Big Day Display are a Leicestershire based venue styling company with a difference. We design and create all of our own props and faux floral displays giving our couples unique and often one of a kind decor items for their big day.
Our services span from simple prop hire to full venue styling and luxury faux bridal bouquets, appealing to a wide range of wedding requirements.
We have created pre built styling packages to help take the stress out of your wedding planning, with our most popular package the Platinum including almost all your wedding decor needs from ceremony, wedding breakfast, right through to your evening reception. These are extremely helpful if you are on a budget.
Alternatively, we also offer a bespoke styling service to perfectly taylor your wedding package for you.
We are dedicated to making your wedding dreams a reality and work closely with our wonderful couples and their chosen venue to ensure everything is flawless for their special day. We will always go the extra mile for our clients.

How far in advance should I contact you?
We only style one wedding per day, so to avoid disappointment I would suggest contacting as soon as possible to check availability for your date. We have our books open at least 2 years ahead
Do you offer an online list of weddings?

What areas do you cover?
We cover the East Midlands and some surrounding areas
How do you work?
All consultations and planning will be through myself (Kaila). Styling on the day will be a team of 2-3 including myself
Operating hours:
Our hours vary greatly according to the workload we have week to week. We always do our upmost to respond to emails within a 48hr period
What are the forms of payment?
We use a secure payment site called Square for all payments

BDD made my Big Day 🥰
Kaila and her team are a delight to work with… I went to her armed with pintrest snaps, google images and a vague idea of how she could make my “tasteful autumnal goth” dream a reality. I’d heard of BDD as they had decorated my cousins wedding in beautiful blush pink and sage… even though this couldn’t be further from the colour spectrum and vibe I was after I knew Kaila would be able to help. And WOW did she, after sending her a ream of “kinda like this but without that” messages she mocked up my dream design (which given my indecisiveness was no easy feat haha!)… she’d made the pocket posies for the groomsmen, the posies for the bridesmaids fans, the flower girls wands, the mums corsages, my bouquet, and decorated the whole venue!!! not only has the team got a real flare for design they are also the most wholesome and down to earth bunch of people to work with… I gave Kaila the heads up that due to my ADHD I am a nightmare at organisation and planning and so she took all that stress and responsibility away and just made our dreams come true!!! Going so far above and beyond the other vendors I had spoken with and received quotes from, so glad I worked with BDD and I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a kind, understanding and brilliant bunch to get in touch with them, you won’t be disappointed!

Can’t recommend enough!
Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful company. From start to finish Kaila and her communication was on point. Any ideas I had were listened to & implemented, even if they did seem a bit off key for a wedding! It all came together beautifully at the end. We went for the platinum package and so pleased we did.

Fantastic decor that made our day even more beautiful!
Big Day Display were fantastic. They turned our vision into reality. We quickly received a quote with everything we wanted at the time and they were flexible when we changed our minds on what we wanted! They set up the rooms on the day and everything looked beautiful and we didn't have to lift a finger to get everything packed away and removed in the morning they were so efficient! They got excited with us whilst planning and I they made the process so easy. I would recommend to anyone. 5*

Highly highly recommend big day.
From the moment I saw them at a wedding fayre I knew instantly I wanted them bit seeing there work on my wedding day was something else it was absolutely beautiful. Nothing was to much trouble kaila was so easy to talk to the quality of her products and flowers and design is just perfect they made our wedding just perfect I think decoration is a big thing and we was so happy even our guest had commented how beautiful it looked and thata thanks to kaila and her husband.

Perfect, amazing, beautiful!!
Everything that was done for our wedding day was absolutely incredible. We picked what we wanted and Kaila added a few touches to the flowers and they were absolutely beautiful! We couldn’t have asked for more. They made our day even more special than it already was. An absolute pleasure to work with. We knew what we wanted and Kaila was there helping us through the whole process giving ideas and different options. Couldn’t recommend them enough. The day was perfect and working with Kaila was stress free and fun.

Perfection
Big day display were such a big part in making our wedding day so special, they provided ALL of our decorations for our day. Throughout the whole planning process, Kaila was so flexible, quick at responding and so helpful. Suggesting ideas and colours that would compliment each other and the end result was just perfect. Better than I could have imagined. There was no stress in planning with big day display and I cannot recommend them enough.

From the start the communication and professionalism from Big Day Display was great. The team was super friendly! When we had an issue with table sizing and charge plates the team offered alternative so we didn’t feel like we went without.

Wedding decoration ceremony too and wedding breakfast
We attended a wedding fayre at the venue we chose for our big day, we saw Big Day Display there and fell in love with the set up they did there. This is what we chose the moon gate was the perfect back drop and the colours were bang on what I wanted for ceremony room and wedding breakfast room. Kaila was always on the other end of the phone to answer any question big or small the team were 100% always there.
