Ash Tree Floral Designs is a Birmingham-based wedding florist specialising in seasonal, creative, and thoughtfully designed wedding flowers across the Midlands and beyond.
Founded by RHS Gold Medal Winner 2026 Ashley Edwards, the studio is known for its relaxed, personal approach and flowers that feel joyful, natural, and individual rather than overly styled or formulaic.
Ashley works closely with each couple to create flowers that reflect their personalities, venue, and the overall atmosphere of the day. Inspired by the seasons, colour, texture, and natural movement, her work combines a design-led aesthetic with sustainable practices wherever possible.
From beautifully balanced bridal bouquets to large-scale ceremony installations and elegant table flowers, every design is created with care, creativity, and attention to detail.
With years of experience creating flowers for weddings across Birmingham, the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds, Ashley is valued for her calm presence, clear communication, and ability to translate ideas into flowers that genuinely enhance a wedding day.

Stunning flowers!
We’re so grateful to Ashley for making our wedding flowers absolutely perfect! She was super friendly, professional, and flexible with all the changes we made. The preview document she provided helped us visualise everything beforehand, and the final arrangements were even more beautiful than we imagined. She truly went above and beyond, the flowers brought our whole day to life. Highly recommend!

Thank you Ashley
We chose Ashley as our florist for our wedding at Shustoke Barn in November 2025. We planned to have an autumnal colour scheme and preferred more natural arrangements. Ashley was lovely to speak to and took on board everything that I said that we wanted. She sent us her pinterest board which was beautiful and matched with what we were looking for.
Any communication was really prompt and helpful. Our final meeting before the big day was very informative and detailed.
The flowers on the day were beautiful, even better than I expected. The colours were bright and in keeping with our scheme. The bouquets were gorgeous. The flowers looked wonderful in our venue and tied in perfecly with all our other autumnal touches.
I really would recommend Ashley to everybody.

Nailed a tricky brief!
We wanted our wedding flowers to fit within our very heavy metal wedding. We wanted 90s religious references and references to New Orleans. Somehow, Ash understood all of this and even managed to incorporate our giant eyeball props into the hanging arrangements. Could not believe how beyond perfect they were. Ash was helpful and calm and really took the time to understand what we liked and didn't like. The finished result was extraordinary and I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Ash!

Wow wow wow!
I found Ashley on Hitched early on in my wedding planning and she was by far the best vendor ever!! She happily visited the venue with us to talk through ideas, updated the quotes maybe 5 times when I changed my mind again and again but did so happily and just wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me!
She stayed at the venue all day to ensure the flowers were moved around properly and gave use ideas of where we could reuse things! MAINLY the flowers were just breathtaking!!!! You did such an AMAZING job and just made the venue look perfect 😍
I think it’s important to note Ashley’s website has an idea of pricing which I haven’t seen with many people and I love that she has such an upfront and clear approach to her business! More than that I collated quotes for similar designs with other vendors and one quote was 2x the price I paid and the other was 3x the price, Ashely truly provides value for money, so thank you so so much, you really were the best!!!!

The BEST customer service!
So I’m a wedding planner in San Diego California but originally from England. I must of reached out to around 10 florist in the area (venue preferred and not preferred) as I planned the most extravagant engagement party for myself.
I had a very specific vision and when I initially reached out I provided a bunch of particular information. Ashley responded with a fantastic attitude and matched my excitement. We schedule a zoom call for the following week.
A couple days before the zoom call, Ashley emailed me the most detailed and on POINT mood board I was so excited! She got my vision to a T. (Some pictures attached below) She did all this without me asking! I think this is a part of her customer service for all her clients. I can tell she really goes above and beyond. During the call she was amazing also! LOVED her energy! She shined even brighter when the other vendors I initial reached out to didn’t even respond, were very curt/dull, only talked about minimums spend amount to even consider continuing a conversation with me. I even had one vendor tell me they don’t really want to create a vision board for me if I am looking at other vendors as she doesn’t want to waste her time.
Unfortunately I did not end up going with Ashley as I went with a preferred vendor of the venue as it was slightly cheaper and more convenient. However I would recommend Ashley in a heartbeat! Meeting vendors like her makes the whole process exciting! You won’t regret it going with Ashley!

🌸 Beautiful flowers 🌸
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the most beautiful flowers you created for our wedding. They were even more incredible than we had imagined, and we were genuinely amazed by how stunning everything looked. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the arrangements were – they added the perfect burst of colour and brought the whole day to life.

Ashley is a brilliant wedding florist. We had bouquets, button holes, table centre pieces and hair pins from her, which were all beautiful. She was so easy to work with and adaptable to our needs.

Beautiful flowers and amazing service
Ashley created beautiful flowers for our recent wedding. We wanted sustainable, seasonal flowers and she delivered the most beautiful spring displays. The flowers got loads of compliments throughout the day and our friends and family were very excited to take some home with them afterwards!
I loved that Ash set out her different packages with really transparent pricing - it made it so easy to work out what we wanted and budget. The communication was great throughout the booking process and she answered any questions we had. She was also very friendly and efficient setting up on the morning. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a florist!

Wonderful flowers created by a wonderful person 🌸🎀
I could not recommend Ashley enough and I am so grateful for Ashley for our beautiful wedding flowers. From the beginning Ashley was supportive, kind, easy to get along with, and couldn’t do enough to make sure that I was happy with the vision for my flowers. We met for a coffee and Ashley immediately put me at ease and I just knew that she was the perfect person to create the flowers of my dreams.
Ashley throughout the entirety of wedding planning was willing to help, answer any questions, and checked in regularly. Unfortunately, our wedding was postponed last minute due to ill health and Ashley made such a stressful experience feel so much easier. Ashley assured us, made sure she was around for our new date, and even delivered our beautiful flowers to my family on what should have been our date. This just shows how committed and wonderful she is.
Our wedding flowers were absolutely out of this world. Ashley could not have done a better job. Ashley is truly SO talented in her work. The best blooms!
Ashley created the most beautiful bouquets for our wedding - I cried as soon as they were brought into the house. She really understood exactly what we were looking for and was so helpful in adapting our plans. Couldn't recommend more highly. We had compliments about the arrangements all day.

Incredible, beyond perfection!
Choosing Ashley as our wedding florist was one of the best decisions we made for the whole wedding! I was first drawn to Ashley's portfolio and easy to understand and fairly priced packages. I knew I had a difficult brief because I didn't want any 'green' in my bouquets!! I was generally very set on a specific style, colour palette, type of flower, SIZE of flower even... But, Ashley was super friendly and helpful straight away, right from the first video call we had. She had loads of brilliant suggestions and drew from her previous experience as well as coming up with something new, surprising and completely original for me. I was in perfectly capable and professional hands which really put me at ease and made me feel it was OK to have a specific vision. She really took the time to understand what I wanted. The result was that I had the most incredibly beautiful flowers for my wedding - big, bright, colourful, exactly what I briefed but so much better! And all without completely blowing the budget. I was blown away by how gorgeous they were. Ashley breezed through on the day, everything was really easy and relaxed and ready to go. My words can't do it justice. If you're unsure, definitely choose Ashley for your flowers. Thank you again.

Amazing flowers!
Ashley was amazing from start to finish! First of all, her prices were really reasonable and her flowers looked amazing. She kept in touch with us over the build up, and supported us with what flowers/colours would look good for the season/with the bridesmaids dresses. The flowers were gorgeous and colourful! I basically cried when I saw them. We got so many compliments. She delivered the flowers to us with ease. I would highly recommend Ashley!
