Ceremonies by Julie Goodall is an award-winning wedding celebrant based in Wrexham, creating relaxed, personalceremonies across North Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.
Julie is known for ceremonies that feel warm, natural and completely true to the couple at the centre of them. She takes time to really get to know her couples, how they met, what makes them laugh, the people who matter most and all those little moments that have made their relationship theirs, before bringing their story together into a ceremony that feels unmistakably like them.
Julie has a knack for putting people at ease. From the first chat right through to the ceremony itself, she brings a calm, reassuring presence and gently guides couples through the whole process. Her style is romantic without being gushy, personal without feeling overly formal, and relaxed enough for everyone to simply enjoy the moment.
Couples can include as much or as little tradition as they like, with personal vows, readings, music, handfasting, ring warming and other meaningful touches woven naturally into the ceremony. Family, children and even much-loved dogs can be involved too, when that feels right for the couple.
Above all, Julie wants a wedding ceremony to feel like one of the best parts of the day, not something to simply get through before the celebrations begin. Something full of personality, laughter, tenderness and a story worth listening to.

The love story she wrote about my husband and I was the most special part of our ceremony. It was so beautifully written and incredibly touching. She managed to capture us and our story perfectly. Considering we had only known Julie for such a short space of time, it was amazing how well she understood our relationship and brought our story to life. It had us laughing, smiling and, of course, shedding many tears!
Julie has such a warm and calming presence and having her there made an already incredibly special day feel even more meaningful. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and we feel so lucky that she was the person who told our story.

Julie made our day extra special
Julie put us at ease staright away, arranging a video call to introduce herself and get to know us and go through the process and paperwork very quickly. Julie asked us how we would like our day to go and asked us lots of questions that we had not thought of to get us thinking about every aspect of the ceremony.
Three more video calls later we were ready.....with personally written vows and bespoke elements that truely made our event special.
Every one of our guests said how lovely Julie was and how brilliantly the whole thing had been put together.......which even included our little doggy guest who help bring our wedding rings down the aisle to us! We loved Julie so much that we invited her to stay for dinner and chat with our guests throughout the evening x
