Angie was amazing! She was extremely communicative and flexible with our schedule. She did my hair and make up as well as my mom’s as sister’s and we absolutely loved it. She made the morning feel like a hangout with friends, easing up my nerves. The makeup was absolutely stunning and she did exactly what I wanted for my hair!

I stumbled across Gem's late into my wedding planning as my previous intended MUA was no longer available. The response was quick and professional. I was booked in for my trial with ease, sent terms and conditions and asked for inspired looks. Anita visited me at home and we conducted a magical make-up trial. I am not used to wearing full glam so was very nervous, but she was patient and helped me find my perfect look. On the day, she arrived on time, in good spirits and gave me and my bridal team the BEST glam make-overs. She is professional, friendly, good fun and really made me the most beautiful bride. Her special bride kit (for touch ups) was a lovely touch. 100% recommend.

Austeya was fantastic throughout the process and I felt so beautiful on the big day. From the start it was collaborative, Austeya listened to what I wanted at the trial, and worked with me to ensure I was happy. She always let me lead, which, as a nervous bride, was so important to me. To be heard. On the day of the wedding she was on time, well prepared and readily available, even late the night before when I needed to change some timings. Everyone commented on how lovely my make up was. The whole process was relaxed and fun. We had the tunes on and it made the start of the day stress free and wonderful.

I could not be happier with my experience with Aurora! From our initial phone call through to the trial and the wedding day, she was so helpful, responsive and warm. She responded quickly to any questions or comments I had, and helped me make decisions on changes I wanted from the trial look. On the day itself, Aurora was a calming presence on an otherwise hectic morning. My makeup and hair lasted perfectly throughout the wedding day, and I didn't even have to touch up my lipstick at all! I received so many compliments and honestly felt that I looked the best I've ever looked.

I cannot thank Georgia enough! She made me feel completely at ease right from the trial, she was so flexible and able to give incredible suggestions. On the day of the wedding, I don’t think I could have done it without her! She calmed my nerves and was just what we needed that morning! I’ve never felt as beautiful as I did that day and my mother had exceptional experience too and looked incredible! She created beautiful natural looks for both of us, I couldn’t fault a thing! Georgias skill and gorgeous personality is just what you need on your wedding morning, thank you Georgia for going above and beyond for us

The service that Vic provides, from start to finish, is excellent. She did my hair and makeup on my wedding day and from the moment I met her I knew I was in safe hands. She was really flexible about doing a hair/makeup trial and listened to exactly what I wanted. She also has some really good ideas and suggestions. On top of that she is just brilliant to be around, fun and full of energy. I could not recommend her more.

I cannot speak any more higher for Madalina and recommend her to any bride!! I’m quite an anxious individual when it comes to anything meeting new people and she just put myself and my bridal party at ease. She listened and was so attentive, she understood my vision immediately and was so complimentary which gave me a confidence boosting the morning of. Communication throughout was fantastic and I was so so lucky to have found her. Had many compliments through the day, makeup held through tears and the dance floor. Would jump at the chance to book her!!

Louise was great and very meticulous! In fact it was so great that all my friends commented how amazing Louise was. She really understood what I wanted, and the final result looks very natural, but nicer than what I normally look which is what I wanted. Will definitely recommend her to all my new engaged friends. She was also lovely to talk to which made the process a lot more enjoyable 💕

Annie was lovely - she was super calm on the morning of the wedding and made me feel great! I don’t often get my makeup done but she patiently listened to what I wanted and was really fantastic.

Maya was so professional and responsive. I received so many compliments about my hair and make up and everyone noted how natural and fresh I looked throughout the day. Maya is amazing and super super talented ❤️
