Hire. This. Group.
This was one of the most talked about points of our wedding and Izzy and her group were fantastic. The music before the ceremony and our aisle song made everyone happy cry (even my husbands most stoic family members!) and the songs after the ceremony got everyone trying to guess the pop song which really helped with the family mixing. Thank you so much Izzy for providing the best atmosphere for a day I will never forget! -

We hired Intermezzo String Trio for our wedding at Leeds Castle (Maiden’s Tower) on 22/08/2026 and they were phenomenal. Izzy was incredibly easy to work with and accommodated our changes seamlessly. Walking down the aisle to live music was a dream, and their setlist during the drinks reception set the perfect tone for the rest of the day. The trio brought an effortless elegance to our castle wedding. Highly recommend! -

We can’t thank Izzy and the wonderful musicians at Intermezzo enough. They performed at our wedding from the ceremony and throughout the canapés!
Years ago, Izzy and co, performed at my close friends wedding and I said to Mike (husband now!) , we’re going to have them perform at our wedding! And then in 2024, Mike proposed and I knew instantly that they were a must!
The video call with Izzy to discuss everything was so so smooth and I loved that Izzy matched our engergy. I spoke through the vision and I was sooo excited when they sent their list of music - the perfect mix of classics to modern day music!
We had a bespoke request to include enchanted by Taylor swift and it was absolutely perfect! 😭
So many of our guests said how amazing they were! One of my close friends ran over to me and said “they’re playing teenage dirtbag baby!”

Very glad that I was convinced by my now-wife to go for the string quartet! Izzy was very attentive, walking us through the options for the day and the song choices, as well as the ability to have bespoke arrangements of any song as well. The quartet received at least two standing ovations from our guests and were a great discussion point among them for how professional and brilliant they were! -

Their extensive repertoire gave us so many wonderful options, and we truly felt spoilt for choice. Our selected pieces were beautiful and perfectly matched our vision. From the very first enquiry Izzy was very responsive and set up a meeting straight away to chat. I was so impressed with the extensive list of songs on Intermezzo's repertoire, including more rock songs than seen on other playlists. I was immediately interested in Intermezzo for this reason! If a song wasn't there, they were also willing to learn it so you can have it in your ceremony. I think this benefit comes via Hitched.
On the day, Izzy and the other musicians were professional and flawless. It was a beautiful soundtrack for our ceremony and cocktail hour at The Broome Park Hotel. The bridal party enjoyed singing along during the group photos to hits from A-ha, Kiss and David Bowie.
Highly recommend.
