I chose Orange Tree because they did things quite differently to all the other standard wedding decor companies I looked at. Each style being unique to the venue and the couple. I was bored of seeing the same garish table vases and chairs covers and wanted something fresh and personal! When I walked into the venue on the day of our wedding and saw it all come together it looked even better than I could have imagined! I was blown away and it was the first thing that brought a tear to my eye - much to the surprise on my sister who commented "Of all the things that could have made you cry on your wedding day I didn't think it would be the decor!"

Our wedding in July 2021 in Nottingham was the most perfect day! We viewed so many venues in the East Midlands and none of them were very us, but as soon as we got in touch with Janie she understood exactly what we wanted and gave us our absolute dream wedding. She made sure that we didn’t stress and took care of all the planning, beautiful styling, the most AMAZING food (so many people said it was the best they’d ever had at a wedding), a pop-up bar with our favourite cocktails, and also sourced us the best suppliers for the day. I'm struggling to put into words how utterly fabulous Janie at Orange Tree Weddings made our day!
After one cancellation due to Covid and a sudden need to change venue, she helped us navigate the whole process with her relaxed and calming approach.
The only direction I gave Janie was the colour scheme and with that she transformed Long Clawson Village Hall into my absolute dream venue. She completely got my vision and my style which I loved!
The Pop Up Bar was an absolute hit and her staff were super cool....by the end of the day I felt like had known them all for years!

Janie helped plan and style our wedding within 4 months! She was able to relate to some of the crazy aspects that come along with Indian weddings. She understood my brief - all white and let the bright indian clothes bring the colour. Any hiccups along the way - she immediately swooped in to the rescue. She was able to advise on different suppliers - including things like henna artists, which do not traditionally fall into her repertoire. She helped us find and secure an amazing venue, at a very reasonable price too!

On the day - Janie put her event coordination/project management/styling skills to task. Myself and all my family were able to relax as Janie and her team had a handle on everything. Even if there were issues, everything was handled calmly and we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. I'd work with Janie time and time again - she is excellent at what she does.
