Emma herself is lovely, but the bouquet was not. Yes it had elements of the vision I had, but it was significantly smaller and looked messy. The feather fern was too intense, it hid the roses & other flowers therefore the bouquet looked cheap. It sure wasn’t, £250 I believe with delivery. I’ve bought £30 rose bouquets that were better than it. Yes the berries were cute, it was kind of a teardrop shape, but it was not the dangly, grand bouquet that I was promised. I specifically told Emma to contact me or my friend BEFORE setting off to show us how it looks so we can make amends before its too late. I gave her the phone numbers and repeatedly mentioned it, but on the day I see her with this small, clumpy bouquet thats mostly green and looked so bad, I didn’t even use it after the aisle walk. The buttonhole flowers were lack lustre, and the mechanism to put it on was flimsy and it kept flopping. I wish I just went for store bought flowers instead, totally not the vibe and absolute waste of money. Emma is so nice though and I feel bad saying all this, but its the truth about how I feel and what it was.

Emma was completely wonderful, from start to finish. Our wedding was on 5 October and I started planning back in January. Emma was one of the first suppliers I came across on Hitched, and I was inspired by her photos, creativity, attention to detail, respect of seasonality and artistry. From our initial call, to regular catch ups and emails in between, the process of working with Emma has been a total pleasure and she delivered truly stunning bouquets, buttonholes, garlands, centrepieces and showstopping blooms, to the outdoor Pavilion for the Blessing Ceremony and then the Terrace Wing for our wedding breakfast at Pennyhill Park, as well as many other additional pieces that were truly beautiful. Emma is friendly, perceptive, intuitive, reliable, responsive, professional and fantastic at what she does. Emma was an essential part of making our wedding dreams come true, with such beautiful work, realised exactly how we wanted it. Thank you x

I cannot recommend Emma enough and I am so glad that we found her!

After initially getting in contact, Emma and I had a phone call where we discussed ideas about the big day. She then sent over a clearly outlined quote and plan, which we were able to talk about and change flexibly if needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable and I knew from our first phone call that she had a great vision and taste. I felt confident sharing my ideas and knowing that she would include them (e.g. I wanted a particular colour scheme and wanted to include particular flowers that were in my mothers wedding bouquet), while also giving her artistic licence to do what she felt would look good on the day (for example including local foliage etc). She also was able to give great ideas and share her knowledge from working in the field (e.g. changing our floral wedding arch into smaller bouquets for the guests to take home, recommending particular candles with last lasting wicks for the center pieces etc). The final result was so perfect, I honestly would not have changed a thing.

Emma is lovely to work with. She is friendly, open, and easy to talk to. She checked in with me in the lead up to the big day. On the day she arrived early, and set everything up in good time. I really did feel I could completely rely on her.

After the wedding she sent me a list of the different flowers that she used - and we have now planted some of these types of flowers at our new martial home garden so we can remember our lovely wedding flowers for years to come!

I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anybody planning a big event or wedding - you will NOT regret it!
