Elegant Events specialises in curating high-quality decorations for weddings and other special events in and around Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
Our names are Renee and Coral and we started our business together almost 9 years ago and have decorated hundreds of weddings over the years. Our team specialises in hiring all things beautiful to ensure our clients have the most perfect day!
Any theme or style we can cater to. We are happy to be totally lead by our clients, whilst having lots of experience to offer our advice and expertise to make your day extra special.

We take a low deposit to secure your date and payments are spread out at 12 and 4 weeks leading up to your big day.

Amazing service!!
Elegant Events wedding decor hire were amazing.
I was astounded at how beautiful, large and stunning the centrepeices and table garland were! What a difference it made to the reception room it was well worth it.

Just the job
We hired elegant events after our venue wanted to charge £800 for a couple of hours to set the venue up for our wedding the night before.
Elegant events were cheaper and more convenient - extremely helpful.
Our decorations were minimal and simple. They were set up just as discussed. Arranging times and asking questions were talked and planned on good time.

Beautifully decorated
Two rooms were decorated. The ceremony and reception and both were beautiful. They listened to all requests and used their professional eye for detail. They were more than happy to set up items i had provided, as well as adding in their own to achieve the vision. Always responsive and helpful. Thank you both for such a stress free experience

Amazing work!
I’ve met Coral and Renee 6 weeks prior to my wedding and they were amazing. Since the beginning they were really responsive and understood exactly what I wanted.
The result of the decoration was beyond my expectations and the price was really good as well.

You will not find a better company to do your venue decorations for your wedding than Elegant Events! Renee and Coral are the most wonderful people you will ever have the pleasure of talking to to plan your big day and I’m so pleased we got to meet them in person whilst setting up the day before our wedding ☺️
From the get go on messaging them on Hitched; they were extremely professional and so approachable. The spoke to us in length on the run up to the event always making sure we were happy with their designs, colour schemes and just getting in touch with checking certain details when needed.
The venue looked absolutely stunning once all set up and everything was exactly what we wanted for our big day so we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. Our guests absolutely loved everything and that was all down to their incredible work ❤️

The best!!
When on a tight budget, elegant events made our day look beautiful and perfect.
I had a vision in my head and the ladies delivered.
We communicated throughout via WhatsApp which was so easy.
Eveyone commented on how lovely the venue looked and how the colours matched our bridesmaids.
I honestly cant thank you both enough, and would 100% recommend you!! 😁

Coral and Renee were absolutely crucial to making the wedding I had dreamed of come to life at Long Clawson village hall!
The whole experience from beginning to end was positive. Right from the first message we exchanged. They were supportive, understanding and creative.
