Words can not describe how amazing Helen has been. With only a weeks notice she bent over backwards for us and made our wish come true. The day was perfect and Helen supported us all the way and was truly our fair godmother and now our lifetime friend.

We had calls with a few celebrants to find a good fit for us, but during our first call with Helen we both individually just knew that she was the right person to marry us. She is so friendly and really positive - she always seemed genuinely interested in us and excited about the wedding. She was incredibly personable and just really lovely, plus she was neurodiversity-aware and queer-friendly which was important to us. Everyone who had the chance to chat with her on the wedding day loved her too.

We only booked Helen four months before our wedding but she made sure that this compressed timescale was not a problem - in fact we all turned this into a running joke which kept us laughing through the process! We had multiple calls with Helen in the months leading up to the wedding as well as an in-person meetup at the venue to talk through the plan for the day and reduce the need for any stress on the day. She was very reassuring and great at helping reduce stress in the leadup and on the day itself, and was very happy to pitch in and help out.

Because we were having a celebrant-led wedding, we knew we wanted a very custom/personalised ceremony but we didn't know how to go about building that. The questionnaire that she sent us really worked in helping us achieve the ceremony that we wanted - sometimes wedding planning can feel like one long to-do list but taking the time to answer these questions in an authentic/genuine way really paid off for us because it made the ceremony really personal and matched the tone we were hoping for. Helen did an excellent job of transforming everything she learned about us into a beautiful ceremony which felt like it had been written by someone very close to us. She was also very happy to include extra elements into our ceremony, such as an oathing stone and handfasting.

We had been planning on booking a registrar-led wedding by default but having instead booked Helen, our memories of the day are much more joyful. Booking Helen as our wedding celebrant was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding and we wholeheartedly recommend her.

Having Helen guide our ceremony felt more than professional, we felt truly cared for. It was like having a friend or a relative who knew us and wanted to celebrate our commitment. She personalized our ceremony to reflect our story and love. Down to the details of our vows, the packaging of our signed documents, to printing our speeches, Helen was there for us. And everything she did was done beautifully! The day was special and intimate, everything we wanted. We are so grateful to look back and remember our moment had been with Helen. We’re so happy we chose her. She made the day extraordinary and went above and beyond!

Helen was amazing all the way through the process of booking, writing vow and on the day.
