We honestly could not have asked for more. Our coordinator Laura had everything covered and helped us with all the things we hadn't even thought of. Our pre wedding meeting and chats early on in the day meant that the whole thing ran really smoothly and seamlessly all day long. The evening manaher was equally fabulous, even took my mum to hospital when she had a fall! Amazing beautiful venue, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, and every member of staff was so friendly and lovely!

From the moment we drove onto the grounds, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Beautiful setting, wonderful staff, amazing food! Absolutley everything you need in one place, couldn't recommend enough. They helped to make our day the more special then we could have ever imagined.

I think the value for money was excellent, it was cheaper than other local venues and it was absolutely perfect. The highlight is the outdoor space, but the indoor space was nice too. The staff were friendly, communicative and hard working. The food was excellent - much better than we expected.

Plas Maenan was everything we could have wished for and more. From the first show around to the actual wedding, they made sure our day was special.
We were always kept in touch with and they were there to answer any questions we had and I had so many!

What we loved about Plas Maenan is they did not make you feel like one of many. We truly felt like our wedding was important and all the staff genuinely wanted us to have an amazing day.

I am a fussy eater and they accommodated my request for a pizza on the day which tasted so good. Every guest commented how incredible the food was.

Huge huge huge shout out to our wedding coordinator Kezia who just went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day.

We planned our wedding in 9 months and got an amazing deal here at Plas Maenan. The team have been responsive and were helpful the entire time even though we dealt with several different members of the team there was only one instance of confusion via email which was quickly resolved with a phone call. Kenndrea in particular was absolutely fantastic, especially ensuring that my coeliac mum was well-catered for throughout, even having a special GF beer ready for her post-ceremony drink instead of champagne. She was also fantastic with us on the day, guiding us what to do and coordinating very well. All my guests complimented the food and the portion sizes were generous. The venue, even on a gloomy day, is still beautiful and misty views are just as lovely as clear blue skies. The overnight staff at the venue were also incredibly helpful, boxing up the decor we had organised onto one table at the end of the night so we didn't have to pack it up the morning after the wedding.

A couple of negatives: one of my guest staying overnight said that her room smelled damp, however she was promptly moved to another room in the building which was lovely and had no problems. Some of the glasses laid out for the wedding breakfast were dirty, however once pointed out were changed for clean ones immediately. In our wedding details document, and also twice on the wedding day itself, we were asked for cake cutting instructions. We asked for a portion of each tier to be saved for us, however what was served was the entirety of the top two tiers and none of the bottom tier. This was the most disappointing thing to us as it was not something that could be rectified and we didn't have any cake on the night, planning to eat ours the next day - only to be left with the largest tier and none of our top two flavours.

Overall, the day was absolutely fantastic and we will remember it forever. The value for money here beats everywhere else in North Wales and the service of the staff here is fantastic.

This was the first venue we viewed & we came straight back to it after viewing just 1 other venue! It is an absolutely stunning building with a beautiful view. There are also so many photo opportunities indoors if the weather is too bad to go outside. We managed to get a few photos outside & the rest indoors. Our day was just perfect ♡
