We recently had the pleasure of having Mark as our DJ for our wedding a few days ago, and we couldn't have picked anyone better! From start to finish, Mark was incredibly professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. His modern set-up was not only visually impressive but also reflected his expertise. The sound quality and equipment were top-notch, giving us that perfect balance of atmosphere and energy throughout the night.
What truly stood out was how attentive and accommodating Mark was to our needs. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure to create a playlist that reflected our taste perfectly. His song choices had everyone up and dancing, and it wasn’t just us who thought so – all of our guests commented on how great he was!
Mark’s friendly and upbeat personality made working with him a joy. He has a fantastic way of reading the room, ensuring that the dance floor was always lively, but he also never hesitated to go the extra mile for us. If you're looking for someone who will not only make your event special but truly cater to your needs, Mark is the DJ for you. We highly recommend him!

Music based on a recommendation by our photographer. We spoke through our music taste with Mark and he matched us with a DJ. Curtis was AMAZING, he kept me on the dance floor the whole night. He was professional, friendly and relaxed - making the night super memorable and easy. 100% recommend -

We were lucky enough to have Mark DJ our wedding party on 18th July, and it is safe to say he exceeded all of our expectations
From the first dance onwards he kept the energy and the vibes so high, we didn't stop dancing all night, it was amazing! His deck setup and lighting provided a real party atmosphere on the dancefloor.
An added bonus was Jeff the sax player, which took everything to the next level and provided some great crowd interaction. Some of the photos we got from those sets are our favourite from the whole day!
If you're thinking of booking Maximum Music Events, DO IT. Communication from the start was super quick and easy, and we really appreciated the planning call with Mark to run through our music preferences and what we wanted the atmosphere to be like on the day.
My only negative is that we can't throw the same party every weekend..... So many people have said to us it was the best night ever, and that is largely credit to Mark & Jeff!!

We hired Mark from Maximum Music Events for our wedding in the Lake District last week. Mark was professional throughout the process and always responded promptly when we had questions. He also respected our wishes for what songs to play and not play.
On the day Mark put on a fantastic show, reading the room brilliantly and running with the vibes. One of our guests said he was the best wedding DJ they've seen!
We couldn't recommend Mark and Maximum Music Events enough. Thanks for an incredible day! -

We booked Mark and Joe for our wedding in June 2026 and could not fault the experience. Music was always going to be a huge part of our day, and we really wanted to make it just as we had imagined. My big thing was that I did not want to leave the dancefloor, and other than for a quick outfit change, I did not!
Communication in the run-up to the wedding was great - It was clear that it was super important that the team got it right for us. We had a few changes/some confusion over which DJ we had booked initially, but this was rectified immediately.
Thank you so much for bringing the vibes to our evening reception! Our guests had nothing but praise for both Joe and Mark and many comments were "This is the best DJ we've ever experienced at a wedding" - Big props because Mark is definitely much more than your 'average' wedding DJ! Joe - Can do just about anything and everything you could possibly want on his sax, amazing! -

Maximum music events provided an incredible experience for us and our guests. We opted for the DJ and the lights with a haze machine. The DJ kept the energy high all night, there was no point where there wasn't a large group on the dancefloor.
They had meetings with us prior to the event on our tastes and our curation of the music. They asked us about our wedding themes and how they could alter their set up towards that. There was no point where we felt uneasy or uncertain, a very experienced team and very friendly also.
The lighting rigs provided with the DJ were incredible, the event felt less like a wedding and more like a live performance! Guests kept approaching us to express how impressed they were at the wedding and the entertainment offered by Maximum Music Events. I wish we could do it all again. They 10/10 provided us with the best day of our lives.

Mark was reliable and extremely personable on calls. He kept my guests on the dance floor all night long. He also really got to know myself and my husband prior to our big day so the playlist was extremely curated. Mark was lovely and made my wedding dance floor the highlight of the wedding evening. -

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the very beginning, Mark was fantastic. He was always happy to answer any questions we had via text in the lead-up to the big day, and his quick responses really put us at ease.
On the night, Mark absolutely delivered. He created an amazing atmosphere and kept the party going all evening. The DJ and saxophone combination was incredible, they had everyone on the dance floor from start to finish, and the dance floor was never empty!
We've had so many compliments from our guests about the music and the atmosphere. Thank you, Mark, for helping make our wedding so memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for an amazing wedding DJ! -

I could not give higher praise to the Maximum Music Events team for their hard work with our wedding. Ryan was amazing throughout the whole organising of how the day would flow. This included great communication via video calls and group messages and no text was ever too much. Even when an injury stopped him from being able to host the day himself, he arranged both Andy and Korin to be master of ceremony and DJ respectively, and neither disappointed! And even though he couldn't host our day himself, Ryan still came back to our venue 3 times to check the day was running smoothly, and my wife and I couldn't have been felt more looked after. All equipment was fantastic and worked closely with us to make sure all music was tailored to us throughout the day, meaning the dancefloor was never empty! All 3 are a credit to the company and would happily use them again! -
