I'm Sho from Ceremonies with Sho and I am an Independent Celebrant based in North Somerset, officiating weddings across the south west and internationally.

All of our lives are punctuated with important events and the cornerstone to all of those events is of course love! I know the importance of getting these events just right so I bring my creativity, humour, warmth and love to every ceremony – you could say I bring the Sho! Empathy, love and authenticity sit at the core of everything I do!

I create heartfelt ceremonies that sparkle with humour, warmth and love. Through couture scripts, I tell the magic of your unique story to make your ceremony the highlight of your day and a forever memory.

Traditional with a twist, familiar but fresh, classic but contemporary; I weave warmth, humour and storytelling with classic elements to create couture ceremonies perfectly fitted to you. With a focus on the emotion of the day, I bring an authentic voice that strikes the perfect balance between formal and fun, allowing the significant moments to shine while still feeling relaxed and inclusive.

Having grown up abroad and with a passion for travelling, influences from other cultures often creep into my ceremonies where I blend traditional with modern seamlessly. So whether you have mixed faith, no faith, different cultural backgrounds or the same heritage, I'll help you create a beautiful ceremony that truly honours who you are and what matters to you both.

I am also fully inclusive with lived experience of neurodivergence, disability and trauma, I know how to create the right atmosphere for everyone to feel relaxed.

Working with me to create your dream ceremony

My role as your celebrant isn’t just to talk at your ceremony, the main part of my role is listening. I listen to your stories and hear the details that matter to you, capturing the magic within. Only then, after creating a couture script that is molded to you, I tell your story, delivering it with warmth, humour and love. I understand the level of trust you're placing in me. It's an honour to be entrusted with the biggest event of your lives and I work with you to ensure it's exactly what you want. At the end of the day, it might be my voice, but it'll absolutely be your story.

Your Wedding Your Way - 'The Whole Sho!' Package £895

I offer a comprehensive package with transparent pricing to help you with your planning, with no bank holiday uplift, you can be assured that the cost is guaranteed.

The Whole Sho package includes;

- Full Consultations - in person, through video calls and through questionnaires

- Complete ceremony design including bespoke moments, help choosing readings, music, and symbolic rituals

- Couture Script written exclusively for you.

- Optional 'Promise It Your Way' workshop to write your vows either individually or together with your partner

- Unlimited guidance throughout, including advice on the legal aspects of your marriage

- liaising with all your wedding suppliers to ensure your ceremony is seamless

- Online rehearsal (in-person rehearsal charged separately)

- Officiating your ceremony

- An optional ceremony certificate

- A presentation folder containing your ceremony script

- Travel within 25 miles of Backwell, North Somerset for consultations, and for your ceremony (additional mileage charged at 55p/mile)

- Additional items required for symbolic rituals will be charged separately at cost.
