Ceremonies crafted with you, not for you. Words that tell the story of your life, your love and your family and friends. From the beginning to the end.
Lisa wants to create a ceremony that will be as unique as you are. If you are planning a wedding, naming ceremony, renewing your vows or celebrating a life lived, she wants to be there to guide you through the process and support you in the journey of creating a meaningful ceremony.
You've decided to get married. Congratulations!
Now you are looking for a few suggestions on how to make your day special and memorable, well, you've come to the right place.
This is your day, and anything goes. Want to get married at home, in your own garden, on the beach, in a woodland glade, up a mountain? No problem (with the land owner's permission).
Want to include your family, friends, your dogs, your horse, several different religions, a breaking dawn, a brass band, a late-night star gazer, a candle-lit procession? No problem. Whatever is personal and authentic to you.
Lisa is here to get as close to your dream ceremony as humanly possible. She used to work for the registration service as a ceremonies officer, even the title lacks inspiration, and after a few hundred weddings, it all got a little boring. Nobody's wedding should be boring, right? Lisa got frustrated with the lack of individualism and restraints of an archaic system, so she left. After being asked to officiate at weddings for friends, with all the chains of convention lifted, she felt re-inspired. So here she is, waiting for you to give me a call. Together, you can start planning a ceremony that is as individual as you are and as heartfelt as it should be.
Lisa the celebrant is a wedding and event officiant based in Yeovil, Somerset.

When I am not working I love being outside. I love being in the garden in my own jungle or out in the countryside walking, swimming or finding somewhere remote to breathe the fresh air. I like to take my family with me but they are reluctant to be caught on camera so I have more than a few selfies like this one.
I am a qualified yoga teacher and yoga is a way of life for me rather than a hobby. I love music and dancing, and storytelling, of course. I hope the three words that my friends and family would use to discribe me are: fun, loving and supportive. 😁
