Nawal at Cakes by Jazlins is not only an incredible baker but an absolutely lovely person who was extremely patient and kind with us during the difficulty of Covid postponements. From the moment we met and saw her gorgeous designs, we knew that this was the right person to make our wedding cake. So much thought goes into her designs, from considering the style or patterns of the bride's dress, the colours and the reception space itself, the attentiveness to detail that Nawal brings into the cake is outstanding. Although she has done many beautiful traditional white cakes, we wanted something a little different, and Nawal took note of so many things such as our flowers, our colours and styles we liked to come up with something which was totally unique to us and fit within our budget and party size. Likewise, her flavour options are carefully considered and very unique with high quality ingredients. All of the gorgeous details are handmade, and we, and all of our guests, were wowed by how the cake was not only incredibly beautiful but also absolutely delicious. Nawal also designed and made beautiful, individually wrapped biscuits as favours for our guests which received so many compliments. We couldn't recommend Cake by Jazlins enough!

We met Gemma to discuss what we wanted for our wedding cake and she was lovely! We were able to pick three delicious flavours for our cake and she accommodated all the options we wanted. The cake looks exactly how we envisioned, it was so beautiful with fresh flowers. Her cakes were also so tasty, we got many compliments. We are so grateful for her hard work.

Milena went above and beyond for our wedding to make sure she delivered the most amazing and delicious cake. Our reception was in London, on a boat during a week of tube strikes and heavy traffic, and although she almost missed the boat, she still managed to deliver the cake perfectly and without a hint of stress. The cake itself was absolutely fantastic. One of our guests from abroad , my best friend’s son, even asked for the same cake for his 7th birthday after tasting it at our wedding. Milena is such a lovely and genuine person, and I feel so lucky to have met her in person. Brides-to-be, don’t hesitate — you’ll be in the best hands with this wonderful lady. 💕

Had the most delicious wedding cake we had a tier of lemon curd that was so nice and refreshing a sweet and tangy raspberry jam and a banging white chocolate and biscoff that was my favourite arrived on time and was very professional

Simon made such an amazing cake for our wedding, it tasted as good as it looked, and he was really easy to work with - I just gave him a colour scheme and told him a couple of things I didn't want, and he ran with it and gave me some really cool options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend him, and will definitely be ordering from him again in the future.

We were incredibly lucky to be introduced to Bella through a rather unexpected - but very fortunate - turn of events when our original wedding cake supplier became pregnant. Bella stepped in with warmth, professionalism and lightning-fast action, instantly putting our minds at ease. From our very first video call, we knew we were in safe hands. Bella was not only reassuring but genuinely excited about our wedding – even more so than us at times! Her infectious energy made the whole process feel joyful and stress-free. Bella went above and beyond from the beginning – preparing mood boards and design ideas that were not only creative and thoughtful, but completely bespoke to us. She listened so graciously and intuitively understood our vision. When the tasting box arrived, choosing flavours became a serious challenge - not because we couldn’t decide on one we liked, but because every single one was exceptional. Moist, flavourful, unique - and for two people whose weakness is cake, that’s saying something! Then came the big day. Bella didn’t just deliver a wedding cake – she delivered 15! Each one as beautiful and stylish as the next, and all somehow even more delicious than we remembered, elevated by the addition of the white chocolate ganache. Our guests couldn’t get enough - only three cakes remained by the end of the night, and we were still receiving messages days later about how incredible they were. We have even heard of a few guests freezing remaining slices!! Bella was so much more than a supplier throughout our wedding preparation and day - she was a creative partner, a source of joy, and someone who genuinely cared about making our day unforgettable. Her presence and passion turned the ‘wedding cake’ component of a wedding into one of the most joyful and memorable parts of our celebration.
