Chris offers a range of services that couples can customise as they see fit. After an initial consultation, he will create a unique package for each client. He believes that good communication is key to success and is always available to couples in the run-up to the wedding by email, text, and phone. Boasting years of experience in the music business, Chris knows what it takes to create a vibrant party atmosphere. His sets are bursting with energy, love, and feel-good vibes, and he can play everything from Disco and Rock to all the latest Pop and more 80s classics than you can shake a stick at. He can provide gentle ceremony music if needed and can also provide a karaoke service to add a fun and interactive element to the day. Chris uses top-of-the-line sound and audio-visual equipment to set the tone and can also provide uplighting and a projector for the complete disco experience that guests will talk about for years to come.

What is included in the wedding package?
Basic package includes DJ booth, white speaker system and all essential dancefloor lighting. A TV screen can be added for free or opted out of. A meet and great before your big day also as standard
How far in advance should I contact you?
I will take last minute bookings if i'm available and have enough time to prep. As standard try to book within 12 to 24 months to have a best chance. Regular contact will then be agreed

Yes. Discuss your requirements and i'll work with you to achieve what you want. If I feel I can't deliver what you want professionally i'll be upfront and honest with you
What's your experience?
Started as a karaoke DJ in 2011 and moved from pubs to private parties. Now 80% of work is weddings and corporate events. I'm full time and during peak season DJ minimum 5 nights a week

Yes, north upto Middlesbrough area
South down to approximate Hull area

These are approximates based on no more than 2 hours travel time

What is the length of time of the act?
This depends on what you require. Usually a fair time for a DJ set is to start at 7pm and finish at either midnight or 1am. This is flexible and your quote will reflect this
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
Minimum set up time is 1 hour for a basic set up, but I much prefer to allow for 2 hours. I may need a little longer if setting up karaoke with mixer and screen. Up lighting install is up to 1 hour

Per event
If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

How do you charge extra time?
I usually charge an extra £50 per hour extra requested from the original quote. If this is asked for on the night, the additional charge will need to be settled before I stay

Bank transfer is preferred

Cheque must be received 7 days before payment due date to cover clearing
Cash can be paid in return for a receipt if made in person during meeting before

Extremely Professional, and Organised.
Extremely professional pre wedding planning, Chris went through everything with us before the day detailing things we hadn’t even thought about that would make our evening even more special. Then the night event itself, Just Wow, the deejay set up added to the elegance of the venue, the perfect wedding set up, the dance floor was never empty, there was everything, songs that had everyone at the wedding evening on their feet, young generation and older generation, they were all up dancing, it was lovely to see. This deejay certainly knows his stuff and I wouldn’t even hesitate to book him again. For me he is the best around by far. Thank you so much Chris for making our evening so special.

Brilliant DJ, highly recommended!
Chris was fantastic from the start all the way to post-event. Very responsive, good price and did all you’d expect and more. We asked for varying genres that could have ended up quite messy but Chris arranged them perfectly so it transitioned well and all of our music requests were played, making our night so much fun as it was 100% to our taste. The evening was our absolute favourite part of the day and Chris was a huge part of its success. Choosing suppliers for such an important event can be stressful but don’t worry about music if you’ve booked Chris. Thank you!!

Would 100% recommend Chris. Really friendly, polite and down to earth guy. Was very organised and professional in the planning. He gave frequent updates on playlists and timings. Made sure we were 100% with all plans.

Perfect for a wedding!
Chris was great from start to finish. He was really easy to get in touch with, and we had an in person meeting a few months before the wedding which was really useful. He asked loads of questions about songs for different parts of the night, some things I hadn’t even thought about! He really took the time to understand what we liked and the kind of vibe we wanted.
In the lead-up to the wedding, he sent reminders which gave us plenty of chances to add songs or change anything. Everything was always really clear which made things feel really organised and stress-free.
On the day, the room looked great. Chris brought lighting with his setup and let us choose the colours so it matched our wedding perfectly! The music on the night was spot on, exactly what we’d talked about and it really fit the vibe.
A nice bonus too was the fact that Chris took photos from the DJ booth and even filmed our first dance. It was a great angle as you could see all of our guests in it too. We had no idea he was doing it, so it was a really nice surprise afterwards.

The best DJ
We’re so happy we’ve chosen Chris to be our wedding DJ.
He’s made the planning stage so easy because of how organised he is which was immensely helpful for us.
He’s done a fantastic job at our wedding, merging our music preferences and getting people dancing.

Amazing DJ!
It was a pleasure to work with Chris for our special day. He was on the ball leading up to the wedding with plenty of communication and he had amazing recommendations and was a great judge on what songs to play at certain times of the night, a true professional and I could not recommend him more!

To celebrate our wedding reception, Chris was our DJ and he 100% delivered to ensure our guests partied the night away!
We met a month or so before the wedding to discuss key moments of our night, what songs are a must and what songs not to play which really helped to tailor our night just how we wanted it.
He came to set up the lightning early morning so we have a lovely pink hue during our wedding breakfast, and then the lighting came to life with our requested colours during the night.
Chris really went above and beyond as well filming our last dance of the night as our photographers had already left, and we couldn't be more grateful!

The perfect wedding DJ - Responsive, Helpful, Professional and a Great Guy
Chris helped make the evening of the wedding very special indeed. He was very flexible with our music preferences and accommodated these well throughout the evening. He was extremely prompt and responsive to any queries and questions before the day, and offered lots of help and guidance of highlight moments to think about special songs for.

Just brilliant 👏
Absolutely amazing DJ! 🎧💃🕺 From start to finish, the communication was spot-on — clear, friendly, and reassuring (which is exactly what two slightly stressed people planning a wedding need 😅). On the day itself, he smashed it. The music was perfect, the dance floor was buzzing, and he somehow managed to read the room better than most of our guests.

Want a DJ that goes above and beyond? Chris is the guy!
Chris did everything to make our evening everything and more! Easy to get in contact with and had our trust from the get go. The dance floor was full all night - we had the best day and evening and could not fault a thing. All our guests mentioned how good the DJ was and we were in full agreement. Chris made sure our evening went smoothly, he fulfilled exactly what we wanted and played all the songs we had recently requested in our meeting a few weeks before our special day! Thank you Chris! Chris was the DJ at our wedding earlier in October and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. During the planning Chris was great at communicating, everything was organized so well and we appreciate all the effort that Chris put in to make the evening special. We felt very reassured throughout. The uplighting that Chris put in for us looked beautiful in the venue on the day. The evening party was fantastic and guests were dancing all night! Chris sent us a video of our first dance and some pictures from the booth which we really love.
We strongly recommend Chris as a wedding DJ to anyone who is looking at the moment. Thank you so much Chris for creating such a special evening!

All i can say is WOW!
Chris was amazing from when we first enquired all the way through until after our wedding! He really brought the vibes with the music, Im not very down with music I dont instantly know from the name, but Chris was very patient with us while we didnt give him much of a song selection, but he certainly brought all the songs we love forward didnt he. I highly recommend Big Bang Disco! I will always recommend him now! 11 out of 10 if i could. What more can i say other than you dont get what you pay for, you get way more!!
