They make a wide range of delicious snacks, from cakes, cupcakes and brownies to truffles and personalised shortbread biscuits. Ellen is keen to give any flavour a go and will always research techniques and recipes to fulfil her customer's desires. Ellen's Sweet Treats will delight guests on the wedding day, but these confectionary gems aren't just for special occasions. Ellen is happy to make cakes and other goodies for any reason her clients can come up with.
