The Spa is unforgettable, we had an amazing day in the most beautiful setting with amazing food. Spa staff were brilliant. Our guests were shocked and overwhelmed with the beauty of the day.

We had our wedding here and it was truly the best day ever! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Our wedding coordinator, Naomi, was fantastic – she made the whole process so easy and completely stress-free. The organisation on the day was seamless, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

The food was 10/10 – all our guests were raving about it – and the setting itself is just stunning. Beautiful location, breathtaking views, and such a special atmosphere.

From the first, Naomi went above and beyond to meet with us without much notice given to her and she had a little bag of wedding dates goodies she’d put together which was a lovely surprise. Her friendliness, approachability and quick responsiveness and openness to finding solutions to our hopes and our budget. She helped create a personal and bespoke experience that had our dream for the day and how we wanted to care for our guests; at the heart of it.
The team were exceptional, kind, friendly and did so much to help, problem solve and bring calm to busy/ nerve- filled moments.

We booked the Sun Court after our first look around with the fantastic Naomi, who painted a vivid picture of how stunning our day could be at this historic and breathtaking venue. We had always admired it from afar, but it is even more beautiful when inside and set up for a special day.

We booked not only due to this, but how much we felt we could trust Naomi and the team to handle something as special as our wedding & were proven right many times over.

Nothing was too much trouble for the team & the dream never too big, with every suggestion or request we made (including on the day!) met with a smile and a “no problem, of course we can”. We and our guests were floored and were raving about the service and how friendly all of the spa team were and how they had understood our vision as if it were their own.

The food was another amazing highlight, with the daube of beef just MELTING when pressed with a fork and the vegetarian options met with surprise by our guests who chose them, at just how generous and considered they were. Wedding food can be incredibly generic, but the dishes really stood out and were another memorable part of the day.

We could carry on forever about what we loved about our day; so will just say that we would absolutely recommend anyone on the fence to go ahead and book their big day here!

Would highly recommend scarborough spa as wedding venue. We loved getting married in the suncourt, a with the perfect background of scarborough sea. Our wedding co ordinator namoi was so helpful . The food was very tasty. Chef provided GF for one of our guests. The venue is DOG friendly which was perfect for us. All the catering staff were very polite and helpful

We had the best wedding imaginable. All aspects of our day went perfectly and without any issues.

The food was delicious with generous portions we had a lot of our guests commenting that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. Price wise it is very reasonable. The spa is a fantastic venue with the most wonderful team. From start to finish, we have been so well looked after by Naomi who is the ultimate professional, competent and knowledgeable wedding coordinator. Naomi is friendly, caring and clearly so passionate about what she does, and helped to plan and facilitate our wedding into an event that was everything we had hoped for and more. Every staff member was so friendly and wonderful and it felt they all went above and beyond to make our wedding an absolute dream come true. No task was too small, and no request too big. The venue itself is just stunning, panoramic views of the beach, delicious food and fantastic catering team, a huge indoor and outdoor space with room to create your dream event. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather but the team were set up for all eventualities and were so well organised. The bands we had were bowled over by the venue and the sound was incredible, the suncourt makes the venue into a natural amphitheatre against the cliff. And the fairy lights indoor and outdoor were just magical, it was a dream come true. Thank you so much again for the best day of our lives. You rock

Wonderful and helpful. Naomi and the team made a special effort to make our wedding special and unique. The organisation was perfect and everyone made us feel so special. The venue was much more affordable than other places and the quality of food and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this venue and wish the all the best.

I will forever thank our wedding coordinator Naomi James, for delivering our special day in just 30 days so my terminally ill mum could share our special day. Everything was perfect, the planning every last detail! The professionalism Naomi showed was outstanding and I’ll forever be in her debt after what she was able to achieve for me and my family! Our wedding at Scarborough Spa was all we had hoped and more. This was in large part down to Naomi James, the Spa's lovely in-house wedding co-ordinator. Naomi's listening skills, memory, flexible approach, eye for detail - and of course her ability to organise in the gentlest way possible - meant it felt like she knew what we'd like before we did. She even made sure the sun shone for us!
In the run up to the day we were able to access the venue to makes plans a number of times. We visited to show my dad where he'd walk me down the aisle, my nieces where they'd be wedding helpers, and our florist where we'd like a hanging arrangement.
The venue itself is unique. We see it almost every day walking our dogs, Hester and Wren, and we had a view of my husband's family home from the spot where we exchanged vows. The surrounding area and the Spa itself have endless beautiful photo locations. Our photographer was so excited she said she took possibly the largest number of photos she has ever taken at a wedding.
The Spa is dog friendly, so we were able to have Hester and Wren as ring bearers, and guests could bring their dogs along too.
The Spa team produced the perfect seaside wedding breakfast of fish and chips, with homemade curry sauce as requested. They managed the 100 plus guests with ease; serving drinks, ice cream, cake and running the bar with smiles and jokes throughout. The evening food was amazing value and could have fed double the number who stayed on to dance.
Naomi was with us almost all day and there was always someone around to ask if we needed anything.
We truly never wanted the day to end, it was so full of emotion we wanted to hold onto every second. This surely signifies the perfect place to get wed!
