the ceremony entrance song, through our reception and playing us into the wedding breakfast, the music was brilliant. Izzy and the team were easy to contact and always very helpful with the thousands of questions we had. We would highly recommend them for any important event where you need beautiful music!

We were so pleased with the wonderful music during our ceremony and reception drinks provided by Intermezzo. I was so happy to walk down the aisle to Concerning Hobbits, it really made our day so incredibly special. Communication with Izzy was fantastic- very prompt and friendly the whole way through. Would highly recommend.

From the very first enquiry Izzy was very responsive and set up a meeting straight away to chat. I was so impressed with the extensive list of songs on Intermezzo's repertoire, including more rock songs than seen on other playlists. I was immediately interested in Intermezzo for this reason! If a song wasn't there, they were also willing to learn it so you can have it in your ceremony. I think this benefit comes via Hitched.

On the day, Izzy and the other musicians were professional and flawless. It was a beautiful soundtrack for our ceremony and cocktail hour at The Broome Park Hotel. The bridal party enjoyed singing along during the group photos to hits from A-ha, Kiss and David Bowie.

We're so glad we booked Intermezzo for our wedding - they are absolute pros. Izzy is hugely helpful and communicative in the run up, and made the whole process really straightforward. They have a really wide collection of music, including a lot of modern tracks, which was a real crowd-pleaser. They were incredibly accommodating, doing a couple of special requests to accompany musicians during our ceremony. Izzy takes weddings really seriously, and it's clear these guys really love what they do - we'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

We found Intermezzo on Hitched, as they did a promotion to learn a new song that's not on their repertoire. This was fantastic for us, as I wanted to walk down the aisle to Test Drive from How to Train your Dragon.

We spoke to Izzy on Zoom and discussed what we were looking for on the day and the tone we wished to set. She was lovely, and said they'd happily learn Test Drive for me.
I was a bit apprehensive at first, because I didn't get to hear it until I was coming down n the aisle. But as soon as they started playing, I cried! I can't wait for our Wedding video so we can hear it again.

The trio were lovely, talented and warm individuals! We had so many compliments about them on our day. They played beautifully!

We booked Intermezzo String Quartet for our Wedding in October... Izzy was great to work with from our initial contact to the musical arrangements for a song we got as part of a Hitched deal.... the musicians were great, and very flexible as the weather was far from perfect on our day. We managed an outdoor ceremony, but moved the drinks reception inside.... they switched venues, no fuss and were a great addition to our day.... highly recommend

Intermezzo were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding in September 2025. Communication was so easy - they were always responsive and accommodating. Their repertoire is already fantastic, but we also requested a special song that I’d always dreamed of walking down the aisle to. Izzy and her team kindly learned it just for us and performed it so beautifully during the ceremony, it truly made my dream come true and it was so beautiful that it made me cry!

They also played throughout our drinks reception, and so many of our guests commented on how wonderful the music was. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend.

From the get go, Izzy from Intermezzo put us at ease! We fell in love with their online videos, upon reaching out Izzy was very quick to respond. We loved the fact that we could have custom songs that fit our wedding perfectly. The string quartet played immaculately and made our day very special. Big thank you to Izzy and the team!! x

Intermezzo Strings were wonderful in every way, from the reassuring communication to being on time and meeting every specification we asked for. Having a quartet added so much magic to our wedding day and I would highly recommend Intermezzo to other couples.

Intermezzo Music was absolutely phenomenal to work with, Our guests were obsessed with their Quartet and could not stop talking about them. They also took special requests, and really made our day perfect throughout the entire event!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Intermezzo Music play during our wedding ceremony and drinks reception and they were simply phenomenal. Particularly when leaving the ceremony they played a song we requested which wasn’t on their set lists and it was stunning. They created a truly perfect atmosphere. We hired the string trio for the reception drinks and ceremony for my wedding. And wow the compliments I got from our guests were great! They played so much in the time and a great mix of everything.
Whilst I was booking I made small changes throughout and they were very patient and professional and made me feel very happy with picking them. We asked for two personal songs for them to learn, and they smashed it. Will 100% recommend to anyone.

Izzy was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process and very accommodating with a custom arrangement request. We loved having the string trio during our ceremony and cocktail hour, it made the day absolutely magical. Our guests were all very impressed too!
